Friendly staff, good prices and a huge eclectic selection. I love how the inventory changes every day.

2nd Act is full of vendors, all different types. I chose an item (moonstone necklace) that I needed help with, and the salesperson was super nice. I found several vendors with dollhouse miniatures, which was interesting.The Art Deco cabinet shown below is not something one sees every day.

So walked into this Store on a whim at the last minute just before I noticed they were closing because I saw an Item in the window I wanted...normally most places will greet you with a smile and welcome your business. Not this place...the girl at the register never got off her cell phone and had the nerve to mention to whomever she was talking too urghhh a customer just walked in. I was never greeted properly and saw several items I was definitely Interested in purchasing but as I was Promptly booted and kicked out out of the store at 1803...literally 3mins after the store closing hours. Ive just told myself I would never Come Back to a place Im not welcomed and just Spend my money at the Tuesday Morning that is directly next Door. As I write this Review in my Car.

Full of wonderful surprises and excellent finds. Bring a lunch because you will want to take your time to find your diamonds in the rough!

Loved it. Beautiful and organized. Friendly service. Staff is very helpful but not overly attentive. Allow you browse in peace. The fact I can move around and see the items for sell is a big plus. The items vary from vintage to modern art and jewelry. Furniture pieces are quality not junk. Thank you for the great experience.

I spent a couple hundred dollars, nice place, nice people. But dont get to excited their restroom is not available to the public and also there are no pets allowed. Because of the tunnel fees they automatically lose a star. Norfolk is just a pain.

So many different vendors! Definitely something for everyone whether quirky, eclectic, refined, vintage, funky, elegant, whatever, you name it, its there. The store is full of all kinds of fashion, art, beautiful refinished/custom furniture, home decor, I could go on and on! Since the vendors set their own prices there is something in everyones price point!

Sometimes I wander into 2nd Act not quite sure what I’m looking for but the objects, they find me. Whether you’re looking for a gorgeous silk scarf, Eastlake chair or vintage pottery, something is sure to grab your interest.

Very nice place but not everything has a price on it.

Just purchased a cabinet from them. The sales associate literally stood at the door and watched me struggle to load it in the car by myself. Didnt offer her help whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

Every time I go I am greeted warmly and asked if I am looking for anything particular to aid in my search. Owners are so nice and helpful. I like to go to find unique pieces that aren’t anywhere else! They have a great set up and large inventory to look at so there is something for everyone! This is a store you want to check out if your in Norfolk. Definitely a repeat customer .... LOVE IT!

You could spend hours in this store just looking at the variety of items. Friendly customer service and some good finds, I have never been disappointed and visit often.

Came in on a whim and was delighted to find all sorts of vintage tea cups in the back. Walked away with lovely China at good prices and Ill definitely be back! I did notice that theyre clothing was priced rather high for a consignment shop but the dress I ended up getting was 50% off so it didnt bother me.

This isnt your local charity shop, its local artist, hobiest, collectors whos job is doing the leg work in hunting down quality murchandice to fix up, repurpose and sell near you well below retail value.They have vendor booths for rent which brings in a wide variety of things. Say hello to Tracy who is the cashier and super nice as is the owner.Parking can be difficult but the street parking or even at 711 is easy.

I have shopped and consigned at this shop since before it was moved from the other end of 21st Street. The owners are hard working and honest, and take a true pleasure in what they sell and consign. It is hard work to run a store as big as this one, and I think that overall they are a pleasure to deal with. I love the items Ive bought and they have sold a lot of the clothes Ive consigned. Ive made a fair amount of money there. The owners and the store are an asset to 21st Street.

I DONT LIKE THIS STORE AT ALL

A nice place, but not as much clothes as there used to be. They have more non-clothing items such as furniture, records, and knick-knacks than clothing.

Disgusted. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. I have never experienced rudeness in this store until today .. I don’t know if it’s due to a new NON CUSTOMER CONCERNED staff or what. If anyone has an explanation I would love to hear it.There were 3 people working. Not one greeted myself or my fiancé. What they did do though was talk poorly about a woman whom had just left the store.. Loudly enough that the customers that were shopping could hear them. UNPROFESSIONAL.When one of their employees finally broke away from belittling the previous guest he quickly tried to get past me, bumping into me, did not apologize and just continued to walk away.Against my better judgement I still decided to purchase something. I walked to the counter and waited as there were other guests standing at the counter. Instead of saying, “hello” or “can I help you” the woman at the counter with glasses on said, “mm did you need something?” I said, “yes.. I would like to check out.” She proceeded to ring me up, not speaking to me .. or making any type of eye contact at all. I told her that I didn’t need a bag which she snarked at. When she pushed my item in front of me, still trying to be polite, I said “thank you”. Again, she said nothing, looked in the opposite direction and proceeded to talk to someone else. I finally said .. “umm.. you’re welcome” to which she (you guessed it..) said nothing.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT AT A STORE THAT APPRECIATES THE PATRONS THAT WALK IN TO SHOP THERE.** EDIT: And instead of the business taking responsibility for THEIR POOR ACTIONS, THEY ARE CHOOSING TO BLAME OTHERS.** Clearly.. if I chose to share my AWFUL experience on multiple review platforms I felt strongly enough to WARN others of your establishment.

Terrible customer service. Walked through the door, passed two older women just gossiping near the registers. Having been someone who has worked in sales/customer service, the LEAST you can do is greet someone that walks in the door. Never again will I go here.Also, 100% overpriced.

Ive been here twice since I moved to Norfolk about a year and a half ago. The prices for me seem way too high. On my last visit, I found a bunch of items that werent so common, but I couldnt fathom paying what the price tag asked on any of the pieces, so I left quite quickly. Aside from pricing, however, the shop is quite big for its location and they have clothes, décor, furniture, and more! Id recommend stopping in and checking out whats available, but I dont personally think Ill be returning.

I will not consign there again. The lady had a poor attitude about some of my things they could not find. Gave me somebody’s else pants after I told them they were not mine. The response was they got your ticket on them. Worse experience i’v ever had. Everyone got paid for my items sold but me. I have to wait a month before I can receive my money. Not good at all😰😰
