Purchased brand new GE washer and Dryer. Not even 2 months in, and the dryer keeps cutting off mid cycle. Lint trap always cleaned out.The owner replies and tells me to contact GE. I contact GE and am greeted with the photo attached. So I call the number provided and it tells me to enter the phone number associated with my account. I gave it my cellphone. It did not find anything . It proceeds to tell me to try a secondary which I do not have. And rinse and repeat. I then call East Coast Appliance and tell them what happened. I get transferred on hold to the service department for 5 minutes and then get hung up on. No GE technicians for Norfolk or Chesapeake zip codes. The service department at east coast tells me they are not authorized to work on GE appliances even with the one year warranty. So beware of that. You will need to get GE to fix your appliance.Folks...listen, if you value your time..stay FAR AWAY. Nothing but a headache dealing with this company.*I moved the review to 2 stars SOLELY due to Walter Hansbarger. He is the only person that actually makes things right. The rest are all worthless in my eyes. And the service department is an absolute joke.
