One of the gentlemen thats a manager acts like he doesnt care about the customers. Only cares about his conversation and getting you out of the way. All of the other employees are great and actually want to help the customers.

Due to a indoor light being on, my car battery was completely dead. I brought it in and without hesitation Dion had me set it on a cart. He then tested it and came up with a solution that had my car up and running. I was expecting to be out of the office most of the day, but I had a resolution in no time. Bottom line is that I had immediate assistance, the assistance was great, and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Dion set the bar high and the AutoZone at Wards Corner excels because of efforts like this.Thank you

Disappointed. Used to work for Autozone and have loved Autozone since my first car. Still do, this one just didnt have a good manager. 1 Gal Hand sanitizer was on sale for BOGO for 5.99$, normally 9.99$. Upon checkout i grabbed 2, but was informed the sale had ended that morning. Mind you this was 2pm, and a grey shirt manager. I told him I should still get the sale because its not my fault they didnt take down the sign from the sales table right in front of the front entrance.Anyway, oh well.

Went in for a battery test. Guy came out put did the test in 5 seconds and said the battery was good. 10 minutes later car is getting towed because partially of a dead battery.

Every time that I have been to this store over the past few years, Ive had an excellent experience. The customer service is one of the best Ive seen in a retail store. I am handy, but have no auto experience. Time after time, the people in this store have helped me get the right parts to fix my vehicle and have saved me a lot of money. I trust them to be honest, and they never try to oversell me. In fact, they are constantly looking for ways that I can save money. One night a couple of years ago, around when the store closes, my headlights went out in the rain. I was having a hard time with the connection out in the parking lot and Brian came out and helped me. Yesterday, as I was moving, my window regulator broke. I described the problem and Reno and Brian identified exactly what I needed as if they were a computer diagnosing a problem. They gave me tips for the install and told me that I didnt need any tools other than the ones I had. It took me about 2 1/2 hrs, but my window now opens and closes great. I cant thank the people at Advanced Auto on Granby enough for always going above and beyond. They truly care about what they do and try to help you as if you were a relative.

The two that helped me replace my battery were awesome. In and out and on my way. Thank you so much!

My car battery died literally right in front of the store, I only had $15 on my person at the time and couldn’t afford to buy any, and the store’s portable charger was dead and had no ability to loan jumper cables. Would not help me take my battery out of the car. Crazy to think I had to call a person from insurance 30 miles from my location to give me a jump right in front of an auto store.

All their staff are slow, un knowledgable and will give you the wrong parts, and when you call they will tell you to wait a minute but you either be shuffled around 20 or thirty minutes before they get back to you, O rally better .

Horrible customer service, called up here to get some information on a part for my car and got cussed at all because I asked the employee I was speaking to ken if he could repeat himself and he cussed at me for no reason. Never will I come back here.

Out of all the auto shops I visit, this one with JOSH T on Granby St. has the best customer service hands down. Josh was very helpful and understanding. He sympathized with me with my part came in damaged and he’s all around WONDERFUL!!! To all other auto shops... get you a Josh T

Our truck had a alternator problem 2 and a 1/2 hours from home. The gentleman were getting ready to close 20 minutes before we showed up and took very good care of us. Brian that works there was the most amazing helpful customer service Ive ever had

Very friendly staff who really know their stuff and are super helpful. I am always able to get in and out of here very quick. They always have a good selection and I can always get what I need.

Duralast parts. A warranty doesnt mean anything if you have to change out the same part three times in a month... or worse yet, have to pay somebody else to do it for you. Not to mention AutoZone will not compensate you for this... It would have been cheaper for me to pay a shop to do the whole job the first time. Im sure they use better parts (they probably know better) and would not have charged me to replace it under warranty (parts or labor)

EXCELLENT SERVICEI stopped in to buy a battery for my car. I asked them if they could please install it and they did. My current battery was very difficult to remove due to rust and corrosion and the technician spent a huge amt of extra time removing the old battery and putting the new one in. I highly recommend this Auto Zone

My husband and I purchased a new battery this evening. After returning home and replacing the old battery with the new one, the car wouldnt start. He went back to the store with the new battery to tell them that perhaps they sold us a defected battery. The same woman who sold us the battery less than an hour before, keyed some numbers into their system and told my husband this was NOT the battery she sold us. Of course he told her yes it was and again explained to her how our car wouldnt start with the new one in it. She continued to insist it wasnt the one she sold us, made the comment this had already been returned according to our system but as most businesses are told to do she refunded the $ to my husband anyway. Needless to say my husband was upset because he is an honest person and didnt like being accused of doing something dishonest. After he returned home and told me what had happened I called the store to speak to the woman who accused my husband of lieing. I reassured her that it was indeed the same battery she had sold us and how my car wouldnt start once it was put in. She said nothing. (Basically telling me that she still didnt believe us.) I asked to speak to her manager and she said that she was the only manager there at the time. I will be calling the store tomorrow and hope to speak to another manager and at least get an apology. I believe the womans name who sold us the battery is Katy.

The Granby Street location has a assistant manager named Brian see who goes above and beyond the Call of Duty to look for a part that no one else in the store could find he found it and gave me 10% off for my trouble thank you Brian C

AutoZone is my go-to for local parts pickup and used oil disposal. Prices, parts are comarable to competitors but what I love is the speedy checkout to get in and out and not have to wait in the parts line when I only need something off the shelf. Other stores make make you wait 10 min or more when all I want to do is pay and get out and get back to the repair, its the little conveniences that mean a lot!

Went in when I had a headlight that needed replacing. The sales associate was not only friendly and understanding when I was trying to get help (Im not good with car lingo) but he also got me the parts I needed and explained to me how I could change it myself to avoid shop costs! Great experience and I would go back!

The visit here is always pleasant. I had a return that was about six months old and it was replaced with no hassle the associates just looked it up in the computer and replaced it.

Its pretty much the same as any other auto store. They do have a bigger inventory of parts than most stores though.

Yesterday i ran out of Lucas engine oil treatment. My Transportation was leaking oil. AutoZone closes at 10pm and i realize my engine was leaking around 9:40pm. So, i drove fast to autozone. Got there at maybe 9:58pm. The white lady in the black lady still welcome me in the store to shop. This AutoZone has friendly workers and the store environment very clean.

Great service!! Came in to fix a loose light, the gentleman working spent a half hour looking for the correct screw to tighten it up. He managed to temporarily fix it and he didnt accept payment for his help. Great guy and a great place!!

Needed new fob for my key. Sent to the rear of the store to look a another person came to help no luck. Just happened to see a display on my way out two isles over. Would give one star but one guy did try to find it. Service is deficient.in past times there were people who knew cars and parts know they just key a computer terminal.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, the staff here is completely incompetent. I came in looking for a part, and their system showed that they had it in stock, and one after another the employees went back there looking for it, each to return saying they couldnt find it.After this went on for 30 minutes I asked the lady helping me if they could just order it for me. She said the manager was going in the back to look for it, and he said if he couldnt find it, Id have it the next day for sure. 30 minutes later the manager says he cant find it, and it will take 4 days to ship.Go anywhere else but here.
