I had an excellent experience today at HM. They had the boat Ive been searching for, and it was extremely clean and priced correctly. The staff, replaced a few trailer parts for free so that I was traveling safely. Great experience . And my dog fell in love with a Scottish girl.

From Alabama. Located the boat I purchased via boat trader. Called Mr Braun, extremely professional and helpful. Decided to make the purchase and his guys set the boat up with a new Mercury Motor, then before I picked up, I asked for a stainless prop. Whatever request and issues I had, his team took care of it. Office Staff polite and courteous. The Techs set the boat up perfectly. Picked it up and have had in the water twice. Perfect rig for me. I cannot say enough good things about Mr Braun And his team. 1st class people and service!

Nothing but good things to say about Will and the staff at harbour marine/hm boats. Talked over the phone with Will for about a week and he provided all the information, pictures, and videos I requested with ease. I decided at that point to make the 6 hour drive to see the boat and I was not disappointed at all! We took the boat for a sea trial and discovered one small issue which was taken care of before my paperwork was even finished. They also prepped the trailer and made sure everything was ready to go for the 6 hour trip back. Purchased my first boat. Had to get one that was just traded in because right now is difficult to find a used boat in working condition. Overall was a good experience, unfortunately the heat wave allowed things down. Had to take it back for an engine adjustment. William and the staff have been helpful and flexible. Had a few hiccups along the way but we got over then and everything smoothed out.

I had been keeping my eyes out periodically for a boat for some time and I decided to drive 10 hours round trip to do business with William. He was clear, down to earth and honest the entire time we were working out a deal. I never felt like I was getting rushed, cheated, lied to or thrown through a loop with a bunch of excuses or hidden fees. When I arrived late in the day before a holiday to buy and pickup, his staff had everything ready to go and went over the boat and motor with me. It was extremely stress free as all the oil/fluids, trailer straps, titles, registrations and warranties were taken care of for me. Id recommend doing business with Will and HM Boats.

Did you ever go to a mechanic and you just KNEW you were going to pay a lot for something that was a simple fix IF only you had a little bit of small engine knowledge! Im retired Navy, however, ALL I ever worked was on the flight deck, handling Aviation Ordnance! A couple of Christmass ago, my wife bought me a used 14 Skeeter with a 9.9 hp, 4 stroke Mercury engine. It ran fine for a couple of years. I figured it was about time for some maintenance so I had it it checked out @ HM Boats, oil change, the whole 9 yards! Robert Taylor was OUTSTANDING!!! Then when I went to go fishing a couple of weeks ago, I could not get it to start. Yes, all yall gonna say old gas, however, I bought new 93 octane, put in the correct amount of stabilizer and so on! Beats the $hit outta me. I hook the boat up, go out to HM Boats, Robert tells me go get some breakfast, the mechanic will look at it right away. I dont do breakfast or lunch, so I hang around and Robert pulls off the cowl, undoes one screw and says youve got water in the gas! I tell him the gas is a month old, you just ran it a couple of weeks ago. He told me that when THEY test run an engine, they use thier OWN test gas tanks that they KNOW 100% is good gas without ANY pollutants, or contaminants. He showed me on MY gas cap where the water most likely leaked in from the heavy rain we had recently. Needless to say, the tank will NOT stay on the boat anymore but in the garage. Robert blew out my engine, cleared the water out, emptied my tank, blew it dry and sent me on my way! A gentleman with a customer for life!!!Thank you, RobertMichael N. Cohen USN, Retired

I was recommended to H&M boats for a motor replacement. I was at a total lost. After speaking to Brandon and Robert, they made me feel rest a shred and handled everything with my boat from start to finish. I dont leave many reviews, but they deserve A 10 star rating if it was possible thank you guys for getting me back on the water quickly without breaking my pocket.

I was an out of state buyer William and his team went way over and above to make sure we were satisfied before they let us leave the marina. They even serviced the trailer and hooked it to the truck. During the sea trial I was allowed to drive the boat as long and as hard as I saw fit.....it is a used unit so we found a few minor issues that where delt with professionally and promptly. This is the fifth boat I’ve owned and by far the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I have even asked their team to contact me if they can help with another purchase I’m considering.

Terrible boat yard. Staff was incompentent. Purchased outboard and asked to install on dinghy. Bolted on transom off center, broke bulb and fittings by trying to insert 3/8 fittings into 5/16 fuel hose. Filled fuel tank with contaminated water, gas and antifreeze mix requiring removal and cleaning of carburator. overfilled oil sump, etc. Avoid at all costs.

William and the staff are good people. I was able to drive down from the DC area and purchase a boat on labor day.

Do not take your boat here they will rip you off. They will charge you for work not performed, keep your boat longer than necessary and give you multiple excuses as to why you cant get your boat back and how they keep adding charges. You have been warned do not let these guys touch your boat
