One star is to much. Rented for over six years. HUGE customer service failure on their part. Had to call a second time to get the remainder of my contract refunded. Go buy a Morten softner at Menards and salt. You wont regret not doing business with Culligan.

Salt is rarely delivered on the day it is scheduled. Have to call and listen to their excuse. A call would be nice to let customers know delivery is delayed.

Very prompt and courteous response with our drinking water system.

Great customer care and excellent service! They’re prompt, friendly, and transparent. You definitely need Culligan if you live in northeast Nebraska - the water is VERY hard and it damages your appliances/plumbing fixtures. Having soft water also has a bit of a health benefit as it fully cleanses your skin and doesn’t leave a dry, itchy residue like hard water does. I highly recommend Culligan.

Horrible experience. Was never put on a delivery list. So I always had to call for water and if there was no delivery person around me I would have to wait a few days until they had one. Water was great and their equipment worked great also. But their delivery admin was horrible. Which is why I stopped with them.

Very friendly office manager who was prompt and professional in assisting me!
