Extremly poor customer service. Never able to contact anyone. Drivers make the decisons of whenever they want to deliver and it doesnt matter that we have been a long standing customer that was forced to change hours of operration due to covid. However we have never changed the hour that we open and suddnely the driver drops our 5 gallon jugs at the back door, regardless of the weather or the fact that our employees are mainly older females and can not lift and carry those heavy bottles.Also the account as had the wrong name on it for a very long time however noone can or will change it even after sending messages and forms in a year and a half latter it is still incorrect. I spent hours on top of hours trying to speak to anyone and resolve delivery changes and account corrections,and never can get the changes made properly becuae the CSRs are less than adquate. I do not recomend this company due to the customer service issues and poor managment.

Been a customer since 1995 and have always received excellent delivery service. Customer service has always been exceptional the couple times I needed them....because I moved. The value is great. The spring water is superior.

This has to be by far the worst service ever. They basically told me when and how much they will deliver to me. I told them from day 1 twice a month delivery with 6 bottles each delivery. They skipped my delivery and trying to get them on the phone is almost impossible. I will never do business with them again and will cancel soon as I get a chance.

This is the worst water delivery service I’ve ever seen. They deliver what they want and when they want without regard for what the customer needs. They sure want to be paid on time but don’t deliver on time! It’s terrible, go with someone else!

This has to be the worst delivery service ever. I am constantly having issues with my deliveries. The reps tell me one thing and apparently there is no communication with the local branches. They keep canceling and changing the dates to what is convenient for them with no notification. I never have water when I need it. My delivery driver when I first started service was rude. I made multiple complaints and was told the branch manager would call and never did. I would give no star but that is not an option.

This company keeps shortchanging me on my bills where my returned bottles come up as $0 even though they are listed as returned. I called multiple times to get my bills fixed but they kept doing the zero credit thing almost every billing cycle. Delivery is spotty and unreliable. Sometimes they miss delivery. Sometimes they over-deliver even though you ordered one bottle. If they see you put out 3 bottles, they delivered 3. What’s the point of putting in quantity to order? The last time I called to get my bill fixed they told me it would apply to the next cycle and then nothing happened. After a while I couldn’t access my account and they sent remaining bills to collections even though I have no way of accessing the latest statements. Good luck staying in business.

I have been very pleased with my water delivery from Crystal Springs for years now! Great delivery service and great product!

Its a shame how unreliable this water delivery service is. We are new to the area and was referred to this service by our previous company in Chicago (which we loved!). Last week, the water pickup did not arrive on Wednesday, as scheduled. We called and a representative told us they would deliver on Thursday. When Thursday came and went, we called and they offered to pick up on Friday. They also agreed to add an extra bottle. When Friday came and went, we called and canceled our service. So frustrating. Youd think a company with such a horrible reputation online would do something to try to retain new customers.

This company routinely overcharges my bills and only fixed them when I call in and point out the discrepancies. Then it happens again and again as if it is by design that they would rather overcharges and hope to get away with people not noticing. Outrageous.

Very unhappy with the service provided.I am (was) a brand new customer. I scheduled delivery of a water cooler and bottles of water for 24 August in the A.M. After waiting around all day, at 2:47 P.M. a driver jogged up to my front door and left a note saying sorry they missed me for the delivery and the service has been rescheduled for Monday 27 August. Just like that, he jogged away and drove off. They didnt call, ring my doorbell or even knock! When I called customer service and explained the situation, I was transferred and had to describe the problem all over again. This person offered to transfer me to the ground delivery manager. When I was unhappy at being transferred again, she offered to have the manager call me as well as schedule an appointment for another day. Sorry.This was day one for a new customer and Crystal blew it. Account cancelled.

At first I was very excited to get this water service I got it from Costco so the first delivery they came on time and they delivered my machine and my bottles of water everything went fine, but then comes next month they missed the delivery they rescheduled it without telling me and I had a whole bunch of problems and it took so much time to get my delivery .okay so comes next month same thing pretty much to sum it all up they have a horrible delivery system they dont do any of their deliveries on time Ive had them for 6 months and they have not had any of my deliveries on time they reschedule them without letting me know which is very annoying because I make plans to have it delivered and then I stay home and they dont come . This has happened every single month its horrible they need to get their schedules together or do something because this is horrible Im switching to Deer Park tomorrow do not get this water service trust me theres other ones out there that are a lot better and will have your water delivered on time .oh and one more thing also they were trying to charge me for bottles of water that i didnt get, it was a pain for them to take it off my account. Bottom line I rate this company and their service a one-star if I could give no stars I would this time with them has been nothing but frustration and a headache and A WASTE OF MONEY. which by the way they are not cheap. Dont waste your time.

I ordered water on Friday to be deliver Monday now its Wednesday still have no water. I call in today & sat on hold for 29 minutes before I gave up. Horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled for a delivery on today. Called because I needed to know when they were coming stayed on hold for ovee 35mins just to get transferred to someone who said she will send an email because the date was changed and I wasnt made aware of this. Then stated it will take someone 48 hours to reply. Then said she will text the driver to give me a call back however 3 hours later still no call back. Lets just say this service is cancelled becauae its a shame the way they do business and from the looks of their reviews Im not the only person to feel this way

I would not even give them 1 star!!!!Terrible service. Failed to deliver for 4 weeks and when the cooler malfunctioned they said the would set up a service call but it would be 7-10 days. Then they never showed up.

Customer service is awful, changing companies asap, deer park from now on!
