I went in today and was greeted with the most amazing service from Hayden, the Asst. store manager AS SOON AS I WALKED IN ;) He was so nice and genuine. This is the best service Ive had anywhere in such a long time. This is my new local store now for sure !

Monica is awesome, and doesnt hound you as you look around. Its a wonderful shopping experience every time I venture into this store. This store is superior in every way compared to the Lynnhaven Mall store. Greenbrier is okay as well, but Monica has consistently gone above and beyond making sure I get everything I want and letting me know if something isnt available! Love shopping here! Keep it up with the outstanding customer service and you have a lifetime customer 😊

Hayden is the man. The only reason I came to Yankee is that Bath & Body works does not take Apple Pay in 2018! Hayden is by far the best person you can interact with in any store - since this was Yankee candle I got the best possible choice for my occasion. What made me get all the ads-ons and signup for the membership is the fact that Hayden explained all the benefits and how it applied to my specific situation. As long as Hayden works here this will be the only place on planet earth I purchase candles from. Not brand loyalty, but people and good experience loyalty! #Millennial
