The manager or whatever he wants to call himself the lightskin mr.clean who doesnt do anything but give attitudes to customer he needs to be fired till then I will never step in that store again

The one in MacArthur mall is horrible. I ordered my four years old son some shoes online and I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. The manager said I couldnt because it was carpet on the bottom of one of the shoes from my son trying them on. I felt like he was calling me a liar I had my receipt too and they were delivered that same day. Instead of arguing because my kids were with me I decided to purchase some other shoes. The two female workers that were there act as if they didnt want to help me. It was so bad that my 13 years old notice their attitude. I love the mall but I will never go to that store again.
