Cashier was rude for it to be a nice place the female cashier was very rude. Next time going to ring my own clothes up and pay. Especially spending over $150

Always find what Im looking for. I do my own grocery shopping so I wish they would return to the old app they had before they changed it. Dont like it.Plus I have there scan and go already on the app why do I have to download it again.

Some inventory was out of stock, other items were plentiful. Best price on some things, others have gone way up. Arrived around 9 am, store was nearly deserted. They had cancelled my delivery order due to a power outage. Customer service made a bad thing worse.I had to wait for my debit to clear, then wait for the refund to process, before they could authorize a new delivery.Next time I will deal directly with the local store. They still havent refunded the driver tip for an order that I never received.

I like this Walmart, it’s a lot better than the one on Military Highway. The auto center selection is much better here. I needed oil for my truck immediately and it was affordable, cheaper than auto parts stores in the area, for the same brand and type of oil. The website said limited stock but there were plenty here. There were also plenty of cashiers open at this store. If you are in the Norfolk area, I’d highly advise to go to this Walmart instead of the other one in the city.

They short you on change and when you ask for the rest youre told there is a a coin shortage, what do you want me to do.

Worse experience ever. I am visiting from another state. I went into Walmart to buy groceries. Went to self checkout. I couldn’t find a barcode on something and ask the associate if she could find it and she flat out said no. Then the bags wouldn’t open. I again asked the associate if she could fix the bags to automatically open and she told me I could wet my fingers on that paper towel and open them myself. The paper towel was nasty. No customer service at all.

Our first time visiting this Supercenter in Norfolk. Very impressed of the size and diversity of the storys items. An employee was very courteous in helping me find what I needed. Walmart is a wonderful go to place for most household needs. Needed a bike to finally get some much needed exercise and I ordered it from walmart and received it quickly and in in excellent condition. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Legit there are usually 2 lanes open..3 if we get lucky! Customer service, when asking employees about product location, was rude and just absolutely intolerable. Nasty as hell in the parking lot…wtf is the problem with this location??!! Under funded? Lack of staff? Lack of care with whom y’all choose to hire??? Seriously? Clean up y’all! Don’t understand how Corporate allows for this to occur and does absolutely nothing about the constant influx of trash on the property🤬🤮🤮🤮

Very busy and not enough cashiers. The lines move pretty slowly. The employees however are very kind and helpful. They have pretty much any and everything you need and its pretty well organized and clean.

A large Walmart super enter with all the necessities of life available. Layouts are good and staff is courteous. However food items, specially vegetables layout is clumsy and quality of vegetables is not as good as other grocery stores.

Lines were ridiculous. This company brings in to much revenue to only have 4 lines open. You guys have to do better.

A great way to waste your time. Terrible customer service to have customers waiting in line and then inform them cards only once you are at the checkout. Would advice against shopping at this Walmart.

Its a great place to shop when your going for different things the only problem is that they like to block the isles with products that they are going to stock but aint there putting it on the shelfs yet

Im tired of this Walmart location. I place orders for delivery ALL THE TIME. And every ...single ...time.... something is left off of my order due to it being out of stock Last week it was pull ups, this week bananas. Kicker is, once I went into the store each time, BOTH ITEMS WERE actually IN STOCK!!! The employees just decide not to handpick certain items when they feel like it. The quality of customer service has decreased significantly starting with this store. And Im a Norfolk native. Smdh. And dont try to call customer service unless you have time to let the phone ring for an hour

My first time using the curbside pickup for this location on TidewaterDrive. Everything was right on point, I received my notification that my order was ready for pickup. I checked in at the designated parking and within a few minutes the Walmart employee was bringing my item to my car, smiling the whole time he was walking towards me. I really appreciate the Excellent Customer Service.

Went in to buy a new released DVD and was told that they dont put out the new releases out until next week for the ones that come out this week. I asked about last weeks releases and was just given a blank look and no answer. Then another employee said get it out of the redox machine. What lazy employees

Pretty good . Was able to get everything for the kids. Long line as usual but self check out was good and both entries to the store were open. Thats always good to get in and out so u dont have to walk all the way to the otherwise and u parked way on the other side

1st and last time I will visit the walmart at this location. The cashier was very helpful. The things I wanted were available...but the vibe of the stockers on the floor was off putting...they were rude and loud. Dear lord do not go inside when its a military payday its way to busy and they will not have what youre looking for. This Walmart is placed in an area with low income families and its a stone throw from the bases. Its not clean inside, nor is it very organized to shop in. I am sure the poor people within this store are over worked and lacking of praise to get through another shift. Please if youre reading this the stars and the review are not here to tell you not to go but to remind you that the struggle is real here and you can see it and they are out of a lot of items from time to time but it is a Walmart after all.

Its Walmart. You know, one of the places where a person can go in for one item and walk out with 59 more, whether or not the original item is included in that number. Thats been my experience. Always.

Found things I wanted to buy by lines to check out were so long and I just will not use self check-out but those were busy too. I just left.

Used the photo booth for the first time. Was told it would be an hour. So I walked around the store and then came back….pictures still not ready. Told me another hour. So I go home and then got a text that they were ready. I came back up here and was told they weren’t ready yet and it would be ANOTHER hour. Fed up at this point.

This Walmart is terrible. Ive been trying to get a product they said theyve had online for 4 days now. Two managers have told me to come back at different times or the next day and it would be out on the shelf after the overnight crews came in. Ive been back to check 2 times a day and at the times they told me it would be out, still not out. I dont know who they have working here, but as a stock clerk myself, this would be unacceptable and someone should locate the product when a customer asks. Especially a MANAGER!!

Staff with no knowledge of product location and others who will literally tell you no when you ask them a question and walk away. Employee at the checkout on the phone on a video call and people bringing in carts talking about drugs. Spent nearly an hour searching and ending up finding the one item myself after being mislead to two complete ends of the store.

They have all kinds of amazing things for pets in here my cat needs a special diet food. The vet office inside (Banfield) gave me a prescription to be able to buy it in-store (transferred from my vet office which took 2 hours to do). Come to find out PetSmart doesnt carry the one type my cat needs just for kidneys. So, after waiting 2 days to try to get it through PetSmart I ended up ordering it on-line anyway. Thank GOD for Chewy! We had moved and we couldnt find the box the cat food was no put in. So I had to give my cat regular food until I could get his special diet (Meow Mix). But my cat was throwing up eating it so I was pretty desperate to get his special diet.

Need more help in the Automotive Shop.....2 to 3 hours for an oil change.....smh

Went to Walmart on tidewater dr, Norfolk. It is a nasty, dirty store. I get to the self-checkout and they dont allow for cash payment. I had two items and was told that I had to wait in one of ONLY 3 registers open. As you can imagine there were long lines at these registers... why is Walmart not allowing for cash payment at the sef-checkout registers??? If the nasty conditions of the store werent enough to keep me from returning, the absolute inconvenience of having to use a credit/debit card and being penalized for using cash ARE....

Yesterday, I was able to get some friendly & helpful assistance from one of their associates. She willingly helped me!

Its a Walmart near the beach . I was there a little after 9pm, looking for beach shoes. Beach shoes in sizes smaller then 12 were gone, water cartons were gone too. So get there early not at night for beach supplies.

Well youll find practically everything you want at a great price right away. I did not find replacement heads for my rechargeable shavers. Also the wine had a a less price tag than what I was charged!

This location has just given up. Stock us always low, much of it consistently out, and the deli hasnt been open in weeks. Honestly, the Walmart executives need to fire the management at this location and reorganize the store.

I must be insane to go into this location knowing that the line is always backed up plus the store was dirty. Stuff all over the place and completely unorganized. I have severe anxiety and this experience definitely spiked it.

Convenient parking clean store

I usually dont go to this Walmart, but since I was on this side of town I stopped by to pick up some items for the home.I went to the home garden section and noticed that they had Eliminator Ant and Tick lawn granules marked down to $2.70 a bag on the label. It specifically had the quantity and weight on it with the price. There also was a big sign on the floor showing a price of $10.86 but did not have a product that price directly related to.So I took a picture of the $2.70 label with the product description attached so I could show the cashier and got 2 bags of the Eliminator Ant and Flea granules.I get to checkout and the cashier says this costs $10.86. I showed her the picture of the mislabeled product in my phone for $2.70 and she then gets two other Walmart associates to go verify the label.After about 6 minutes waiting at the register these two associates come back and say yes we see where it says $2.70 but thats not the right price it costs $10.86. I replied well the label says different and they say oh night shift is not doing there job changing the labels its $10.86 a bag.I told the Walmart associate you got me this time but never again. If you mislabeled a product I am supposed to get that price! Its not my job to walk around the store hoping the price is right for products You sell! I attached a photo of the label.I just went ahead a payed for it, but this Walmart will not get my business!They need to do better!

Horrible however you have to give them a star just like haters have a Good way to get good people fired for the color of their skin.

Walmart has decided to make all of their Lanes self-service Lanes only and the one I decided to stand in line for which was ridiculous was 20 minutes late and a gentleman cut in front of me and then his friend asked them to buy a watermelon for him for a dollar but the watermelon cost $5 and everything was unmonitored and there was very little help and the machine did not have change for the gentleman checking out in front of me who cut me in line to begin with so I had a very frustrating experience.

This is a dirty store and never has enough registers open. I only go to this store when I have to have a product right away.

Very big Walmart. A little messy here and there but we found everything we were looking for.

Do not go to this store if youre in search of fishing supplies both times ive been the whole isle hadnt been stocked in a while and because of that there wasnt any product to buy empty spots everywhere

Came in and had to wait 45 minutes for them to find keys. Everything is disorganized they need new management or a new system.
