Zero stars if there were an option.1. Two of the four employees present were not wearing face coverings2. The coffee was burnt and acidic. You could tell it had been sitting all day and the coffee filter is still there dripping3. There was only 1 of each cup present; most hanging out half way4. I was overcharged for said coffee. First he tried to ring me for 2 large foam cups for 3.03. Then proceeded to TELL me that they are $.99 when on the window, the app, AND ADVERTISED says .79 and overcharged me as suchThis location is unsafe and unprofessional and I wouldnt reccomend to anyone.
Both store clerks were very helpful to my mom and I. They are top of the line employees. My name is Michael Gates in Norfolk, Va.
Walked in this morning at 9:26 am and neither of the two (2) 7-Eleven employees (one male & one female) were wearing any type of face covering. Arent all employees of businesses that serve the public required to wear face coverings (masks), especially when interacting with customers? Isnt this a violation of the most recent VA Dept of Health COVID-19 mandates? Im not sure why 7-Eleven employees feel free to interact with the public with no type of face covering. This is the 2nd time Ive observed an employee without a face covering at the 3800 Granby St, Norfolk, VA location. Whos in charge here?
Great store friendly staff wish they stayed open at odd hours, couple of my shifts leave me stuck without the convenience of the store
Zero Stars. Management or 7-11 needs to get this location together. Went in this morning to purchase drinks and my order came up to like 8.77 and I had a $50 bill. Instead of dropping the money and getting my change the female cashier talked to a coworker about how I should of asked her if she had change and she hates when people do it. And the little bit of money that I was spending that she didnt care to receive. I walked right out and I will never go back. I love in the neighborhood and the last 2 years have been the worst at this location.
Cringey. Understaffed, and whoever they had behind the counter was definitely a lil green (if ya get what Im sayin).
I went in there that 711 on Granby and 38th Street it was late and I went in there to get some donuts for my coffee in the morning he charged me twice when I told him he got upset never going there again
This 7 eleven is closed half the time. Middle of the day sometimes and most of the time at night
Every time we stop in this location, coffee is either not available, or super old and gross. Tried cashing in lottery ticket was told they are not doing anything with lottery. And all this is if they are even open when you stop at the location.
The clerks are always on the phone .you have to wait 3 minutes to checkout .. And you dont even stay open 24 hours so you shouldnt call yourself a 7-ElevenI dont blame it on the pandemic because all the other stores are running by their proper hours bad management...
I used to come into this 7-Eleven every morning for hot coffee and a morning snack at 4am. I love the Chai Latte tea and most stores in the area don’t have it or it’s not working properly. This store has it ready. I always felt safe and the customer service was awesome!! I highly recommend the early morning workers to check it out!❤️
Persons behind the counter were abusive of customers and unreasonably argumentative when asked simple questions. Upon requesting information about management both persons behind the counter grew hostile and violent, such that I left the premises before the situation would require police involvement. If your standards are low and you dont require interaction with peoplen make your business here brief.
Be glad I even go in there after your employee took my money and still has a job
Just called to ask store number so I knew I was ordering from the correct 7NOW Store and he said I dont know the store number and hung up on me. Thank you 711 for saving me money! Got home from work and wanted wings but I wont be spending money here ever again 😢
I went to this store in the morning June 6 2020, Dude doesnt know what he was doing, I asked some staff on the gril but he gave me something else also, he has attitudes
I won’t go to this 7 Eleven anymore. I have been harassed, begged, had people try to sell me stuff while I have been waiting on my gas to pump at this location. After dark is even worse. They need full time security at this location.
Went to turn in scratch offs and employee tried to take a $5 dollar fee for himself out of my winnings. When I confronted him he said it was his fee for having to scratch the barcode and that I was wrong (while admitting its obviously not store policy) and the female employee defended him. Got my rightful money and essentially kicked out. Great theives you got there.
They are always sold out of everything
Deplorable, every single time I come here I get yelled at and talked to like trash for asking the price of something thats not listed, its filthy and the employees are rude. This happens every Sunday I go there I can give some employees a break its a thankless job, but every single time? No I doubt this place has management and if they do it much be just as bad.
TEAR IT DOWN! BUILD SOMETHING BETTER! THE ASSOCIATES HERE DONT HAVE ANY HOME TRAINING!
Why put a sign up if the cashier cant read it? Dont know how you debate a sign that is posted in 4 spots and tell me Im wrong. Its like the remedial 7-11.
The People that Work at this 7-11 could not be more useless and disrespectful, I will be calling Corporate and taking care of business....
I cant believe this place is a 7-Eleven. Rap music playing in the store, employees wearing street clothes, beggars in the parking lot.
Ive been there 3 times and the cashier has literally never spoken to me. Sketchy place with limited selection compared to other 7-Elevens. Gas here is always more expensive than other options.
Clean and good service!
The phones Associated with this 711 that are posted online are not in service the number is a fax number not an accurate number to reach an employee inside of the store poor customer service
I live in the neighborhood, had to stop because I needed to use the restroom. Im on crutches and wasnt allowed to. Not a good look. Ive limited buying anything from this store since then.
Not even a bathroom.
Sad place there are some of the 7-11 that take pride in how they serve, but this place no coffee at 745 am wow, I just hope this coffee is good
So the gay dude with the hair and his cell phone stuck to his head is rude as . The lady working tonight I have respect.
Very clean
