I went to do a COVID/swab test today. It went about as well as it could, Id say (it was my first time doing it). It felt a little artificial, as all communication was done via the intercom (the window never even opened at the drive-through), but I understand why that is, given the circumstances. The woman that helped me was very kind (or at the very least, her tone of voice conveyed as such). For that, Id like to laud her and CVS for having done a job well-done :)

All the pharmacy staff are excellent. Both David and Kim are very knowledgeable and very caring no matter how busy their day is.

Spoke with David in pharmacy about getting my prescription transferred to his pharmacy and was very pleased with his attitude. Excellent customer service with a very professional attitude! Wish all Cvs workers could work as well as David. Way to go, please keep up the outstanding work performance and attitude.

Just had the best experience at the pharmacy. New insurance card and price for prescription went way up! Pharmacist took extra time with me to find coupons and discounts bringing from over $450 down to $130. So patient and kind!

Worst pharmacy ever. They either dont have the prescription or its never ready. They wont call and let you know that it isnt ready. Every time I come here I have to come back multiple times because they can never get it together. When you arent feeling well or your child isnt feeling well this is the last thing you want to have to go through.

The pharmacy here is wonderful, but I wish there was more items on the shelves though. I dont know if it is a logistics or a vendor issue, or even lack of shelvers.

This place is really inefficient. I stood there for 40 minutes trying to get one rx that had been filled. I got shuffled between lines multiple times just to add my updated insurance. I finally lost patience and had to leave.

I can’t to pick up a prescription and someone told me 15-20 minutes. I came back an hour later and they still weren’t ready.

Lacking patient care & customer/patient service.My doctor twice called in a RX for me. The first time, I was told they didn’t have anything for me and hung up.The second time, my doctor spoke to a man and he said he would fill my RX & send a notification via text when it was ready for pick up. He did not fill my RX, he did not communicate they had my RX and when I tried to check via automated phone call, they didn’t have my RX. I had to go in person and ask whether they had it. They did not have the RX ready. After I paid for my RXs, he then sent the text that my RX was ready.This is completely unacceptable. He is rude and condescending. I will not be going back since this is not the first time he has not followed through (read: done his job).They also run out of medications and do not care to help patients find an alternative CVS which has the medication in stock.I have not had an issue with the non-pharmacy aspects of the store.

I came to the pharmacy the other day after calling and being told my medicine was ready for pickup. When I got there I was told it was out of stock. I came back a few days later after getting a call and sat in drive thru pickup for over 40 minutes with just a couple of cars in line but should not take this long

I recently completed a COVID-19 testing in the drive thru, and the lady assisting me in Pharmacy was very rude. I definitely recommend you trying a different location!

Sy is the smartest most competent and capable pharmacist Ive had the pleasure of being helped by. She helped me quickly get my prescription, and helped me find everything I needed for a personal health issue with grace and discretion. No matter what pharmacy you go to, whether there are long lines, out of stock items, or what have you, as long as there is a Sy working there, everything will be okay.

Dont waste your time going here for a Covid 19 test. You will never get your results back. It has been ten days for me and no results. Testing is clearly based on preference and social status. Someone like me is essentially worthless to these people and not worth their time.

Staff is usually nice but theres generally a bit of a wait at the pharmacy even when it seems to be dead inside. Wish this location and its pharmacy were 24 hours but I understand that not everywhere can be.Most recently when my husband picked up my prescription though I was not only given the wrong brand (from what my prescription was written for) but also the wrong dosage, so Im a little upset about this mix up.

So glad I made the switch to CVS! Yesterday the pharmacy tech Russell went above and beyond getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner, and was so professional and charismatic. Truly a gem! Keep him!

I go to this pharmacy often and I always have a wonderful experience. Russ is always finding me the cheapest cost for my prescription which I truly appreciated. If you want to feel cared for go to this pharmacy!!!!

This is a huge store. They have a ton of stuff and the staff is nice. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s super hard to get in and out of and the parking lot is very tight.

Everyone at the store is friendly and helpful. The store is always immaculately clean and well stocked. Im in this store a lot, and at various times of day, and have never had a problem. The pharmacy staff is especially wonderful.

Kim in the pharmacy was amazing she was so very helpful and knowledgeable about everything she walked away from her desk and came on the sales floor to show me exactly what I needed she offered me other things to help as well very understanding and caring need more people like that around she was so very helpful thank you so very much

First visit to get a Flu and Shingles shot. The Pharmacist was stellar, talked to her on the phone, she checked my insurance ahead, I arrived 2 hours later she had all the paperwork ready, administered the shots with great care explaining all the possible side affects etc. I really felt she and her technician knew their business and provided the care and service above and beyond what I have received at other brands. I left a happy man. I also liked the new and clean store, I picked up a few items. Ill go nowhere else for my health needs if that need can be met here.

I love this store!! Pharmacy, hands dwn thee best Ive been at. I switched everything all my meds over to the pharmacy. They called an told me, that I needed a prior authorization..sent the message over asap to my doctors. I dont know the blk pharmacist named..but let me tell you..She is always so sweet, polite sn helpful omgI wish I could send them all lunch!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and neat, making it easy to find the supplies/medicine which I need.

No greeting upon entering. Derogatory insult face and sound by one employee. Ran the CRT machine at least. Wanted to use the restroom first but, Told no restroom. We wanted to shop, but felt unwanted. Dont bother shopping there, they dont have time for you.

I was not happy with my experience at this cvs location. As I walked through the doors it felt as though an elephant was in the room from the silent stares of the manger and un-welcoming attitude of the cashier. When I asked a small question involving the manager, the cashier was much more warm and welcoming, but the manager told the cashier she was the manager as if to avoid having to discuss anything with me because he was occupied. They both exchanged a laugh and continued on this charade. This location does not at all seem to put the priority of the customer first and I was very disappointed.

Jasmine, one of the pharmacy techs, was outstanding. She went above and beyond when we were having issues with insurance verification.

Battle between asthma from Hampton Blvd and wet lung from the gas station next door. Maybe somebody will smoke a cigar outside.

Such a convenient location. Everyone is really nice and trys their hardest to help you! If you are still going to Walgreens or Rite Aid, your wasting your time.

Closed restrooms to customers. For employees only said the cashier. Not shopping here anymore.
