Probably the cleanest Sweet Frog Ive ever been to in my life. Id give them 5 stars but the toppings are all in separate individual containers which is a COMPLETE hassle. I just hope they dont charge for that because the containers add to the weight, which ultimately effects the overall price.

This place was extremely clean and welcoming. The staff was awesome and really helpful to my family and I. All of the frozen yogurt machines were very clean and organized. Even all the way down to the toppings. The most enjoyable part about this Sweet frog is there amazing store manager Pamela. We will definitely be back soon!

Covid restrictions ruin the environment qnd experience I used to know here.

Im giving sweet Frog 1 star because the lady working that day was rude. She clearly came from the back and sae me and my 2 children there and didnt greet us or anything. I actually said hello to her first but she didnt respond. Its more to the story but I want go there. Its the customer service for me!!! 🤷‍♀️

The establishment in itself deserves a 5 star, very clean and organized. Your staff however deserves a 1 star as the girls who worked last night were very RUDE! We had to ask for the fresh fruit so we rang the bell, the young girl walked out and stared at us, never asking what we needed. I asked for cookie dough and she left before my husband could ask for strawberries. When I went to pay she would mumble my total, I had to ask 3 times what my total was. Customer service is so important and these girls could use some restraining.

We had an awesome time today! Were treated like family. 100% recommend this place.Ps: try the Dole pineapple flavor

Great vegan options. One of the best locations I have been to.

The yogurt quality here is occasionally hit-or-miss, but theres a wide enough variety of flavors that most people should be able to sample until they find something they like.

It was clean, the people are friendly, and the fro-yo is delicious.

UPDATE- The owner has already contacted me and rectified the situation. He stated his workers should know better than to be forcing children to wear masks. My son is staying the night with his friend and they went in to get some froyo. My son and his friend are EIGHT YEARS OLD. The worker refused to serve them because they werent wearing a mask. My friend (the parent of my childs friend) put one on herself but the worker still refused because the CHILDREN were not wearing any. The executive order states children UNDER 10 DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR ONE!!! Seriously ridiculous and straight up discrimination! Never spending another dime here.

Delicious healthy (its available!) food. Pick the fruit without syrup and nuts for toppings. No fat, No sugar added vanilla yogurt.Nice people, great store.

Way too expensive! The toppings are not set up for easy access. Your definitely paying for the interior design of the place.It was $24.00 and some change for two people. At skinny dip they offer the same for $14.00 And some change.The cups offered come in one size cups with no taste testers. Also being a self serve place asking for tips should be taboo.Definitely would rate one star if the place was not as cleanly as it was.

Just had the best experience at this sweet frog location. An employee named Craig helped me figure out which of the flavors I would like. He was very knowledgeable and kind.

This place was a usual fro-yo place complete with a quiet atmosphere. My issue was with the one employee who was eating her own treat in front of customers while at the register. This rubbed me as a poor customer service aspect, but the fro-yo itself was tasty.

Great precautions with social distancing!

Ive been going to this one as a regular, but now they have lost a customer. I have talked with the manager today about my leaving my name and number, and he looks at me like Im crazy before saying that they werent hiring after someone else said they were a week ago. Add that to the fact that two of their machines have been constantly down for the past few weeks, with another two down today. I will not be back as a customer and will be going to either Skinny Dip at Pembroke or Landstown or the Sweet Frog at Suffolk or Newport News.

Sweet frog is a delicious frozen yogurt place. The staff is nice, the tables are clean, he floors are swept, and you can ask for sample cups. Everything is easily set up, and its easy to understand what to do.

Love it here. They really keep up with the fresh seasonal fruit toppings

The variety of toppings are awesome youll enjoy every dish that this restaurant offer. Perfect lunch for families and even for celebration..

A bit pricey but worth it for the friendly service and awesome selection. Convenient location with parking across the street.

Lots of selections of yogurt and toppings, only one machine was down when I went and everything was clean and put away. Disney music was playing the whole time which i think fits their theme

Craig needs a raise for sure. Came here to get ice cream with my girl and somehow he was able to recommend a flavor that she ACTUALLY LIKED. (Not easy to do, she is super picky). Anyway, hopefully youll give him a raise or something, I would check back later and see if it ever happened but bae is going to kill me after she finds this review. So Im trusting in the managment to carry out my last wishes. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!

The yogurt was great and I love and recremend the swirl of tart and the NY cheesecake. There is many types of toppings and the small is huge my family and I got 3 smalls for 15 dollars. Its .52 cents per ounce. I suggest the vinilla also.

Nice little spot to enjoy froyo with the kids. They have abt 8 diff. Options to choose from. Several diff. Toppings to add on. Does get costly since you pay by weight. I went today and 2 machines were down and the strawberries were nasty. Usally they have fresh stuff. Dont no what was going on today. And i really didnt care for the options they had. They do have sample cups. Take advantage of those to try the froyo out before you fill a cup. Sometimes the froyo doesnt taste like you would expect to.

Its a great little shop, always clean, always nice service, and a great contributor to the local community.

Food and service was lovely! What I hated was how Ive come twice bother times during the weekend before 10 and they were closed early.

Lots of toppings to choose from, perfect for kids or adults, and a perfect way to cool off from being in the heat.
