Great experience with Griffin Doors VA. The receptionist was very helpful and the technicians were on time. I was able to be seen 2 days after I scheduled an appointment. The technicians installed my garage door opener within a hour to an hour and a half. After completion the technician thoroughly went over with me how to properly use the system. I recently used Griffin Doors services to do an emergency same day door replacement after a robbery occurred at my home. This is great company they have done wonderful service for me. They are very professional and come and get the job done with no problems. Great company for home or business I use them for both.

They were very good fast and efficient but very expensive, I had a to pay a total of $487.60(with tip) for replacing the spring. I paid an extra $50 for getting it done the same day. I looked at some other places which were charging much less.

Originally I had purchased a opener and install service from home depot, unfortunately Home Depot gave us the wrong type of opener which would not work with our garage door. We had estimates done by 3 other companies, and all of them came back with replacing the entire garage door, where we only wanted to replace a section, as our technicians are tough on the door, and it wouldnt have been a smart decision financially to replace it! Would not recommend anyone BUT Griffin Doors for a project such as ours!They did an excellent job; having to tear out glass doors that were in place of a garage door; then installing our 10x7 garage door and bucks. Also added the decorative Sunray windows in the door. Also installed a GUARDIAN Model 615 garage door opener with safety sensors, push button opener, and key pad. Along with the added treat of programming our car automatic opener which we were too dumb to do ourselves at our last home. LOL!It gave our home a completely new face lift. We are ever so grateful to Joshua and Alvin for accomplishing all these tasks in less than 4 hours. Kudos to the Griffin Team. On a scale of 1-10, we give them an 11+.
