We recently had 4 basement windows installed from the Norfolk NE Window World. They look great and are easy to use. The clean up afterward was exceptional, couldnt even tell they were there. The installation person was very courteous and knowledgeable about any question I had for him. The office staff was also great to work with every step of the way from purchase to installation!

Called to find out if there was any warranty left on our windows. We just purchased the house a few months ago and noticed there were many locks broken. Lady who answered the phone was very rude. I was taken back as Ive heard many good things about this company. I planned to have them replace a few other Windows. We now plan to go through someone else.
