Awesome team at the pawn shop here got a TV surround sound and a hoverboard for very cheap price. Got a Valentines Day special going on here. Hospitality was great.💙💜. I have to say I am completely shocked. As a woman, walking into a pawn shop was not on my bucket list. I always thought the employees would be dishonest and try to take advantage of me. I was able to pawn the piece of jewelry I had with ease and actually got more then I expected. My pawn shop fear has been put to rest. It was very clean, everyone was very friendly and not once did I feel like they were trying to get one over on me. I even walked out with some new arm candy. I will definitely return if I am looking for something to purchase or sell in the future.

This place charges $5 a day late fee during their 15 day grace period.. And they do not have it on the contract or anywhere in the store.. Because its illegal!! Taking advantage of people who are obviously already going through a difficult time or wouldnt be there in the first place!! Wish i had the option to give you zero stars.. You need to be shut down!!

Scammers! Dont buy any type of electronics here. When you take it home, it will not work! You wont be able to get any of your money back for the defective items! This was my first and last time ever doing business here. I highly recommend that you AVOID this place unless you want to lose out on your hard earned money! You WILL get blamed for the defective item that they sold to you. The trick is to show you just enough to get you to make the purchase and then say well it worked when we showed it to you in the store. Low down dirty business! Snakes!

Made the drive from Richmond for a firearm I was looking for. Very pleased with the transaction I had with them.

Makes mistake on price and doesnt honor the post. Beat down Glock 19 for $500 and points the firearm at me; after belligerent attitude of me looking at internals. JOKE I placed the firearm back in the box. Guy grabs it back out, sweeps past me with the barrel and squeezed the trigger.

Went into sell jewelry returned by ex-girlfriend. Was read the standard script I have heard before. Market is saturated right now, got too many in stock right now...etc. etc. Literally word for word script I have heard many years before. Sold items at a diamond exchange in Va. Beach the following week for $1200. So glad the market was not too saturated out in Va. Beach.

You mean,Klans-R-us pawn: they spent enough time watching me pull loose tools out of a bin on the floor,with NO offer of a box or a sack to put it all in,yet not have a price quote to tell me. Nothing out of the 100+ tool pile was priced,so I had to ask a price for the bundle. Instead,I got greeted with acerbic and goadious tones likeWHAT! a couple of times when replying to his remarks about me pulling all Craftsman tools!,said a couple of times as well. I said to him that if you thought of the Craftsman brand as being significant to the other brands within the same box,then perhaps the brand should have already been saparated. He goesnot necessarily so. Then,he had the nerve to ask me,So what kind of price did you have in mind as far as buying these? That is not my job to price,it is yours. He then says,If you re not gonna buy,Ill just put it all right back in the same box. I said,with a cocky attitude like yours,I wouldnt give a damn what you do with it. Then I walked out. Hopefully, the crew that served me the last few times I bought bulk tools from there are still there;only THEN might i return. In actuality, I am more so embarrassed for that business than I am angry at them.As of this morning, I have seen the response and I said nothing about the prices accept to tell me how much you want for this. I dont haggle over prices and I never did out of the few times I have shopped there before. Im done with yall. And Taiwan is a country,not a brand. But why should that suprise me-coming from yall?

Basically looking for a TV. Young guy at the counter was trying to help. Theyve got a bunch of old 720s in the shop. Selling for about 3-400$. I thought the prices were a little high. The selection is very small. All the electronics are dated. Will be using services like OfferUp from now on.

Bought Rockford Fosgate amp from them, when I took it to get it Installed the installer tells me that there is no frequency knob in the back of the amp. I call the pawnshop back to let them know that its not there and they say oh yeah it was there and Im not getting my money back. I didnt get to talk to the owner of the pawnshop because he wasnt there, but when I bought the amp, the owner vouched for it saying that everything was ok with the amp, I just want my money back because you cant adjust the frequency at all on the amp.I hope that the owner will give me better customer service than the guy I spoke to on the phone did. Im not one to sell or buy junk, so I dont expect it in return. I hope to hear from the owner soon. Dont buy any car audio from these people, they are scammers that sell broken amps.

I had items get stolen and I was told by the police to call the pawn shops let them know its been stolen let them know what it is so an eye can be kept out. Well the jerk who answered the phone wouldnt take any item information and just kept telling me the police would tell them even though im pretty sure it got sold to a pawn shop by now and i know they wont get notified now thats why the police told me to call them. When asked to speak to the manager he prented to be one. Okay dont do business here they probably take stolen stuff...

To the car audio and car club world do not buy no amps or speakers from this store they dont know nothing about car audio and then they test it on radio speakers they are taking blown amps and selling them to ppl and when you tell then its blown they say its your fault. I repeat do not pay any car audio from this pawn shop or you will regret it and be out of money. And they dont tell you this but even with a receipt all sales are final.
