Im feeling like a Harry Homeowner, here. I like visiting this place so much better than home depot. Ive bought plumbing parts, hardware, and lawn and outdoor stuff. Their prices are in line with bigger stores. Much easier navigating the store and they have always what I need. Great staff... always helpful.Was there today. They helped me with everything I needed. BTW, their outdoor trash cans are above the racks in the outdoor section.

They pretty much have the things you need

Neighborhood local and they still make keys the old fashioned way and I paid less than it costs to have them made at a machine. The keys were ready and I was out the door very quickly.

Its a local business that I try to go to instead of the big boys. The staff is always helpful and they will take the time to assist you. Most of the time they have what I need. Got some grass fertilizer yesterday. It was 27 plus tax. Not bad. Now if I dont over feed the grass and kill it, I will be happy.

I hate big box stores and I try to patronize the local stores. BUT, this hardware store still requires mask for those who are fully vaccinated. Why get vaccinated if you still have to wear a mask? I am free. Follow the science, not fear.

A decent quick local Hardware store. However, the garden plants outside only half were worth buying because others were dried out, dying from not being water. I never can locate a person to help in different areas of the store i.e. paint dept. When visited other day only had one register and one person to ring up customer orders. Cashiers are always friendly and willing to answer your questions. With the Spring in full force please consider hiring extra help for your customers.

Glad this company is still around its a great little quick stop when you dont have time for the Lowes or Home depots of this world.

I try to buy local whenever I can. I like the his Ace Hardware store because they are well stocked and have a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Good selection of merchandise, however I needed an exterior wood filler that was white not dark. Wound up going to the dreaded Big Box store.

The store is well stocked, well managed and convenient to the Willow Wood area. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My daughter lives in the neighborhood, but I remember this store from many years ago. Friendly, courteous staff and more hardware, paint, plumbing supplies and yard care items than you would imagine in what appears to be a small store.

For a small store they usually have what I need. Its a bit more expensive but worth it for the convience of not having to go to the big stores.

Its local for a quick place to pick up an item but THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE! And for what? I like going there buy I can always expect to pay from $2 - $4 more. And thats if they have what you need.

Theres really not enough help in that store and being in that neighborhood you would think they have hardware for older homes but dont if you nuts and bolts are little things great for more than that dont waste your time

Ordered something online and went to pick it up when I received the email saying it was ready. When I got there the cashier said the email was wrong and I needed to wait until they call me and completely dismissed the conversation. She wasn’t willing to even go check if it was accessible. She started talking to someone else and ignored me. I still haven’t gotten a call- the email says they’ll only hold it for five days and I’m on day 4.

Stood in line to be told to move to the other register as she was closed. The man helped a young lady and she was getting keys made. He told me to go back to the register I just came from. Stood there waiting only to have him call someone to open it and when they got there he handed them the keys to make and left. She finished the keys then told me that the register I was at was closed and I had to go to the register I just left. The man was a bit rude and certainly gave horrible customer service. Ill not be returning.

We rented a Uhaul van from their “Rental Place”. We personally went to the location to reserve the van the day before. We were told we could pick it up at 0800 the next morning. Kurt helped us and was courteous and very friendly.We showed up at the location at 0815. The guy on the register was quite rude in that he said he was just opening up and it would be 15 minutes. We said that was a long time as our reservation was for 0800”, he responded with “it sure is”.Wow...I’ve been coming here since 2001 and never been treated so rudely. He continued to huff and puff his way through the registration process. Really an uncomfortable experience. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.I’d like to keep coming to this location. My hope is that someone from management reads this and gives Kenny Sheppard some much needed customer service training.If I were new to the area, I certainly wouldn’t come back with that kind of treatment.Because I’ve patronized this place for so long, I know Kenny is not representative of the employees there:)That’s the good news...

Boycott this store due to the insanity! I was refused service for not wearing a mask, and I have health issues (Asthma). I was exchanging a 5 gallon water jug and leaving the empty. Which by the way has been in my home for over a month. This is ludacris and I will never shop this store again. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

An old time real hardware store. Not a big box store. Good employees there to give actual assistance online the big box stores where you cant get help and then they dont have what you wanted. I love shopping in this Ace Hardware. Im sorry it isnt in my hometown in Texas. This summer will be the last time I will get to shop here unless i make a special to Norfolk to shop there.

Going to this place for the last 10 years. Most of the senior staff remember my face, kinda makes you feel like youre in one of those little down south mom and pop shops. Highly recommend.

The people there are very helpful.

The time is 6:50pm and the store is supposed to close at 7pm but a guy comes outside yelling we closed. How do you close 10 minutes before time. I was just gonna grab a new door knob for my homes safety and I already knew what I wanted. For an employee to run outside yelling the store is closed 10 minutes before and giving me the cut throat sign is so unprofessional. Just lost my business.
