I’ve been to this store a half dozen times in the past few months as we update our home. Every staff member I have interacted with is attentive and knowledgeable. Twice I have come in with custom colors and great care was taken to make sure the match was perfect!I’ve been a loyal Benjamin Moore user for 20 years in Colorado. I contracted someone to paint the interior of my home and the contractor told me to go to Benjamin Moore to get paint samples and pick my colors. I am so glad they did! The folks at this store were incredibly helpful--from letting me take a fan deck home, to spending time talking to me about different shades of beige, I could not have asked for better service. I am recommending them to all of my friends who are new homeowners. I had a fabulous experience and they made the process of picking paint colors smooth and accurate!

Bad experience. Walked in the store this morning with a PPG paint that my client a doctors office on 21st Street said that she purchased at the Benjamin Moore store and the guy turned me away so he didnt carry that paint. All it was asking for him to do was to mix the paint so I could touch up.-was rude and aggressive first thing off the bat.-walk over to the folks at Sherwin Williams not two minutes later and they were very happy to accommodate mixing the paint for me. This was a new paint can just opened and its settled about a month and I needed to remix it to touch up.-my suggestion is pass on Benjamin Moore go to Sherwin-Williams. Much better customer service and workers.!!
Staff always professional and friendly...
Walked in the store 5 mintues prior to closing .. clerk looked at me and said I am about to finish closing out.. I am like I only need a quart... he blatantly ignored finished his closeout and then starts resetting the store... mind you this was prior to closing as I am still standing at the register waiting for him to start my 1 can of paint.... also... been a customer of bm paint for more than 20 years .... WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.... rude poor customer service...if I could get it no starsorry I would...
