Terrible online order returns. After my ordeal, I researched online and found out customers frequently get used or severely damaged shoes, when ordering online. Unfortunately, I was one of these customers. The shoes were used and stained when I received them, so I returned them the next day to this store location. The staff was friendly, but due to corporate policy, they could only refund the cost of the shoes, but not the $9 shipping cost- even though this was an issue, not caused by me. The manager gave me a number to call, which I did and I also emailed the company. They advised I would get the shipping cost refunded. Its been months and nothing. I will never buy with them again.

Bought shoes online on sale. They told me I had to pickup from the Norfolk Premium Outlet Store. Lady very nice, let me check the size and I wore them back to my car. Great service, pretty shoe styles!

My husband needed to replace his sneakers and found great Sketchers extra wide width shoes and was able to get two pairs during their sale. Lots of selections for all and the only thing Id have to say is I wish they had more seats when trying on shoes.

Came here to replace a very bad QC pair of name brand shoes ordered online.. They carry a decent selection. However they do not carry anti-slip steel/safety-toed shoes. Staff was very helpful with information. They let us know everything that was on sale and had a smooth checkout. Overall a good experience

Whatever you do. Do not order products to be delivered to you from this store. This is the second time Ive ordered sneakers and something went wrong with FedEx.They choose to contact with FedEx instead of another mailing source. Im frustrated with them. If they do not have the product in store...i suggest you try another store.

Got everything I wanted.

The sales lady was really nice and processed my return quickly. Im unhappy with the company though. Be warned of online purchases. Youre better off going into the store because it takes them over a week to respond to emails.

I went in & nobody even spoke 2 me!!! But as i was at counter i was realizing that the girl greeting certain people coming in. When i shopped there i left the box & bought an Imfamous bag 2 put them in. But they acted like i had some germs not very friendly!!! Butt the shoes had never been worn so i ordered myself a pair. Thank goodness i dont 2 go back there again. Sorry the truth is the truth.

I was racially profiled and followed around the store for a hour . I should have got this lady name but i was so livid i just left and promise to never return again . She asked did i find everything okay and i said yes thank you ma’am then she proceeds to clean up around me . I moved to the back of the store and here she is again i moved to the other side AND WELL LOOKY LOOKY there she was again. She only followed me because i had shoes from another store in a bag in my hands but I stopped in there because i looking for shoes for my elderly grandmother I asked to speak to a manager and the manager showed no concern and didnt ask was i okay she sent a regular employee to help me and when I expressed my concerns about a woman following me around the store and making me uncomfortable and I explained it is another woman on the other side who needs help with a bigger bag than mine in her hand she said Im sorry about that .. and did nothing about it . I WILL NEVER spend my money here again .

The staff are super friendly and kind. They are very helpful in helping you find what you need. The problem is they dont exactly have what you need.

I came in to do an exchange on a pair of sandals and my husband came in to get a new pair of shoes. I just had a baby and obviously have anxiety about going out with a newborn and toddler. We come in and are respectful and I’m keeping an eye on my toddler while managing my newborn in the stroller while myHusband browses for shoes. The blonde sales associate kept glaring at me which is fine. It was just uncalled for and rude. When my husband goes to check out, he tells her he has a coupon for $10 off and she was so rude to him and snarky. As if it’s coming out of her pocket. My husband was so thrown off by her attitude that he didn’t even ask if they had a military discount (he’s active duty). Really horrible experience due to this blonde bitter associate who shouldn’t even be working in customer service with that mug on her face

They dont issue refunds. They put them into gift cards and it took me almost 8 months to unload the gift card on someone else without getting f----d by online companies that buy gift cards at 0.40 per dollar.

Couldnt find anything I really wanted in that store so I dont know for sure if Ill be returning
