I used to love this place. But it looks like the staff completely changed. They dont seem as helpful, as the team did from last year. Everytime we go in now. Its always no employees on the men side. Or theyre not interested in being on the men side. I actually told the employee yesterday, that the party is over here on the womens side. Plenty of coworkers available. Just talking to each other.

This store has beautiful bags and great prices, there is a variety of bags, wallets, shoes and clothing. There is plenty of room to shop as the store has a great layout. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Salesperson Tempest was very helpful. Went to the back to find purses I might like.

Shahad went above and beyond with her customer service, and she had so much kindness and patience while I was shopping bags. I was blown away. Ive never met someone so passionate about a retail job. I cannot say enough words to express how happy I was happy to shop here.

Visited there today, as I entered the store the Hispanic girl was working floor, she never greeted me and turned away as if she didnt see me. I browsed the store and still no greetings. I observed her several times greeting causcisians as they entered the store and offering support. She made little eye contact because she knows she was not helping everybody that came thru the door. I will never shop that location, the clerks were chatting amongst themselves. Managers need to employ people who have great customer service skills and who are not prejudice towards customers.

I came to this location after seeing a decent deal online on a bookbag that I’d been following. Boy am I glad I did! I really wish that I’d caught the name of the associate who assisted me. She greeted me so warmly upon entrance and I immediately felt comfortable to shop here. The associate remained so sweet and helpful throughout my entire experience. Her manager also assisted by informing me of an awesome deal . So i ended up purchasing the bookbag, laptop cover, wallet, and crossbody! Now that is service that sells!!! Thank you to this dynamic duo! Definitely will be back!!!!

I’ve always had good experiences at this store until today. Writing this so Management considers training their store Managers. I had to do a return today and had forgotten I had paid via Apple Pay. The last 4 numbers shown on my receipt were different than my original card so when I went to do my return the Manager said it had to match and she could only provide store credit. I explained to the store Manager that I only have one card and didn’t understand how they could not match, long story short after calling AMEX they reminded me that I paid with Apple Pay and for the first time I found out that Apple Pay gives you a different code. With so many people paying with Apple Pay now, I find it hard to believe the Manager didn’t know this could be causing the issue, it was a waste of my time but also her time plus holding down the checkout line. I think more training is required in how to handle exchanges. The tone and overall demeanor from the Manager was not at all helpful. The customer service received today left a lot of room for improvement.

Great customer service at the door and register. I witnessed two separate customers trying to give three different associates a hard time (unrelated incidents) and all the associates remained professional and positive throughout each interaction. Awesome store/atmosphere.

I had to take my time to write this. I had very good experience in other store. And this is not my first product of MK. Well this is how my story starts. I had lot of travel going on. Went to find a large tote for a gift. So I visited the store on 11/13/18. There were huge discounts going on due to holiday season. And a sales rep showed me some bags and I loved the large voyager tote that was for $478. So I picked up this bag and went ahead for billing. After billing she said, this is a display bag, let me get you a new one from inside and got it. Since it was very well packed and arranged neatly, I did not open it. Because I wanted to gift it. Then I give this neatly packed bag to the person and they send me a pic, I was terrified. This was not what I purchased. So I had to take the bag back to store to get the one I originally wanted. And said the story to a guy who was apparently the manager of the store. Instead of solving the issue, he completely ignored my problem, lied that they never sell that product at the store, as it is a retail one and directed me for a refund. I said I can exactly spot the section where this bag was displayed and you can even check your store cameras, because I was very sure of what I selected. And I did not like the bag they gave me instead of the one I liked. The response was very rude and discouraging. I felt very bad about how the store manager lied that they did not display the product at all, when I myself selected the bag I wanted. Though I am aware that this is a outlet store and people go there, I will not recommend this store for their behavior and response to customer questions.

I went there on a weekend the place was packed! Met this beautiful lady called Shahd I believe. She was amazing, clearly knew what she was doing. Took care of me and my wife helped us pick few things up. I like the fact that she listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted. Overall we left the place satisfied with the prices and happy with our purchase. Whenever I get another vacation I will Definitely go and shop there again!

Had an awesome experience here. Sales rep Anthony who was helping me and everyone in the mens section out did a fantastic job at keeping track of everything and was super helpful in selection. He knew the deals and greeted us as we walked in.

This place was packed and I had my heart set on getting a new wallet since mine was stolen when my car was broken in to 😣Even though the store was packed I still had a personal experience with more than one of the sales representative. They helped me select the color, style, and price wallet I wanted and didnt make me feel like they were too busy to assist. The line was slightly long but overall my experience was great!

I thought i was in LA and ive never been to Cali.

Good customer service

Michael Kors uses fraud and misrepresentation to dupe buyers. There is no sign saying clearance items are final sale. I even asked the associate about the return policy and she stated that as long as I had a receipt I could return in 30 days. I went to return and was told there was nothing I can do. It isnt marked clearance on the receipt or on the price tag.
