I love using this store to send my daughter packages overseas. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. The store is clean and very organized. My daughter received a package in Bahrain in less than two weeks. I love the ladies at my posts office too but I have to fill out all the carbon papers with her ships and my information….I feel bad because it takes a while and I hate to hold up the line. I only ship her packages through My UPS Store.

I’ve been with this store since Feb now and I’ve used a few UPS stores throughout the country and figured I’d get the same top notch service here, but this is the worst service I’ve ever seen. I just got a notice from this store that my item is ready for pick up and they can’t find it. They’ve also lost my orders before including coffee I reordered only to have them find the original order much later. Dreadful

Horrible. I have Mail boxes at three different locations in 3 different states. This location by far is the worst I have a box within the locations. They have one attendant in the morning, the waiting can run up to an hour pending each person in line requests. Horrible, horrible and horrible.

Professionals- dont send big print jobs here.Called first thing in the morning (8:30 a.m.) to ask about sending a print job and whether they could collate, bind, etc. and have it ready. Was given an email by the manager Patrick. to send it to with instructions.Sent it all by 9:20 a.m. with explicit instructions.Called back at 10:30 a.m. to confirm they received it, and when it would be ready for pickup. Employee had not seen it- looked it up- confirmed they had received it, saw all the instructions, and it would be ready for me at 1:30 p.m. as I requested.At 1:30 p.m., the very busy, professional staff discovered literally nothing had been done on my project. They began printing all of the documents off.I came back at 2:15 p.m. to pick it up and was handed a stack of documents with the following deficiencies:- printed one sided vs. two sided- all out of order- approximately 100 pages of documents missing-- not stapled, organized, or bound in any way- no tabs inserted per my request (they now informed me they did not have any tabs)So I began organizing and stapling the documents myself while they printed the rest.I left around 3:30. They gave me a 40% discount or something, and did not charge me for the one-sided vs. two-sided printing, so they did make it right. However, I missed my deadline, and could have just come into the store myself to do what they did. They are obviously not equipped to do print jobs like this, which is fine- they seem to be good at other things.-

Love this spot. Professional staff. Attentive staff. Helpful staff. You can get things taken care of quickly. It is convenient and handy if you need mailing supplies, to print things out, or mail things out, etc. They even have a self service area where you complete the task, pay and go. I would recommend for sure.

The girl who was working the counter was more concerned with asking me questions about her next duty station than getting me a good deal on my shipping, and Im happy to converse, but she seemed adamant that spending 28 dollars was the cheapest I could do to send knit gifts to people from norfolk to mississippi. Shame on me for not doing my research prior, but this is the last straw with ups for me and Im taking my business elsewhere. No one could give me prices for anything and I spent ten dollars more on shipping than I wouldve if I went elsewhere. A flat rate shipping box wouldve been cheaper than what this woman told me was the cheapest and her coworker didnt seem to know anything either.

I always have such a great experience with the customer service I receive here. Everyone is kind, polite, and more than willing to help. Even if the line is out the door, the employees never make me feel rushed! The manager is always eager to help and answer any questions I may have (probably questions he answers 100 times in a day!) and never makes me feel bad about it. Keep up the good work :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I sent my grandsons Christmas gifts with fragile written on all 4 sides but when my daughter got the package today, the box had been crushed to the point it had split on one side and they had to retape it and my grandsons presents were ripped. This is unacceptable!!!!! Wonder how many other customers received their packages all torn up???? Just because it isnt yours doesnt mean you destroy it. Very unhappy 😡 customer.

I have to say I was very impressed by Alexis. This young lady was able to track my lost package, deal with an irate customer, answer the phone, and keep calm with a smile. I dont know if shes in charge or not but she can manage all by herself effortlessly give her a raise.

I wanted to take the time to mention an employee at the UPS store who went above and beyond for me. I came in to return a package totally unprepared and Alexis was more than happy to help me resolve them with a positive upbeat attitude. She helped me print labels, find emails and resolved billing issues. This kind of customer service amazes me and is very rare. As so I feel Alexis should be recognized, She is brand ambassador and This store will always have my future business.

Took off work to wait for my package as it was important for the day, driver never even knocked (Ive been sitting in the front room all day) called to try and figure out what to do, took forever to find out how to talk to someone, was told they would call me within the hour to figure out a pickup scenario and was told theyd call me within an hour. Fast forward 2 hours, no call and theyre closing. Giving these people money is wasting yours!

I had the email with the bar code and it said it did not need ro be repackaged but the clerk wouldnt take it until I repackaged it. Lazy clerk needs to find another job. I uploaded some invitations to be printed and in a few days I hadn’t heard anything. When I called they apologized and had them ready within the hour. I wasn’t in a rush and picked them up a few days later. It seems they included and extra page and cut them for me! I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Thanks again!

Went to scan four documents. After trying to use the scanner by myself all the employees but one seemed to be in the back. I asked for help but but was told that unfortunately the manager is required to use the computer for scanning documents and that the manager was in a meeting. It seems odd youd have only one person who scan documents. I cant be the only person who misses kinkos.

This store does not deserve the one star I gave it. My Mother and I took sentimental breakable items to them to mail to my niece in New Mexico. My Mom wanted her first grandchild in the family to have them. We were assured that they would be packed so everything would arrive safe and intact. Nothing was bubble wrapped and no fragile stickers were put the box. The box arrived with the houses in pieces. Shame on this store! We entrusted this store with these items. No more! Just plain careless, reckless and negligent what one of your employees did. I am sure the UPS headquarters would care if one of their stores is giving them a bad name.

I understand that its busy during the holidays but you still want to help someone out. However, Alexis spending 15 minutes looking at every letter in the mailbox letters that hadnt been sorted yet is not alright when the line is out the door with 10 people waiting. Ive had mediocre service here before but Ill be driving to a different UPS store for my shipping needs in the future.

The printers were not functioning properly and all the employees were in the back. When I finally got some help and my items printed, they charged me for extra computer time for their equipment issues. I am giving 2 stars because the print quality is good.

Customer Service is no good. Just asking for a mailbox rental price. Puts you on hold for at least 15 minutes. Finally hung up the phone. Because no one came back on with the price. Take your business somewhere else. Dont go to that location. I emailed the store to get prices and sizes on 10/15/20. And like phone calls. No response. So I am going to call the main UPS and ask them. You say give you a chance. But as of December 1, 2020. The store still doesnt answer the phone for mailbox prices. Called at 1:51 pm and 2:53 pm on 12/01/20. Emailed the store like was told to. To get prices on mailbox rental. Still know response. I will call the corporate office of UPS. Maybe they can call the owner and get a response or information.

Patrick at this store is absolutely a spectacular example of customer service! In the crazy world we live in now adays, where customer service is far from what it used to be, Patrick gave me hope that there are still some good people out there, and he is a good example of what customer service should still be!Being from out of state and needing a package to get to my home. He went 100 % above and beyond, helping me fulfill my need. Thank you so much! My package arrived safe, well packaged and in a timely manner. On February 7, 2018 at about 12:50pm, I walked into this store to drop off a package that I already had a label for from Amazon. When I walked in there was a young man helping two women with printing documents.First off, there was no acknowledgement from apparently the only employee in the store, because no one can from the back to assist him. I stood there approximately 5 feet or so from him to wait and drop off my package. During the 10 minutes or more standing there, he did not at anytime even acknowledge my presence or even say Sorry sir, I will be with you in just a moment.Finally, after the two women were done, he left the printer he was at and walked around the counter, again no acknowledgement, not even a sorry sir for taking so long, how may I help you. He just walked up to the register that was close to me where I had set my package down on the scale, he scanned it and just handed me my receipt.This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received. I wonder if the manager of this store has trained the employees to welcome their customers and explain to them how important there customers are to the store. Without customers, this employee has no job in this store. Also this young man needs to take more pride in his appearance and pull up his pants and not allow them to hang down below his butt.I have tried to call this store for two days to discuss this situation with the store manager and of course no one answers the phone. All you get is a recorded message asking you to leave a message. I am sure that even if I did leave a message, no call would be returned.

Highly recommend not to take passport or visa photos from here. It is not a white background. There isnt enough lighting to make your face clear. They have a cheap camera. They charge 12 dollars for something so poor of Quality all around. Im going to have to retake my photo, 12 dollar lesson.

I sent a package next day air saver to a customer. The store gladly accepted the package of 1.6 pounds, it was a poster tube. The item wasnt received until 4 days later. When I asked for a refund they said it wasnt their fault and that the package didnt meet the criteria for next day shipping. I called UPS and they tell me that the package was left at a facility. Who is telling the truth?Really? You take my money and the package and dont KNOW that the package will be accepted? The package was left somewhere? Now Im out nearly $80.00 and a have an unhappy customer. Thanks so much for the pointing fingers and no one taking responsibility. Thats what I call great customer service!

Inconsistent at bestThis location is supposed to be open until 3pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 245p to find the doors locked.The people are usually nice but their processes for dropping off my Amazon returns vary from drop and go to needing to fill out a huge form and waiting in line again, up to 15 min.

The store lost my car title after it was returned to this location. Then UPS did not process the claim after two months of it being reported lost UNTIL today. The car title was out of state as well which makes it even more difficult to replace. I definitely DO NOT recommend this location.

Their service is good when they can provide it. I tried to print 20 identical color flyers from a PDF file. I also tried to print with a PNG file. Their copiers dont interface with thumb drives. So they told me to put it in their computer. Their computer associated Microsoft Word with the PDF file extension. When I told the computer to open the file with Acrobat, it couldnt open the file at all. The online UPS order from can read and print the file--if I want 100 copies. Staples and Office Max can also read the files, so the only conclusion is that their computers are misconfigured and their copiers simply are not up to modern standards. For UPS shipments, theyre great. In other service areas, they might not be capable of the job you need them to do.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My phone I dropped off to be returned was stollen yet my textbook was checked as received with the ups driver. I feel they know what happened to my iphone X. Even tried to say it was delivered to the location which was a lie because a paper was signed saying it was never received. I wouldnt recommend anybody to do business with this location or any other ups because now they want to drag their feet about cutting my check for my stolen phone.

This store does not comply with policies outlined on the official UPS store. I was told that they are a franchise. Do not waste your time with this store. Even when shipping in your legal rights according to federal regulations, and even when the official UPS website states that you as an individual is in the right > this stores staff will discriminate against you. I will never give them my business. They dont live up to policies stated on the UPS official website. This is quite deceiving for the customer. The staff is quite possibly individually opinionated, uneducated, and in fear of getting fired to the point that they turn customers away, customers that are perfectly in the right. Beware of so-called franchise UPS locations. They have their own rules that do not shadow federal rules for shipping/mailing items that even apply to them.

I went there to send a 20 dollar item to the UK. I handed the staff the item so they can get proper size of box and pack it for me. I saw they put 100 dollar as its value without asking me. The total fee was 119 dollars (Just to sent a 20 dollar item. Actual shipping cost was 89. rest was box and packing)It was supposed to get there by Dec13. But its still held in Coventry in UK. It says charged has raised I complained to UPS ... the only thing they told me was to go to USPS. But I paid to UPS.I have never seen such irresponsible company!!!

Not fit to be in the packing and shipping business is how I would rate this location. I paid them to pack a 65 pound printer. I was told by the employee if damage occurred due to packing, UPS would be liable. My package arrived damaged and bruised. The location failed to use the recommended packaging material as suggested by UPS. They surrounded a complicated electronic piece of equipment with peanut bubbles which got imbedded in the inner components of the printer and caused a malfunction. The computer was damaged physically as well. I called the store once UPS notified me it was due to packing. I have yet to hear from the store manager despite repeated calls and two visits.I have contacted the UPS store corporate office and they are intervening on my behalf. I have also filed a BBB complaint. Tomorrow I am going to start legal proceedings against this location. They should not be packing anything other than a hamburger or maybe a sub sandwich. I say this based on the recommendations given to me by UPS who assumed it was I who packed the product.The employee at this location did a poor job. Whats more, The store does not have the necessary supplies to pack the type of product I paid for them to pack. Non of their supplies meet UPS guidelines which is why UPS denied my claim (thinking I the customer had packed it.Furthermore, the company has failed to communicate with me concerning this matter.Be warned, do not have the UPS store on Tidewater drive pack anything unless you want to suffer a loss. They are a joke and I am going to sue them for miss-representation. They do not have the knowledge, skills or tools to pack valuable merchandise and should not be advertising themselves as expert packers.

I went to the store to ship a shotgun. The clerk was very polite and friendly but I felt uneasy giving my full name, address and phone number out loud in such a quiet store (there were no slips to fill out this information. Its only taken verbally). I was then asked the contents and when I dismissed that it was a firearm, I was told that it was a franchise and they couldnt ship it. I was sent to another location but was given the wrong address. I found it myself, only to walk in and be told I needed a pre-printed label that Id have to get from a third location. FedEx can thank UPS for some business sent their way. Now I know not to deal with UPS in the future.

I came in to the store the tall man behind the counter was giving orders to a man who was elderly and trying to work printer., he never moved to come our and help the man struggling. The ups helper is rude and had zero customer service. I had a box that needed to be tapped and he made me purchase a 5 dollar roll of tape but. The lady behind me he told her he would tape it for her. I guess it was my skin color lol .

I called the store at 12:00 to verify their notary was available. Was told the notary would be in after lunch at 2 or 2:30. I had a package that had to be overnighted that day. When we got there at 2:30 and requested the service we were told there was no notary in that day. I thought he was kidding and said so youre the notary, because I noticed the two workers making eye contact with each other and there was a smirk on their face. Was told again there was no notary and they questioned who I talked to. So now we are in an unfamiliar town looking for a notary and having to get out a time sensitive document. They were NO help at all. Poor customer service and deceitful. We eventually found that Wells Fargo will perform FREE notary services for anyone, even non menbers. They were friendly and professional.

I sent out a package a month ago - it arrived damaged, with a hole in the box where 2 very small, valuable pieces fell out.They have been dragging their feet with the return claim for awhile now. They never answer the phone. When I do speak to someone who works there they inform me that the owner/manager is the only one who can help me, and it seems she does not work.I have contacted UPS corp. and they are investigating all the complaints.Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.

Had them pack & ship dishes that were not replaceable to my nephew, most of the dishes were broken and the box looked like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs. Since my nephew did not take pictures I was unable to obtain a refund. I would never use this location again.

SPENT $55 sending a flat screen t.v from VA to M.D.. The store was paid extra to wrap the t.v. and box my items -- its a whopping 19 inch t.v. that weighs virtually nothing but I was still happy to pay their requested fee.....Imagine my surprise when my Uncle tells me there was no remote received with the t.v?!? After another trip up there and talking to 2 employees-- low and behold, they didnt send the remote and it was found. Now my Uncle has to wait 2 days to receive the remote and all I get is a half attempt at a sorry. NO partial or full refund for-- my time, my expedited shipping fees, my packaging fees or anything. I see the automated response on other posts with just a were sorry ... but hopefully someone will do better, and reach out with a proper apology to include a refund! Next time Ill use USPS
