I broke my iphone screen and it was fixed within a few hours. Friendly, knowledgeable technician installed new screen on my phone. Would highly recommend!

Went in to get the insides of my Iphone cleaned. When I left my phone no longer worked. I was told to bring in my phone two days later for a screen swap to fix the issue and come back at 3. Made a trip into town to drop it off that morning. I was called at 3:30 saying they were going to try to put it back together but couldnt fix it as they didnt have the parts to fix it. Go somewhere professional. Please.

Very rude and lacks basic customer service, the main guy there (maybe manager) is always in the back and its hard to get service unless you want to wait around forever.

This store saved me! I had forgotten my laptop charger when I left Nashville. When I realized my mistake I immediately started searching websites to try to find a universal charger. No luck anywhere. That’s when I called Batteries plus. I spoke with Jason on the phone and he had one that he thought would work. He pulled it off the shelf for me and put my name on it. I then drove 45 minutes to the store. When I arrived he took it out of the package and made sure it worked before I left. Great experience and great guy!! Thanks again!

When I initially went to pick up my order the store was closed without notice. Emergencies happen, I get that. When I went back however, the store was open but no one came to help me (the store appeared to be empty). I saw my order behind the desk, and just took it with me. No one ever followed up about this.

Jake and Jason were both very friendly and gave excellent customer service. I needed a new battery for my car immediately due to work, transporting my child to and from school and running a small catering service. The dealership where I bought my car from was closed for the day and it was freezing cold outside with winds that could almost rip your skin off !! Yet both Jake and Jason worked hard to get my car battery installed despite a few features on my car that made it difficult. I felt bad for them and offered to buy them coffee or cocoa but they politely declined my offer and kept working through the harsh weather. I was very grateful for their service and skills since I had errands to run that day and was afraid that my car would die on me like it did the day before when I had to get a jump to get to work. After they were done I was able to continue with my errands worry free. Thank you so much Jake and Jason!

The tech fixed my phone fast, but he forgot to plug back in my antenna and also forgot to put my stylist pen back in my phone. I called and left messages and no one ever returned my call. Had to take it to another shop to refix it. Still dont have my stylist pen. More then 24 hours later.

Good price on golf cart batteries and you can talk to a local person who actually knows about the products they sell. I would give them 5 stars but I need to put some time on the batteries to see how they hold up.

This place has helped us so many times. They gave great sales, wonderful suggestions, replace faulty items they sold (and you don’t need a receipt because they can look you up in their system). The employees are very helpful and friendly.

I do not recommend this business!! Terrible customer service and incompetent.1) quoted me $99 before repair then charged me $149 when I came to pick up2) put the wrong color screen on my device3) messed up the home button when they fixed screen. Was told it was a quick fix. Waited 2 hours for that to be fixed and then was told they would have to order a new button. No follow up from any employer there. I have called the store now three times and they still don’t have the part and no one ever returned my calls. My device works worse now than before they “fixed” it.

Great service when I came in to get my iPhone repaired. The repair was swift and successful, the worker even stayed open 30 minutes after closing time to accommodate me. This guy knows the value of customer service.

So I am not sure about this Mellor character, but not every opinion is that of true honesty. I.E. how much of your experience was at your fault? I have gone to batteries plus bulbs and dealt with almost the same crew for the last 5 years they have fixed my cell phones, and husbands drill packs along with many other household purchases.I must say I have always had this experience:1. Been Respected and given absolute transparency, their not robots!2. these guys are so honest it hurts the company.3. they work hard to resolve ANY problem even if it meant staying after hours to help me.4. the team at batteries plus in normal will get my vote every time.I work in retail and have never seen a staff like batteries plus bulbs, they are knowledgeable and love what they do. dont follow the leader on this review I say try it for yourself.

My iPhone plus was having issues that when I researched online seemed like it is a common issue with the plus version of iPhone. It was later on a Saturday afternoon before I had a chance to get into town and find someone to help. It seemed as if all other gadget places were closed, so I tried Batteries Plus Bulbs, and they were super friendly! They werent able to help me with my phone, but recommended a local store that would be able to help. I contacted them and they answered even though it was after hours, and they were super kind as well and advised they would definitely be able to help me on Monday! Thanks for all the help! Sometimes it is hard to find exceptional customer service, and you guys were great!

I always bought my batteries here because they would recycle the old ones. Ordered batteries on-line today. When I went to pick up my order, I took old batteries to recycle. I was told there is now a charge to recycle.Now I have to find a new place to buy batteries, as well as recycle my old batteries.

I went there to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 7 Plus while on a road trip. Hunter helped me out and not only did he fix and perfectly clean my phone, but he found out the last time I got my screen fixed the tech Lost a few of the little screws. Hunter replaced them free of charge. I very highly recommend this store for phone repair.

Follow up when battery arrived was non existant. I was treated like I was being ridiculous for asking for a receipt for my $1000 phone when I left it for repair. The same when I asked for my old battery. I actually can not tell any difference in performance, so I am not sure if I may have been scammed...part of the reason I wanted my old battery.

The guys at Batteries Plus Bulbs are really friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me out when replacing all thirty-one lightbulbs in my basement. I will definitely be going back for all my lighting and battery supplies.

In the future, it might be helpful to make sure you have the inventory to cover the repairs that have been scheduled for the day. I scheduled a battery replacement over 24 hours in advance just to find out they didnt have my battery in stock when I got there. Whats the point of providing contact info if youre not going to use it? Price isnt everything, so Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

They asked me to come to replace the phone battery . My phone was replaced with Battery plus and it was with in warranty, when I went there, they said they cannot fix. I schedule appointment online but they cannot fix till next day. Bad customer experience.

Went in to have battery changed and they were unable to. Unfortunately they scratched up the back and knicked the gold frame. Manager says since it wasn’t running when I brought it in they aren’t responsible. Why would I have brought it in to have the battery changed if it was running?? What does that have to do with the damage caused. Very disappointing. :(

I purchased a battery on-line from their store and just went in to have these guys install it. The gentlemen didnt feel comfortable taking a couple of plastic pieces out in order to get to my battery. I then asked if I could borrow a flat head screwdriver and I would remove them. The manager Charlie then chimed in that their insurance doesnt allow that. They were more interested in telling me what they can not do then what they actually could do to help me out. Personally, they are both lazy and it was too cold for them both to go outside and help someone out. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I went in to get my iPhone 7plus screen replaced, I came out with more problems than I originally started with. Now half my screen doesn’t work half the time, and my home button does not work. Utterly disgusted with this place, I’m now forced to get a new phone, because of this.

The battery I recently purchased was to replace a battery purchased at Batteries Plus Bulbs, for a walk behind lawn mower, only 14 months ago. The store employees looked away and said nothing when I provided this information. Batteries Plus cares nothing about customer satisfaction. They just want you to purchase new batteries as frequently as possible.
