CPR repaired a PS3 for me. They were able to do it for $30. It took a couple weeks to coordintate getting the parts, but it now works great and the charge was very reasonable.

I got the SIM card tray stuck in my new phone. I took it to my carriers store, and after 25 minutes they still couldnt get it out. They recommended CPR. Great advice! CPR had they tray out and put it back in properly in 2 to 3 minutes and didnt charge me anything. From now on CPR will be my first choice any time I have phone issues.

Cracked screen on a Samsung Note 9. They did a wonderful job replacing it. Just like new. Quick service. I did think the price was a bit high, but it beat sending it in to who knows and taking an undetermined amount of time to get it back. Turn around time was 90 minutes here. I cannot tell you how many times Keith at CPR has saved my life both with my cell phone and computer. And, he is so very understanding with my lack of expertise.

The charge port on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 had a melt down. Maybe caused by a less good cable. Anyways... the rest of the phone was good. USB-C port unusable though. Since I use it a lot to hook up to rental cars for navigation etc. I looked into a repair. CPR could do it for a reasonable price. The day after my request they had the part ready and replaced the USB-C port in about an hour. I was concerned about glue issues after the repair, but it looks the same. No issues at all. Perfect job. Will be back in case of a problem again. My best recommendations.

If I could rate less than a 1 I would. He’s unprofessional and talks to his customers in a very rude manner. Went to get my phone fixed once and he didn’t put it in right and half my screen cracked because of it. He wouldn’t fix it again, so I just got a whole new phone at that point because the whole bottom half of the screen was unresponsive to touch. I would advise not going here!

Went in with my sons phone that wouldnt charge. They checked out the charging port first just to see if it needed clean. Determined that it needed to be replaced. Also replaced the battery. Since he was doing both the port and battery he gave me a good price. Had it ready within an hour. Phone works great and my son is happy! I was happy I didnt have to replace the whole phone.
