Complete garbage service. If you have tmobile you are being screwed. Google fcc government map of cell coverage. They are so nice because they lie about the quality of their service. Seriously though check out the real map of tmobile service coverage and you will be glad you went with Verizon. Not as nice customer service but their coverage is worth every penny.

Waited 3hrs to get a new Sim card in my phone. I watched one family getting there phones activated for the whole time I was here. watched one guy help one couple for 2.5 hrs then ran in the back room didnt come back out to help anyone. the couple I was taking to was waiting for 4hrs just to switch services to tmobile.

Hunter and Markel did FANTASTIC jobs taking care of my upgrades. The site takes a while which is why i took one star off. But otherwise great guys. Also, their manager was a nice guy but he was helping out other people which i dont think was a great use of his skills since my guys had to wait for the manager to do some extra things. But luckily a manager or assistant came inside and was able to assist. They do a great job of checking on each other to see if any help is needed. Great experience!! Will come back and would work with Hunter and Markel again!!!

We came in to switch 4 lines over. 2 of the lines were in 2 different states. Michaela was super helpful and attentive through the whole process. The store was packed with people and never once did we feel rushed through the process. They mailed the phones to the kids and had everything set up so all they had to do was activate the phones. The service was awesome!!

Beware! The merger with Sprint has not turned out well for Sprint customers. We have been with Sprint since their beginning. I paid my bill by check 3 weeks ago and they say now that my account is overdue. Ive been trying to pay my bill for 2 days and they will not accept my payment.; Bad, bad company!!!!

Awesome Awesome Awesome store to be at. They are always so helpful and courteous with any issue I come in with. Theyre a little busy at times but they try there best to keep everyone in order. Going into a cellphone store you need to know its like another utility bill so they take there time with you and make sure you are on the best plan for a GREAT price. Switched from Verizon to Sprint and this store definitely made it worth it and easy. and I have GREAT service!! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Had the best experience ever at this store. All associates were super helpful in getting me set up with a new account. There were a lot of people in the store but they were fast and efficient and made me feel very comfortable. They helped me set up a new line for my son tonight and the wait was minimal. They also helped me get back $100 for adding a line. Great team of people who were all willing to help me out!

Incompetent. I have a phone that has been paid for and backed up. I am attempting to pick it up for the third time. The first time it took the rep (Josh S) too long to figure out what I needed while trying to sell me more items. He then called me back to tell me everything was backed up. I came in to find out he had done nothing. I had to leave without my phone for the second time. I am now here waiting again. I called and they told me I need to wait my turn. They are busy signing people up for service and doing their usual up sell as I sit here and write this. There is no end in sight to the wait here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or upgrade online. You will have a much smoother transaction and waste less time.

Called 4 days in advance to have my phone repaired drove from Washington to Bloomington got there and they didnt have my part like they said they did after I scheduled an appointment turned around and now I gotta wait 4 more days for the part to come in and then I got to make another trip back to Bloomington to get it repaired plus they wanted to keep my phone the whole time and that was not going to happen

Had a great experience here with sprint. After being taken advantage of by Verizon I decided to switch carriers toSprint and not only do there phone packages beat the competitors the costumer service I received was second to none. The store was packed and our rep was attentive and answered all my questions and took great care of myself and my wife. I would recommend sprint to any of my friends or family!!!

Hayden is an awesome sales representative. Even when he’s multi tasking with assisting customers he always takes the time out to help. He has a lot of knowledge about products and services. He is very patient and professional. He is the main reason why I visit this store, especially if I’m having any issues or concerns. However, the other staff members are not so professional or accommodating as Hayden.

I wish there was an option for less than one star. Customer service skills as well as general intelligence need to be number one priorities at this Sprint location. I came in with a problem with my phone and they did not care. I was told that the phone was too far gone with water damage to be repaired and that I needed to contact the insurance company to get a new phone. I just got this phone through the insurance program not even a month ago so I knew it didnt have any water damage. I am a college student from Chicago and Im out here in the middle of no where and I need to have my cellphone. It wouldnt let me make phone calls or anything. I was just told that there was nothing they could do. What is the point of having on site techs if they cant help you fix your issues? How could they do nothing for me but I went home I looked on Google and found out how to fix the issue. The only thing I had to do was to take the SIM card out and reinsert it and it worked just fine. The people who get paid to do things like that couldnt figure it out? Ill never be going back here and I advise that no one wastes their time.

I came in yesterday to upgrade my mom’s phone for Mother’s Day and the service was amazing!! Joshua was the BEST!! I left with not only a new phone for my mom but I treated myself with the Pulse 3 colorful speaker that was just calling my name and a virtual headset, which i’ve always wanted but didn’t know how it would work with me having glasses but Joshua explained how it worked and I was SOLD! Thanks for everything!

Im at store right now, checked in 1.5 hrs ago. They kept telling Im next, they took at least 5 customers came after me. Very unprofessional behavior. Also lied to me that they did not take customer before me. Later on confirmed that they lied. One of the agent(Josh) left after he told me that he will get me next. Id not go to this store again if possible. Would probably give less than a star.

If I could give a 0 I would. They (Josh ) insisted that by getting two additional lines I didnt need nor asked for I would receive a $100 rebate per line. I was told the phones were free and the 2 lines were free. They said I could return them within 14 days if I changed my mind for no charges. The lines were free but the phone was not. Went to return the phone 6 days later and salesperson still insisted I keep the phones. Finally got them returned and was charged a 45 dollar restocking fee per phone. Its been 6 days and Im already counting down until I can change carriers.

Amazing staff! Set up a line for my young son which was great but they go above and beyond. Josh G walked me step by step through Safe and Found (first month was free btw) and showed me how to use it. Gave me peace of mind in this ever crazy world we live in. I can track my son, restrict who he calls and who can call him, limit and restrict internet usage and content he can view. It is a must for any parent with children with phones.Currently have 2 phone lines and a data line and wouldnt change a thing.Thanks Guys!!

Mich and dale gave me great customer service they helped me fix my problem. And it wasnt even with sprint but Apple. They took the time to understand what was going on and do what they could to help. what I would say is going out of your way for the client. If your looking for a company that is there not to just sell go to these guys.

Awful store, everyone works for commission and wants to sneak every penny from you. I activated a galaxy S9 to replace my S8 and apparently the sales associate activated insurance for my new phone. Ive never opted to buy insurance in my life, he never asked, and it took 2 hours on the phone talking to their 800 number (they cant fix it in store) to get them to agree to refund me my money.The S8 I had purchased from this Sprint store was defective from day 1. They brushed me off and told me to wait to see if it would fix itself (apparently theres a 14 day return policy btw, they delayed me passed that purposely) then after 8 months I independently found out theres a service center where they can check my device, idk why these employees didnt know it existed. They check it and verify there are two different problems with my device (one with the antenna (radio) and the other with the board.Their policies are to make life as difficult for you and disguise it as incompetence when they know they are just trying to hemorrhage money from you.If you want to waste too much money on a phone go with Verizon (at least youll have service).If you want cheap go with Cricket (same coverage for literally half the price).If you hate yourself and want to waste as much money as possible go with Sprint.

I had decided to by my daughter an iPhone for an early Christmas present. Since she lives in Florida, the phone had to be sent down there. The agent I worked with made sure that everything was set with the purchase and helped with the delivery itself. A couple of days later, my daughter called me from her new phone to thank me. Now, I dont go to any other Sprint store for what we need phone wise.

I was paying $220 a month and my bill was raised to $290 a month. We went to Sprint store today on Greenbriar in Normal today. A person there named Jordan waited on us. Current situation...they have had my phone since July 7th...Techs cant figure out the issue...Sprint customer service cant figure it out...blamed it on a third party contractor...no help there...yet I continue to pay for a phone that does not work...no replacement thus far because they dont sell the phone anymore...

Well, my issue seemed to fix itself as soon as the customer service rep started looking at my phone, but Sprints initial customer service has gone from bad to worse, instead of greeting you and checking you in like they used to, they now greet you from across the store, and expect you to check yourself in using one of two ipads mounted on a post by the door fine for those that are tech savvy, but this is going to cause some to simply turn around and walk out.

The staff was not appropriate for me to have my young child with me. I do not care about what you on your own time, thus I dont want to hear about what you did at the bar. Not does my 3 year old need to hear about your drunken night and how wet you made her. I had to drive 55 miles to go to this store twice. First time I was sent there because Peoria no longer has any tecs to work on the phones. Peoria told me the problems. They were busy and waited 28 minutes for our name to be called. Keep in mind I waited half and hour just to get on the list. The tec looked at my phone for less then 5 minutes and said its broken and the part to fix it are no longer carried because its an old. It was less than a year old. They had to get me a new phone but they did not have it in stock. I understand that. They were out of loaner phones, so they gave me nothing. The part I talk into was bad, so no one could hear me when using it. I have children. What happens if I had an emergency? Hope 911 could pick up on my location? They said in 3 business days that they would text me that the new phone was in. I called them on the 3rd day after lunch. I got a man with an attitude said Ya its in. We didnt have time to text. You should just come in and get it. I got the same attitude when I stated I could not do it that day due to the drive and a cranky toddler. I set up an appointment for the next day for 11. I walked right in this time and stated I had an appointment. They took everyone in the store before me even though I had an appointment. I spent almost 2 hours there that day. I would switch carriers if I had to use this store on a consistent basis.

The absolute worst place I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I have been there a total of 3 times and each time was over 2 1/2 hours . One was over 3 hours. There had to be at least 15 people walk out of the store never having been served. While waiting for the first hour one female clerk was helping her friend with a phone but was socializing the majority of the time. All of the customers starting complaining to each and it was loud enough for everyone to hear but the 2 Chatty Cathys did not care. Finally after 2 hours more clerks came out of the back and service started to get better. Disgusting experience and will NEVER go there again. I would like to give no stars if I could!!!
