For the industry we are the lowest paid drivers out of all the major competitors. My current service manager is horrible. She doesn’t follow up with customers and doesn’t take care of issues when you’ve asked her multiple times. She came from being a bar manager and brought a couple of guys with her. One of her buddies received a DUI January 2018. He pleaded guilty to the DUI in June of 2018. She has made sure her bud keeps his job and he has been driven around since February 2018. Our Normal, IL location has even been paying guys to come in on their “off day” and run the Cintas Uber. It’s ridiculous because everyone of us know that if we got a DUI we would have been terminated. Cintas preaches about corporate culture, it’s all bologna. We have weekly pointless meetings and they are constantly having us sign off on new policies. The policies are used against you if you violate them. Cintas never has your back. Also, Cintas hates unions. They don’t want a union within the company. This is because the way they treat the plant workers wouldn’t fly with them. The plant workers work in horrible working conditions. Their pay is barely above minimum wage, most of them do not speak English, it is a borderline sweatshop. Cintas has so many ads for jobs on every job site. This is because the turnover is so high and they can’t hire people fast enough. I recommend not wasting your time and look elsewhere for work.

So very dissatisfied. My uniforms have been screwed up for 3 weeks. Did not even get any last week. UPDATE! The service has only become worse! Have been with this company for a number of years but it has really gone to hell. I shall be dumping soon!
