I had approximately 1/2 hour to find a bra, out of towner on the way to airport, its been forever to go bra shopping, and we all know its right up there with swim suit shopping..ugh Beth was a delight and kept bringing in bras to try on, I think around 30?? I scored with 2 new bras Yeah..So Happy and with Beth the encounter was The Best Bra Shopping I have ever experienced!!!

Von Maur is the kind of store you can go to and relax and look. The clerks dont get pushy but let you know they are there to help you. If you are walking around with something to try on they will start a dressing room for you. The merchandise is quality and displays are enticing. Often there is relaxing piano music played live. As you walk around the store clerks smile and speak to you. That is why Von Maur is my favorite place to shop.

In two instances at my visit to Von Maur their employees failed to give me the pleasuring experience that is expected. First, at the men’s suit counter they quickly pushed me away to another counter with extreme attitude; not wanting to help by being ‘busy’. Secondly, a gentleman working there pretending to fold clothes listened in on my conversation with another employee, I was thinking of purchasing a mens shirt and he oddly repeated my name after I gave my name to the madame taking it for an order. After that he gave me quick looks and ‘eye-balled’ me multiple times, just because I ordered other shirts a couple months back; but didn’t buy them because they did not fit. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience I do say.

My husband and I went to Von Maur today so we could finish Christmas shopping. Im so happy we went when we did ☺.We met the nicest, most friendly and helpful lady in the mens departments. She found us in the Under Amour section, our youngest two grandsons wear that brand. So of course we want to buy them what they like!! This wonderful person showed us everything the store had in this brand. Soon we found all the items we were shopping for ☺There were no lines at the registers, lots of parking, the wrapping lines were busy, and the wait was not that bad. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and kind.I strongly recommend shopping there 👍

Well my experience here wasnt good but the store had beautiful clothing for children and many nice things. Very very expensive! I went to return something I bought on line and they wouldnt take it even though I did what I was instructed to do by the retailer. So this is why I gave them this rating. Everything that had a price tag on it was overpriced!

One if the few stores that will gift wrap and ship for free. The customer service is excellent and the store is lovely and has great displays. I have been disappointed with the selection of little girls clothes the last two seasons and hope it improves.

Great place to shop for all members of the family. Friendly staff who know their merchandise well. Comfortable sitting area to rest or for men to wait. Grand piano. Live person playing most of the time. Always a relaxing experience.

My daughter and I took two young granddaughters to get tennis shoes for school. We got waited on right away and the girl that helped us was great.Though I think it helped we went early. The younger one had to try on several different shoes, and then some of those shoes ran small. So that meant even more shoes. Anyway, we got a pair for each girl so that was a good day.

I so enjoy shopping at Von Maur. Ive been shopping there for almost thirty years. It is one of the last bastions of service and quality. It is well staffed with helpful people. The clothes are amazing. I highly recommend them for an excellent shopping experience.

This is the best store on the planet. The round racks are sale items and their motto is our only interest is you. They prove it with an interest free credit card and free gift wrap and shipping even on sale items! Shopping doesnt get any better than this!

A great experience each and every time I go there. I missed the cut off for holiday wrapping and they were kind enough to make an exception for me. It is slightly more expensive, but the quality and experience are worth it.

I even walked right in front of the cashier and she immediately glanced down at the counter like she was busy with something- too busy to acknowledge me walking right in front of her.My visit was on Tuesday, June 28th, 2018 at 4:15 pm.
