My one-on-one time with Sandra Miller-Greenwald was a huge help. She took time to find out what I was interested in and made some great suggestions. I was able to quickly decide on a paint color. Then she helped me pick out all the other supplies I needed (brushes, rollers, etc). Bonus was special tips she suggested for my painting project!

The sales team needs to communicate better with customers. The sale staff mixed the paint before I was told the paint type and price. There was no discussion of the options regarding my application and S-W options. I bought the paint because I felt obligated to after the sales staff handed me the mixed paint.

The staff person obviously knew about paint and design. She gave us samples to choose from but gave us guidance as well. She also let us know when a sale was occurring the following week so we could take advantage of the best deal.
