These Guys came sooner than quoted, they did a great job. This company is very reasonable cheaper than every estimate i received, and they do great work. Very pleased with Midstate Seamless Gutters
I signed a contract with them in April and it is now September and my work on my home has not been done.I dont know how they stay in business and I cant believe they havent gotten back to me. Im a former customer and this is some poor customer service. I keep getting the run around as when they will come and do my home. If they dont want to do the job then call me and tell me. Please, dont leave me hanging.
Even with delays because of weather, was kept in the loop and when they had a cancellation, got our work completed in a timely manner. Looks great!
They did a great job on our gutters. Work area was left spotless when they left. Could not be happier with work preformed.

Too bad I cant give less than one star.If I had to do over again I would go to another RELIABLE company that stands behind their word. Have been told by BRAD on multiple occasions that he would have someone come out and correct the gutters that they installed. intersecting 90 is crooked and short section of gutter slopes wrong direction and holds water. Sure wish I would have gotten what I paid for. I live in a small town and word of mouth spreads like wildfire. Will be sure to let family and friends know to never use this company for any type of service you provide and have the pictures and text messages to prove it. As you can see in the pics by the two arrows the 90 is crooked and the end piece hangs down and holds water. I can sympathize with the unfortunate people have had bad experiences with this company. What kind of business leaves a recorded message on their voicemail greeting to not leave a voice message because they will not be checked? Who the hell does that? It also says to send a text message. Why leave a text message if I almost never get a response? Again, who the hell does that? What kind of business communicates like that? Id love to see their business model. I work for a company who provides services for Caterpillar tractor company and If I communicated the way they do and provided subpar work the way they do I would quickly be out on my can. I really hope the individual I had been contacting (BRAD) is not the owner as this business would be a sinking ship. I wonder if I can take this to small claims court to get what I paid for.EDIT: You asked me to take down this review after the problem was corrected and that you would refund the cost of the labor. That was on 5-22-18. Well the problem appears to be corrected but I have not seen a credit for the labor. This review will stay until you follow through with the labor refund.

We initially contacted Midstate to replace our gutters in late June. After quoting the project, they gave us a 6 week time frame. After about 7 weeks, we called to check in on when theyd be out to complete the work. They told us their timeline got backed up and we were still a few weeks out on their calendar. We waited about 4 weeks, and still hadnt heard from the company. Another call in, and we were told theyd be out in about 2 week. Our last call on 9/29 gave us the time frame of a week or so. We have called twice since then (10/21 and 10/26), and have not had a call returned from our voicemail. As of 11/5 they have not been out and we have not heard from the company. We are very understandable about a changing timeline, and were open to a flexible work date. However, we found the lack of communication from the company very unprofessional.
They gave us a quote, we accepted it, and have been waiting over a year for work to be completed.We have contacted them several times and were assured we were on the work list.Save yourself some time. I do not recommend them.
I was referred to this company by a neighbor.. After getting my estimate and thinking they were a good price i confirmed over the phone to have the job completed. I then referred another one of my friends to this company and they got an estimate as well.After a few weeks of storms and holidays I sent an email asking if I was still a go for having work done. they promptly replied with a yes A month later no one has showed up so I sent another email inquiring with no response. My buddy that I referred was getting the run around on when they would come out but eventually came out to do the job for him but still nothing done for me. I then sent another email and got no response yet again.Very upset that I can refer someone and they can have the job done after 8 weeks of waiting but I still have yet to hear back as to why they never decided to show up and skip me.
We recently had gutters put on one of our sheds and they did an outstanding job!!! The crew that put them up were very friendly and did a wonderful job!!!! We will use them again in the future!!!
Absolutely rockstar service. The guys came out right away and provided a quote. Next week they then installed and was out without a mess and all the while not waking up the baby. I couldn’t be happier with the service!! Thanks Ernie and Steve!!
They installed new gutters and clean them a few times a year for a reasonable fee. Good work all around.

Amazing service, affordable pricing, extremely professional and knowledgeable staff!! These gentlemen took time to answer all of my questions, which is so hard to find these days. They fit my order in their schedule promptly to address issues I was having with water in my basement. The job site was left so clean, I didnt even notice the work was completed until two days later when I looked up and noticed the new gutters were installed. Thank you so much Midstate! Class A service!!
My general contractor(Rick Bell Construction) has called Midstate Gutters numerous times to return and repair the gutter they placed on my home. As of yet, since early spring, midstate has not responded. Poor craftsmanship...poor customer service...they could care less.
Unable to provide a review for the quality of work however it is currently based on the lack of communication for over the course of almost three months. The proposal for work was sent to Midstate in early April and after repeated calls / emails, the only times I have been able to reach them, they were unable to give me a timeframe due to the storms. The last time I was able to reach Midstate, on June 7th, they mentioned that their reason had changed to staffing problems. Based only on the poor communication with them, I highly doubt this review will change by their quality of work.
My experience with Midstate Seamless Gutters was great! They helped me reroute all of the gutters on my house and my garage and the price was very reasonable.

Im pleased with their work. I had some initial concerns about the installation of the gutter covers, and they came back out, adjusted them and checked that I was satisfied with the result.
Would not recommend these folks. Setup an appointment for an estimate letting them know Id be traveling 4 hours round trip to my sons home, they said that would no problem. Waited all day and they never showed up or returned my phone calls. Wasted vacation day from work and 4 hour travel. Very poor service!
