Wife thought the staff was very helpful and friendly. All the cosmetics and beauty stuff you cant find at the big boxes. Prices are pretty high though.

Ive always loved sallys! the employees here and the moore location are both so hopeful and kind, always! seems like a really fun, positive place to work too!

This store was out of my favorite color, but the manager was incredibly helpful. She looked in the back for possible back ups and then called the east side location to hold the color for me. She was incredibly polite and professional. I appreciated it so much! I wish I would have gotten her name. She was tall, with dark hair, and was working Saturday afternoon. Ive always had a possible experience at this store. Great staff!

Awesome place

Decided to review due to the low rating. The woman I think the others are referring to has saved my hair on multiple occasions. She helps me fix my stupid mistakes and keeps me from making even more. Yeah, shes a bit blunt but Id rather have someone recommend the right products then caring more about an easy sale. Over all, I enjoy coming here.

Stopped by with the girlfriend to ask a simple question about a hair product for extensions, and the staff was SUPER helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Left feeling very confident with the product. Will return and recommend to all our friends.

I always go in there not knowing what I need or want, but feel graciously guided by the staff, usually. If one is not sure, they give you someone who knows what u need. In my experience the employee Pam ALWAYS guides me through the dos and donts when it comes to hair and is super knowledgeable. Im always happy with the results!Thank you PAM!!!

I go there a lot and am finally going to do my business somewhere else! I am so so tired of the worker who is constantly so rude and negative. Its funny how I told two different Sally locations about it and they KNEW WITHOUT giving a name! All I was trying to do was exchange hair colors and ended up going to 3 different locations. First one was going to let me but ran out of color, so I went to this location and she was SO rude. It wasnt the first time either. She was too busy talking (flirting) with a man to help her customers. I had to ask another customer for advice. Anytime I go up there she is that way. Moore location said theyd be happy to have me as a customer, and if it means driving farther, I will!

The employees were extremely rude. I understand I came into the store 20 minutes before it closes but BOTH employees didnt bother to offer any help and when asked, they referred to one another. When I checked out, one employee was just packing things up and ignored me and my boyfriend. I hope this is just one special case..

I LOVE the store in MWC. Nice, helpful, FRIENDLY people.I moved to Norman recently and the person whom I encountered, was just plain rude the first time I went in there.I thought, well, she must be having a bad day. However, after I left, I thought Im not coming back.I needed some color and went back. Same person was talking to the other employees about something personal.Her attitude and behavior led me to believe she was not from Norman.Ms. Minaj...i do NOT care about your personal life. Nor do i, as a customer, want to feel like your personal life is more important than my purchases.This is the SECOND time YOU have checked me out, AND this is the SECOND time something was rang up, which I thought was incorrect.Now, I, too work in retail...and I am aware that the customer may not always be correct. However, in this day and age, and THIS economy, when I question the price on an item, PLEASE DO NOT look look at me as if I am trying to pull a fast one, nor in just one area (where the sign I saw was farther up). Whoever pulls your AD items, may have overlooked one. And if that happens, you must give it to me for the price that is listed. That is what is called, doing the right thing.Did I complain? NO Did I make a scene (like some who ARE trying to get something for nothing)? No. I decided there and then that I would never be back.Sallys Beauty Supply...you have lost me as a customer to this store. I WILL tell everyone I know about this horrible Customer Service.

Worst experience ever! As I was walking in, one of the employees glared at me and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Luckily I walked in and got my product right away. Two ladies who were at the register, one with blonde hair and pink under and another girl with white ombre hair, left and went outside to smoke while I waited 20 minutes at the register. There was another girl there who I told I was ready to check out and she walked away to help her friend instead. She looked over at me a few times, so I know she knew I was ready to ring out. All three of them seemed disinterested in being there and I will never go there again after that experience. Its a quick way to lose product with no one attending the store and a quick way to lose traffic with how rude they were. Do not waste your time here.

The chick that looks like a busted Nicki minaj has no idea what she is talking about when it comes to hair let alone beauty. Poor decision on management to hire people that have no idea about beauty products.

The sallys on 24 has a African manager who is a pos. Anytime i return stuff for my wife she is a total bia.go to the other store.

I had walked in 5 minutes before 7 to grab some “no more bite” and some purple polish for my daughter.She is two and wanted to match mine so I was trying to find the closest color! I finally found two that were close and I was just looking at which to choose not realizing the store hours were close at 7, that is until the lady working clapped her hands at me and another customer and said, “okay ladies were closed grab your things and get out.” I have NEVER had a bad experience here so I just shook it off, then the employee wouldn’t take my phone number, didn’t say a single word to me except, “$12.48” and “goodbye.” She was new because I’m in frequently and have never seen her, but as long as she is on the clock I will NOT shop here. Customer service is how you keep your customers coming back and Sally’s has never failed me in that department until this day. ):
