Very nice selection of clothing and non- classroom merchandise. The only concern I had was the low 3x size merchandise, but they did have some so it remains 5-Star. Prices were lower than a store located outside of Sooner Mall (withholding name).

Bought the grandson a new hat the employee was very helpful cut the tags off for him so he could go ahead and wear it.

Came all the way from California to the Campus Corner Market to pick up a new OU hat and pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 Oklahoma Running Shoes. The customer service was very helpful and extremely friendly. This has to be one of my favorite places to shop for Sooners gear over others, as they also had OU hats on sale which I never saw at any other competitors.

Just have to brag on a few employees!I purchased some items on a game day, right before closing time and the store was busy. Well somehow an item didn’t make it into my bag and I didn’t realize it until I had gotten home. Well I called today and spoke with Patrick who informed me that at the end of shift the cashier must of realized it was left behind and put it back with a copy of my receipt and let it be known that hey someone left this. Well I just have to give a huge thanks to the ppl workin that night and realizing the mistake and setting it back to be claimed and then today Patrick was so nice and helpful!! My item that I didn’t name it home with is in the mail and Patrick provided me with a tracking number as well! The store itself is great, lots of differ things to chose from and service is great, friendly staff, and very helpful!!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Above and beyond and it’s very appreciated!

1 week before school starts for fall 2020 and they had 1 out of 6 books my son needed. They may have them this Thursday or Friday. Really!. This a book store and ot looked like 3/4 of the store was merchandise.

This was an amazing experience! They were very friendly and welcoming. We were given ample time to shop to our hearts content without any rush. When purchasing we even added a couple of items at the last minute and we were never rushed. Oh, and the entire university is gorgeous and courteous!!

I went in and got my books, the guy who helped me was nice and was able to find my order quickly. There was also no line. The parking was bs. I already paid thousands of dollars for my college and parking permit and then i had to pay to park to get my books?

Shopped with out-of-state incoming Freshman student. Clean, well-organized, quality stock, friendly and helpful staff. Prices higher because all merchandise is certified. Easy parking in same building. Is VERY busy and lots of traffic on football game days.

I was excited when I realized this store was opening in Campus Corner. I was finally in town for a game and visited this location. I was disappointed by the lack of options. Dont get me wrong, there are things for women, men and kids, but overall it just felt like there was much and it was just trying to fill up the space. The employees were all friendly and helpful and if youre looking for a place to quickly grab some OU gear then this will do, but if you are looking for a bigger selection, do yourself a favor and also check out Balfours. More importantly, go to the old book store in the stadium...its HUGE and has so much more!

Theyre usually very helpful, and the prices near fair. If you know what youre looking for, expect things to move quickly, if you dont, it may take time to get the help you need. The staff are eager to help, and usually have a nice selection of used books for thrifty customers.

I waited three weeks for my book and have been calling for a week to check on it. Nobody answers the phone or bothers to email back. When I finally went in store, they shrugged it off. Definitely buying elsewhere from now on.

Ordered online. Got into the store, the wrong book (not even the same title) was in the pickup bag. After 30 minutes the girl finally found what she said was the right book, just to find out that the online ordering these are your classes textbooks option had the wrong edition of my classes textbook. No returns once youve opened the shrink wrap, so thats $190 wasted. Definitely buy elsewhere if you can.

Went in for a last minute gift. They have a ton of selection of OU Gear for all ages and sizes. You can find something for every fan here as well as getting books and other needs you may have.

They were closed for Christmas. My experience last week was very pleasant., informative and helpful staff was atinitive to my needs with a pleasing smile .

Almost all of your books can be found for cheaper online, either by purchasing them directly through the textbook company, Amazon or Chegg. You can save anywhere from $10-$100 per book by purchasing or renting books else where.In addition, they sold my wrong kind of goggles for my chemistry lab. I had repeatedly asked if these were the appropriate goggles for my class and they had assured me that they were. Only later, when I arrived in lab I found that I had to purchase a new set of goggles.

Although it was very busy and there was a long line, they had several registers open and it moved pretty quickly.

Came for campus tour since they didnt give us any shirts, so I thought of buying some here. Great bookstore with good OU apparel, but most is really pricey and I understand why; but the mugs and stickers and other accessories, I dont see why theyre soo pricey.

We were there on game day so it was a mad house. The employees are attentive and knowledgeable. Prices are average for this kind of place. You can get just about any kind of OU fan perifinalia. Cowboys are out of luck.

Books are so much easier to come by and cheaper online. Service isnt always great. Renting is strict. Over by two days and sent to a collector over $10. Renting a pocket writing guide.

This store is a perfect example of legalized steeling from the students when it comes to university textbooks. Whats more ridiculous is the fact that they do not give out ISBN numbers for the textbooks in order to compare prices with other sellers. So much for the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. My advice is, do whatever you can to avoid buying textbooks from this store. Other apparel may be fine though?

Great rental price on my class textbook and great selection of OU gear and apparel

Required a book for a graduate level class which was written by my professor, who updates the book each year. I was sold a book from the Spring of 2016, not from the Fall of 2019.

Only buy from OUs bookstore if you absolutely have to, its just another higher education racket. If you need a (somehow not illegal) custom edition textbook, try bumming a Ratcliffes coupon off a freshman and go there instead.For regular textbooks youll find much better prices online from Chegg, Amazon, et al. Use Slugbooks to search multiple rental sites at one.Dont count on getting much money from selling textbooks back to the bookstore; a mint copy of a textbook gets 50% back max. Other places online buy back for more money (again I recommend Slugbooks for searching multiple sites at once).For those unfortunate times where Ive had no choice but to deal with the bookstore, Ive found their selection somewhat organized and the staff friendly, although youll spend a lot of time waiting most days and especially on game days or the first week of classes.

You need more help with assistanting students locating their books.

Buy your books here only if you have to. OUs One does a good job of hiding the ISBN numbers, but you can find them sometimes a lot cheaper on Chegg or Amazon. The prices are usually a lot higher in there than other options.

What can I say about OU’s bookstore? Overpriced, RUDE staff, and just another way for OU to siphon money from me. I waited for almost 45 minutes to do a return, because apparently athletes (full ride scholarships, mind you) are more important than me so I got ushered to the back of the line while they had their materials paid for. I went to return a rental book, the lady looked through it, past all the writing and highlighter that almost rendered the book useless to me, found some water mark that I doubt was from me (and by water mark, I mean a drop of water in the middle of one page) and said “wow, I better call the manager about this”, like I had returned a horribly abused, useless book. Made me feel horrible. When I went downstairs to return a book (separate occasion) the male manager was causing a scene and acting like I was a disgruntled customer who had been complaining, which I hadn’t, made me feel really awkward so I finished the return and left, for the last time. I don’t write bad reviews, but this seemed important. DO NOT BUY MATERIALS HERE. Try the bookstore off campus, Amazon, of half priced books.

Boomer!!! The Bible and Galelio exhibits in the library are fascinating.

They said it would take 24-hours to give me a refund; why? And, that I had to come into the store to get a refund when I had originally ordered online; why? The supervisor spoke over me constantly, sounded very irritated that she had to deal with me, and said I was responsible for the mix up on my order. Fortunately, I had confirmation emails to back everything up anyway. They have the worst prices and worst customer service I have ever encountered, and its located right on campus, what a shame. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Dont buy from here. They will scam you out of your money. I tried to return a book with a coffee stain on it, which is exactly how it was sold to me used. They wouldnt take it back and made me buy the book.

Ok. People stood up the entire game in front of me and its hard for me to see. Broken femur. So, I missed most of the game.
