I had to go last Saturday to pick carpet for my new house. My builder suggested one brand of carpet and we found out this location sell the brand. Mark was so nice with us first, but second, I really like that this place has all type of carpets from all type of budgets and many brands. In addition to the big selection of carpets, I really like that they did not try to push us a more expensive carpet. We specified a budget and they provided the samples for the carpet we can select from. Mark also provided great ideas about decorations and provided paint sample colors to match with the carpet. High quality, friendliness, respect, 100% recommended!

I have bought my flooring at Mill Creek for at least the past 10 years. The selection is good. Carpet, tile and luxury linoleum have all worn well over time and Mark has always bent over backwards to help find what I need in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Amazing selection and Scarlett was wonderful. She let me look, offered to let me take home samples, and answered all of my questions. When I finally decided what I wanted, she helped me order everything I needed.The tile arrived with some broken pieces, she got replacements and even gave me the broken pieces in case they might be useful.Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dan was great to work with, very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We were happy with the product and the prices. Even with COVID delays, it only took a few weeks from picking our vinyl flooring (and adding in a some carpet when our costs were lower than anticipated) to getting it all installed. Daniel and Jesus had it all beautifully installed in one day, staying until 7 to finish. Daniel wouldnt even let me help by sweeping up the scraps. I would give them all 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Honest Experience. We had the carpet replaced in our home with porcelain tile. I wish we had used another company. It literally took almost two months to complete the job. What went from an estimate of 3-5 days ended up being almost two months spent in a hotel at the height of the epidemic. I even asked before we started if we should wait since we had waited 20 years to replace our carpet a little more time wouldnt matter. We were assured it wouldnt be a problem. It was a mess. They put in chipped, cracked and unlevel tiles that literally had to be replaced three times. Our furniture and household was literally in the garage for almost two months and we sustained damage to precious antiques. I dont think they had any experience with the type of tile we chose or this wouldnt have happened. When it was all said and done they would not reimburse us the full cost of the hotel. They said they paid their part. It was all their part! Clay from Tulsa came and had little compassion for our experience or even an apology. I tried to call and speak to the owner and was not allowed to speak to him which is a slap when I see his responses to peoples comments. For all those people afraid of the big box stores I can tell after this experience that is the only ones I will use moving forward. We paid almost $17,000 dollars for a horrible experience and some tiles that are still hollow and some chipped. We will not have them back in our home as we cant risk what they will ruin or leave undone. We were supposed to receive extra tile for future replacement. Didnt get that either. Additionally, all the baseboards in our house had been removed and they did not replace them. We called more than once and waited a few weeks with no response. We couldnt replace furniture along the walls so finally had to go and buy a nail gun and replace the baseboards ourselves just to get this job done! This was a huge job not to mention we paid them to do it. Horrible customer service!! If I sound bitter, I am. We should be enjoying our tile but they are a reminder of the horrible experience we had and even worse how we were treated and made to feel we were asking to much to have chipped, uneven tiles removed. I have well documented pictures. Additionally, they started charging us (interest free financing offer) immediately so we had no recourse because they had been paid before the job was completed. I have never had a company sneak being paid before the work is even done, it obviously gave us no recourse. Never even an apology. It was extremely disappointing since they had been recommended to us. It was a very expensive lesson for us but Im hoping it may prevent someone else from going through it.6/8/21 We wanted to come back and amend our post and give some follow up. After our review Bryan E. reached out and gave us something we had not received after going through this horrible experience and that was an apology. That took us a long way. We were also reimbursed the remainder of the hotel and given the additional tile we paid for and had not received. I give Bryan 5 stars for his response and appreciate the communication he has provided. We are very satisfied with the tile we chose and how it looks in our home.

We were able to get our new floor installed even with the Covid-19 pandemic. Kim and the installers were very professional and quick to get the job done.

I purchased laminate flooring and paid Mill Creek to install it in my house in September of 2016. It looked fine and the initial transaction was great. However the molding when transitioning from tile to laminate was loose. I didnt really know any better when this was first done. After a little over a year of kids running through the house someone finally tripped over and broke the molding. I inspected it and found that the metal track that holds the molding down wasnt used and the actual laminate boards that sit next to the tile were cut very uneven, which I assume is why they didnt use the track, because it wouldnt fit in the gap in several places. They also used T-molding instead of a reducer when the laminate and tile were 2 significantly different heights, which really calls for a reducer.I called Mill Creek a few times and went in and showed them pictures and all they told me was that its outside of the 1 year warranty so theres nothing they can do. My stance was that I dont mind paying for new materials, but I want them to fix it since it was grossly shoddy workmanship that caused the problem in the first place. They didnt really see it that way so oh well. Also I tried to buy new molding from them and the lady on the phone blew me off and I got upset about it. A guy called me back and apologized for the whole situation and said he would try to find the molding even though it had been discontinued, so at least there is that.I write this whole review really just to let buyers know what happened. In my opinion Mill Creek was good to work with initially but didnt really stand by their work when there was an issue. I get the warranty thing, but the whole problem was because of a job done poorly. Customer service wasnt completely horrible, but certainly not great either. I suppose if youre going to use them I would recommend finding someone knowledgeable in flooring to check the work. Live and learn, I certainly know much more about it now, so thats a plus!I tried several times to upload a photo of the gap being too small for the bottom of the molding to fit into, and to show there is no metal track. If it ever shows up, thats what it is.

I almost never give a 5-star review, because nobody is perfect; but after three good sized renovations, I wont go anywhere but Mill Creek in Norman. They understand their materials, they know their inventory, they always have options. Ive worked primarily with Dan, and I have learned that he wont push an opinion -- you have to ask; but when you do listen. He knows his stuff, and has great taste. I thought I had picked the tile for my kitchen floor, until he asked quietly if I had seen something else. Bang. That tile makes the whole room. It is perfect. My Husband used to think we could do better on price elsewhere. Now, when I ask if he has ideas for whatever the latest project is, his response is What does Dan suggest?

Products have a good price range and quality. Sales people are friendly and have great ideas. Only issue i have is the billing department kept billing me a balance I didnt owe, this was a 3 months ordeal and numerous calls and trip back to mill creek trying to resolve this. I still havent received a credit for items I returned. Paid for all products before delivery. I spent approixmitly 20,000.00 in the Norman store. Billing personel were not friendly at all and direguarded mgt. request to remove irroneous charges. All that said I like the products and pricing of their products.

We went to Mill Creek and Jacob Huff helped us. He was vice nice and helpful. Very easy to work with. They tiled the majority of our house and backsplash. It all looks great!

I went into the store, picked out the carpet, told them the dimensions of our master bedroom. They put it all in computer and told me $490, even printed it off on paper. They came out to measure for certain and the demensions were nearly exact of what I had told them. They called me the next day and told me $720! They didn’t even explain why it went up $220. There are plenty of other good carpet places to go to besides these people. Carpet Direct was $550 for what we needed done and they appear far more professional and honest.

The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. Stephanie greeted me at the door and was very knowledgeable about the flooring, helping me find the vinyl that I loved. It looks wonderful in my house and I tell everyone that sees it to go to Mill Creek!

I usually dont leave reviews but the customer service we received at this store was incredible. Stefanie was so nice and went above and beyond to help us. We arent ready to make our final selections, but when we do we will buying from Mill Creek.

I had just about my whole house done; wood look tile, carpet, new countertops and backsplash. I worked with Jennifer Floyd who was wonderful, she really knows what she is doing. She helped me pick everything and everyone who has seen it absolutely loves it. Every one of the installers where great! I am very, very happy with Mill Creek.

This is the second time we have used Mill Creek for our flooring needs. Again, from design assistance to installation, they provided their 5 star service. We are so thrilled to have a company we can trust and rely on to help us continue to update our home. I would highly recommend them!!

Horrible experience here. We bought granite for a counter top and when they delivered it, it was about 15% too long, so they had to cut it there When they were done it was not level and they had damaged the wall. They came back and re-did it level. We told the salesman that it was too long and they had charged us for the extra length due to a measuring mistake they made. He would not tell us how much granite we were charged for and refused to repair the wall they damaged. We will never give them our business again.

This was a trying process (possibly due to the virus and working around safety issues), that ended up working out.

They brought a wrong carpet today, the sales person showed up to see what the problem is and he confirmed that the carpet is not the right one. Two times, the first time 20 days ago and the second time yesterday I asked them to ask the installer to bring a shoe cover because i didnt want them to bring dirts with their shoes on new carpet and hardwood but they didnt care about this simple request and they dont care about customers. Overall I do not suggest them for anyone because Im not happy at all.
