I recently had Urban Flooring install hardwood flooring in the bottom floor of my house. I was impressed with Steve with how quickly and accurately he was able to measure my house, sketch the floor plan and send me a preliminary estimate. The estimate was more than I had budgeted for the flooring, however Urban flooring was very willing to work with me to adjust the project to within my budget. I did most of the demolition myself to bring the cost down, Christina gave me some techniques and ideas for removing the existing tile and laminate floor in my house. After ordering the wood, Christina kept me updated on any back orders and when I could expect to have the floor installed. When they had another job move installation dates I was called to see if I wanted or could accept an earlier installation date. I had the floor installed around a week after I put in the order.I was very impressed with the installers, they were punctual and very knowledgeable and skilled with quickly analyzing each intricate cut required during installation. The only part of the demolition they crew did was grinding the only thin set from the old tile. The crew worked as like a well oiled machine and did their best to minimize the dust throughout the install. I had a little only one thousand square feet of flooring installed, the install crew had that installed and cleaned everything up in two days.I highly recommend Urban Flooring for anyone looking to have hardwood installed and would like to support a local family owned and operated business. I will be a returning customer in the future.

We had our wood floors sanded and refinished. Urban Flooring sent out someone quickly to measure the floors. Then they coordinated with us to do the work while we were out of town (it would be tough to function in our house with the wood floors out of commission). They also replaced a damaged board, and you can’t even tell where it was. The floors look so much nicer, and the price was very reasonable. My only complaint is how much sanding dust got everywhere, even though they obviously taped up plastic sheets to protect things. But really, the dust is going to get everywhere no matter what.Overall, working with Urban Flooring was a pleasant experience, and I plan to call them again when we need flooring work done.

Urban Flooring is a family owned business and the attention that they give to their customers is amazing especially in today’s world. We worked with Christina who made our home remodel simple and painless. She and her husband are extremely Knowledgeably and helpful in the flooring business. The installers were excellent as well. Christina and her husband were on the job site the day the install started to make sure everything was going smoothly. That to me and my husband spoke volumes about the attentiveness they show to their customers. Prices, material and service were excellent and we will use them again. We highly recommend you give them a chance as well.

I knew zip about carpet, but after my experience with Urban Flooring I understand what makes nice carpet nice and how to look for what I want. I worked with Steve and he made it so easy. I had went to other flooring places and it was kind of like, okay, look around, tell us what you like and well get it, or if I liked a design/quality trying to up sell me beyond my budget. Not here. Steve took so much time showing me all the carpets, explaining the difference in the material and dyes. He also helped me with what would look good for the look I was trying to achieve. This helped me make an informed decision. Once I had it narrowed down I was able to take the samples home to see how they looked in my space. When I decided, I didnt have to bring them back, he came to pick them up and measured my spaces. It was all just too easy. It did not feel like I was being thrown a sales pitch which I hate. I was not looking forward to having to do this process, but it was so simple and I was left truly knowing what I chose and purchased. The install went beautifully and now I have a wonderful gorgeous staircase and upstair hallway/bedroom/closet! I recommend Urban Flooring and if I have further floor needs this is where I will go.

I would highly recommend Urban Flooring. We worked with Steve who was extremely professional and helpful. We needed to match a tile which had been discontinued and Steve went above and beyond to find the perfect tile, grout and trim to flow seamlessly. Also the installers were excellent. The job started on the day we were told and finished on time leaving it completely clean. Overall the price, material and service were excellent and I will use them again.

This is a great place! The owners are great an the customer service is even better. Im getting a floor around 1200 sq ft and the tile floor comes at an amazing price and looks great. I cant wait to see it in my house!!!
