They were nice friendly and helpful!! I like that they actually know what their doing and talking about when it came to helping with my phone!! The only thing I didnt like was feeling rushed an in a hurry.. when I got there there was maybe 1 or 2 people in there and 5 to 6 employees 🤔!! So not sure why the rushing was happening but walked out knowing for sure what was going on with my cell phone and boy was I right this whole time!! Thanks T-mobile

Went to swap to an old spare phone due to the current phone being damaged while waiting on my replacement through the insurance. I was told I couldnt use this phone due to the serial not working. I dont know if the employee just was having an off day or was more interested in selling phones. I called support, they had the phone working in less than 20 minutes.

I work a dirty job phone constantly getting my charging port full of dust debris dirt whatever and usually techs in there get it fixed within 2 3 minutes right in front of Me. today was my first time in since its switch to a T-Mobile / Sprint and had to wait over 15 minutes to get help anyway because I had to wait on the same line as people getting phones even though it was a repair so didnt get fixed by the people up front anyway. I just had to wait 15 minutes for them to clear my port which I usually watch them do in under 2 minutes. This used to be a great location and Ive never had an issue before in the past but something changed obviously

Went to get promotional gift through their rewards app. 1 day only. Went to the store and they were closed 4 hours before their posted time. Also, their lease program is pretty shady. I was told I was on a pay off plan to own my phone. They didn’t do that and I ended up paying more on the lease than the phone was worth. Now I still have to post another 200 for a pay off fee to own the phone. Both T-Mobile and Sprint are scammy. I would run the other way off I were you.

Traded in my iPhone for a new plan and wasn’t satisfied with their service connections, no problem right? 30 day money back guarantee is what they say 🙄! It’s only been five days and they told me I couldn’t get my original phone back and gave me a 35$ credit for my troubles. Maybe it was because I was black...🤷🏽. Now I have to buy a new phone anyways...way to stick it to me guys. Your all good people, “in my trump voice”. I’ll sure I have plenty resources and government assistance to help me through these times of trouble.

Went there with my family to get one of their phone fixed of an error. Checking in they actually said the error was caused by them/Sprint. We got here right when they opened, its been a hour, and still have not been helped. Its not busy here. At times we were the only ones here. Six employees just sitting behind their computer monitors doing. Not sure what these six employees are actually doing, but I know its not helping or caring about us.

Its time for an upgrade. Unfortunately I waited to long and most of the phones that I liked, have since been pulled from the site and stores. I called this location and spoke with a tech that was super nice. He told me if I came down to the store someone on the front side of things could help me.Went into the store for the second time this week and both received horrible service. Last nights was the worst. They had two phones available to choose from droid wise. newest was not in stock like I was told. When I explained my frustrations to the guy, he basically gave me an apology that was no where near sincere. I then let him know Ive been with sprint for over 15 years and I thought it was unfortunate that he couldnt even point me in a different direction on ordering a phone or something! What do I need to do to get a phone ordered???!! He was useless.Thanks for nothing and horrible customer service.

Ive been with Sprint for over 10 years but I feel like the store is always in transition like when you go there is never the same two people that ever going to help you again youre not even going to see the person that helped you again its like theyre always training always different some kind of craziness and I feel like the service isnt what it is when I go to my hometown to get service for the phone service started I also feel like Ill be sure push on to you and told you that theyre free for being a loyal customer when in fact youre going to have to pay for him so be sure to read all the double line on that cuz that sucks

If I could 0 stars, I would. This place has awful customer service. Their payment machine is conveniently broken when Im there and even after I come back at the time they tell me. Their only response is to go to another store but I shouldnt have to. Theyre not friendly at all and they will avoid you instead of listening to your issue!! Every employee in the Norma, OK store on 24th ave needs to be replaced.

I went into the store Sunday with my Galaxy S2 that had been having issues for over a week. I really like my S2 but since I was out of contract I was thinking about upgrading. I handled my phone over to the tech on duty, her name was Cathy, and she she looked it over and yeah it was toast. I had insurance so I was able to get a new S2 that same day. Thank you Cathy!! Ive been a customer for 10+ years and this is the best experience I have had to date.

I cannot say enough terrible things about Sprint. They are liars and extremely deceitful. The short version is that Sprint assured us in the store that we outright owned our phones and that we would no longer see lease payments. Well, after checking my bill I found they had continued to charge us lease payments for 2 phones and added an unauthorized $15/month insurance plan. I have called customer service 8 times. I was told twice the situation was being escalated and that a representative would reach back out on a certain day and specific time. That NEVER happened. Please spare yourself the stress and huge time waster and select a different company. I am still trying to work this out, but I have never experienced worse customer service in my life.

I made 2 trips to this location. Both times I was treated well and my needs were given the utmost attention. The first time I was to visit this store, I dealt with Jose. He was very pleasant and informative. I had to leave in order to handle the business side of things before an upgrade, but he gave me his card in an effort for me to not have to explain my situation to another person on my next visit. When I arrived the second time, Jose was busy (I didnt schedule an appt) So, he paired me with, Makaela and explained everything to her so her and I didnt have to revisit my questions. She immediately jumped right in and handled me and our account with care. We even had the pleasure of receiving assistance with the Mgr. Jacklyn. She was amazing! All together, I have to say that this staff, regardless of the chaos and constant arrival of more customers; handles each and every customer and account with care. I will always use this location. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! GOT TO AT&T!! My husband and I recieved a quote of $198 a month with all of the bells and whistles (and Hulu) for two new phones. We were quoted $215 from At&t, so we went with Sprint. The first bill was $210, we called and fought with them. The second bill was $242, we called and fought. The bill has been $253 the past 4 months, and we have called and fought with them every time. Today, we called and fought again. And now theyve canceled our Hulu. This was also our first time to speak with someone we were able to clearly understand. The have had the WORST customer service Ive ever dealt with. We have both been lied to multiple times with every person we talked to. Dont waste your time or money.

I love how professional my local Sprint have treated me.....i had a cracked Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on both the front and the back. They fixed my Note 8 for 140.00$, both front, and back sides so it looks and works perfectly.....my phone new is still worth close to 940.00$. So 140.00$ to bring back to new condition was worth the value.....ty Sprint for being there for me.....i KNOW you wont come close to receiving such a value at any other Carrier. Best spring store by far the superceded my expectations after first being rudely helped at the i240 location. The norman location even went beyond what the Southside store neglected to put back into my note 8 mainly being sober screws especially the ones for the charger pretty location which last failed . But i am now going to be a returning and satisfied sprint customer solely due ti the staff in norman. It was time for my upgrade. They did not have the new XSM in store so the rep said he would order it. I paid my upgrade fees, but a week later could not track my package. When I called the store My questions were rushed, and I could tell she did not have time to answer my questions, so I called customer care. Upon upgrading and paying fees, it was never explained that the phone was on back order, and that I would not be able to track the shipping on my phone because it was unknown when it would be shipped. Wish this part was explained during my in store visit, if it had been at least I would have had the option to wait on the new IPhone 10, or chose a different phone, the clerks even quoted me an arrival date based on when their new phones had shipped. It sucks that none of this was explained, but they sure hurried and took my money for the upgrade, but failed to tell me it was on back order and they had no clue when it would be shipped.Terrible customer service, all details should be laid on the table during purchases.

So went and got 5 phones from this location for myself, wife, and my kids. Soon after found out that while your on the phone you cant be connected to the Internet. I called them and explained it, and was told to bring phones in to the technician, very rudely no apologies and simply said is that all you need? Ok thanks and hung up. So today I go in there and was told well its a problem they are having with some of the phones and dont have a time line of getting the issue fixed. I asked why not inform customers of the potential problem when purchasing phones. And they say cause they dont know what phones may be affected. Why couldnt they at least tell me of that problem when I called if not when I bought the phone instead of rudely telling me to bring the phone in to the technician. I left metro pcs over very bad customer service and not off to a good start with sprint😡

Every time I go in, products are pushed down my throat and Im never given the right information. I dont know if this is because I am here for college, and I look like an easy sale, or what, but I always get ripped off. In November, my iPhone 5C completely stopped working, it wouldnt turn on or anything. I knew it was older, but I brought it in anyways. At the store, no one even made an effort to fix it, they just said it was broken and nothing could be done--I would just have to buy a new phone. Since I am from out-of-state, I need a phone. So I figured I would just bite the bullet and buy a new one. However, at the store they told me I could not buy a phone (Even though Im 21 years old) and that I needed my Dad to call the store and tell them I could purchase a phone. Whatever okay, I had him call and went back the next day. I looked online to see what my best option for buying a phone would be without breaking the bank. According to my online account, I was eligible for an upgrade. When I went into the store the next day and asked about this, they said that whatever I saw online was incorrect and that Sprint completely did away with upgrades. I could either pay $600+ for a new phone, or pay $16 a month for 24 months. Like I said, Im a broke college student who needed a phone and had no way of contacting anyone else to verify or question any of this information, so I opted to pay out the $16 for 24 months. A month later, my step-dad looked into it and was able to upgrade my siblings phones (they were both the 5C just like mine to the SE, just like I did) for $0, the only thing he had to pay was a $20 activation fee. If you can imagine, I was furious, $0 in comparison to $600 is a big difference! So I called customer support and asked why I was charged so much more, and was told that Sprint no longer does upgrades in the store, but they do online, and that the Norman store employees should have told me that instead of saying the website was wrong and that Sprint no longer did upgrades period. Other than that, the customer service person said I was basically out of luck but he would submit a complaint about the store internally. Real nice help, right? Fast forward a few months to last week and I drop my phone and it hits the sidewalk just right shattering the screen. I have insurance on my phone through Asurion, and since I no longer trust the employees of the Norman Sprint store, I called them first. They told me as long as my screen was shattered or cracked, with no missing pieces and worked fine, my deductible would be $50. All I had to do was call the Sprint store and to make sure they had the parts to replace the screen and then I would be able to bring it in and get it back in a few hours. I called Sprint (Norman), they told me this info was incorrect and that no one could fix iPhone screens, they had to be sent out to a special place, but to get the insurance to cover it I needed to bring my phone in and then Sprint would ship it out and Id get it back between 3-5 days. This morning I brought my phone in to do this. I was directed to a very grumpy and unfriendly man in the back who glanced at my phone for a second and said it was beyond repair and I needed to call Asurion to get it fixed. I asked what was wrong with it, and he said it was missing pieces, when I asked him to point them out he said just to look at it. I said that it worked fine and didnt appear to be missing any pieces to me or anyone else that Id talked to, but he said it was broken and unrepairable. I left the store on the verge of tears out of frustration and called Asurion, who told me due to the Sprint mans evaluation I would now have to pay a $100 deductible to get a new phone completely. I paid the deductible, but I am once again extremely frustrated with the service I received from Sprint. I was treated rudely for no reason, again. I do not trust this store or anyone in it and neither should you. Try a store in Moore or OKC instead.

My girlfriend and I were signed up with AT&T just a week ago from the date of this review. We wanted new phones, but didnt have an upgrade any time soon, and the data plan was not enough for what we felt we wanted. We checked around on carriers and finally decided Sprint was offering deals too good to pass up. So we swinged into Best Buy in Norman off the interstate, and asked one of the sales representatives about Sprint. He bashed the service, claiming other customers whove stopped by stated their service with Sprint was horrendous, awful data speeds and poor call quality. It sounded pretty bad to us, and our dream of getting newer phones with a better data plan seemed to fall out of reach. Well, that was until my girlfriend pointed out that we should at least stop by the actual Sprint store, and see where that would get us...and boy am I glad we did.Ashley (or Ashlee, cant remember how she spelled it), helped us out. She let us check out whatever phone we wanted to, and we ran speed tests from the Ookla speed test ap. We felt the speed results were good for us, and continued on talking to her, and bringing up the experience we had at Best Buy. She was knowledgeable, polite, and patient with us, evening saying that obviously its difficult for any phone carrier to compete with AT&T, however their unlimited data plan was pretty tough to pass on in and of itself. She was right. We had a couple hiccups with the first phones we picked, and ended up switching them out for other ones. Now weve got new phones, and are pleased with the service we received by her, as well as the actual service were having in Sprint. We live in South East Norman, so theres not that great of signal strength in our area, but we still get LTE and decent call bars. Overall very pleased with her service, and of Sprints!On a more negative note, we did have to deal with another employee who was not Ashlee. We returned to the store after 3 days of signing up with Sprint, so that we could exchange out some phones for other choices. We ended up with an employee named Tracy, who was in all honesty very difficult to feel comfortable around. She was downright rude in certain situations, completely ignoring what we were saying, and asking us questions that benefited her train of thought, and not ours. Secondly, she was clearly older than us, and attempted to joke around by saying before you were born quite often. Ive spoken with older folks, and theres a difference between playful and condescending, and well she was leaning more towards the later. Im not certain if she was aware of her poor bedside manner at times, but we certainly were, which makes us rate this store 4 out of 5 stars altogether.Bottom line - if youre thinking about Sprint, you owe it to yourself to give them a try. If you go to that particular store, try to stay away from Tracy if you can. Im afraid she may sour the experience for you, well until she gets better manners. And lastly, ask for Ashlee - Shell take care of you, the way youd like to be in that kind of a store.
