The employees are so nice and really care about you. The coffee shop is located in the library, that is in the middle of campus, so there is always a line. They get your drinks out in a timely manner and they are good. Great place, they are always adding new things to the menu, it started off a simply coffee and some bagels now they have an assortment of pastries, a bunch of sandwiches salads and even sushi.

Great place, they are always adding new things to the menu, it started off a simply coffee and some bagels now they have an assortment of pastries, a bunch of sandwiches salads and even sushi. Knowing all this its still University owned so that should tell you enough about the food. This is also why its called the bookmark and NOT Starbucks. You should also know that since its straitin the middle of the library the most popular place on campus, they will always have a line, its always busy, however they always seem to find the time to treat everyone nice and are always to fix any issue with your order. There are two reviews on here that say they are incompetent, I guess they dont realize they are dealing with actual STUDENTS that study and work, and not full time employees.

Active atmosphere, very busy at times but quiet between rushes, and plenty of plug-ins.

Their machines are always broken for weeks and the staff isn’t very friendly. Used to be a nice spot, I will walk to the Union from now on.

Just bought a doughnut there at 9 am and its clearly from last night. Its hard and stale. Disappointed that they are to lazy or cheap to make fresh doughnuts during summer.

Great place to take a study break and get something to eat or drink without leaving the library. Everyone who works here is a student like the rest of us and they are all awesome and fun to talk to of you take the chance to meet them.

I am a regular customer here and they charged me 25 cent for hot water, which I have never been charged before. Do they change the hot water policy?

Great place to take a break from studying or grab a cup of coffee. They serve starbucks coffee and can make an assortment of drinks from lattes, frappuccinos, teas, and iced or hot coffee. The cafe also as a small number of pastries and premade sandwiches and salads.

It took 20 minutes to get a medium blonde roast coffee and blueberry bagel. I had to repeat my order to the cashier several times, and most of the employees were to busy chatting amongst themselves to do their job. The line there is always extremely long and slow moving due to their incompetence. If on OUs campus, save yourself time and frustration by walking over to Union or Cate for your coffee.

Its a fake Starbucks in the basement of the library, same price, questionable value, good stuff
