My wife and I went in to look at mattresses for our split king bed. We worked with Ashley and Ed and they were both fantastic. They found deals and incentives for us and were extremely knowledgeable about everything. They were super helpful and werent too push trying to sell us anything, it was overall a really great experience and were super happy with our purchases!

Ashley and Ed were very helpful, showing us options and explaining differences among mattress types. Good mattresses are not cheap and they are selling good mattresses. So go elsewhere if you want less than top drawer quality. We would definitely shop there again.

I visited the Mathis Brothers Sleep Center in Norman, Oklahoma, today. I was very impressed with the sales representatives (Ashley & Ed) who assisted me. They were polite and knowledgeable and answered any and all questions. My husband purchased a bed today, and I got a Bedgear pillow. It is my hope and expectation to buy a bed for myself in the future!

Untrustworthy people work in this store. Mathis Borthers is a good store. The workers here are either incompetent or just flat out Untrustworthy. The lady took my money and somewhere they got mixed up and I tried to get a refund for a pillow. For 54.37. I paid off my card. They give me $10.50 I paid in taxes on a different purchase and put the rest on a gift card. Id stay away from the Norman store. I feel like its just a mixup. But they wont even try to figure it out.

We went in the morning and a guy told us there was a Memorial Day sale through today on the mattresses we wanted. When we went back in the evening to get them, a different person was there and said there was no such thing as that sale. They acted like they didn’t even know who that person could have been that told us that and did not honor the discounted price at all. I will never purchase from that store, again.

When we visited the store it was pretty busy, and despite them being short a staff member Brandon made sure to check everyone in using COVID precautions, and greeted each customer and let them know he would be with them as quickly as he could while still attending to us. The entire staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They were more than patient with me looking around and testing several options while I made my mind up on what I wanted to get. Autumn was my salesperson and she was awesome! Definitely work with her if you get the chance. The sectional I ended up deciding on was out of stock at their store, but without being prompted the staff was able to find it at a different store location so that it could be shipped to me from there. Overall to say my experience was great would be an understatement. Would definitely recommend this store location to anyone and everyone!

DO NOT purchase a mattress here or any mathis distributor. We purchased our firm mattress and less than three years later of use it is worn down, the padding is bubbling, the mattress is not firm, and its giving both my husband and I terrible back problems. The mattress we tried in store felt great. The one they gave us, not so much. They dont last. Shop elsewhere if you want something that lasts. Their warranty program will not cover sagging unless its more than 1 1/2 inches (theyll make you measure it using some weird photocopied tape measure and provide zero help if you have trouble getting accurate measurements), theyll give you the run-around, make you do every ounce of work, then charge you for shipping on the mattress if it needs fixing. We didnt even make it that far. No one was willing to even help us with our issues. My entire family bought mattresses from them. Thats 5! Well NEVER shop here for a mattress again. They lost us as customers, not that theyll care, but maybe you wont have to go through the same things we did. Just dont purchase here.

I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at Mathis Brothers and their Sleep Centers.But no more.Trying to exchange a mattress under their so called Rest Assured program. I wanted to return it immediately but was told to wait 30 days. So I did. I called their support center and made a claim. I was told a manager will call me. After several weeks he finally called and left a message. I’ve called him back repeatedly and nothing.I’ve bought several mattresses before and they are comfortable, I just don’t enjoy this one.Come on man, honor the program that you offer.Update: was able to exchange mattress, upgraded to more expensive mattress but it is worth it. Everything worked out but more hassle than it should’ve been.

My family had a great experience at Mathis brothers sleep center in Norman Oklahoma. Brandon the sales man there was great and very informative! He took the time to let us try out multiple beds and pillows. We have not received our bed yet but are very impatiently waiting for it to come get setup!!

Let me preface this by saying I dislike going to mattress stores due to the overly eager salespeople that usually breath down your neck but that was not my experience today. Very friendly, helpful salesman. We went to look at Tempur-Pedic pillows, he showed us the different varieties, let us lay down get comfortable on them and never pressured us to buy right then or add on other items we didn’t want. I had the pleasure of deal with Colby P. who is undoubtedly and unequivocally the most competent sales representative I have yet to deal with. I also work in sales and I have never been more impressed with someone else in a purchasing decision. Big shout out to Colby, he deserves a raise!

I highly recommend this place. We were treated pretty condescending and poorly across the street at their competition, came across the street and were treated like royalty by Colby P. So happy with our experience, his expertise, and his amazing customer service we made an adjustable base and Sealy mattress purchase, and made sure to only do business with him. My husband and I purchased a Purple Mattress on Saturday from James. Very nice man and no pressure he knew what he was talking about. Our bed was delivered Sunday morning by two very nice men, David and I did not catch the other gentlemans name. My husband seemed to sleep pretty well but I woke up at 2:00 a.m. from pain and numbness and tingling in my arm and even ribs. My low back hurt even worse than my arm. So my sweet husband went out to the sleep center to see what he could do about trading this new bed for a Lady Americana. They told him they DO NOT HAVE A RETURN/REPLACE Policy and he cannot help him. I am pretty sure the guy my husband spoke to, even though he has done this for 13 years, just is not aware of it. I do intend to speak to them myself, because we got the mattress yesterday, and I absolutely cannot sleep on it so what the heck did I pay $1,400.00 for. I have read some reviews and responses from the management and there may or may not be a 365 day program, but Im pretty sure that 1 NIGHT and finding out it will NOT work for you is well within any purchase you make. The Purple mattress in the store was more comfortable than the one we got. I wanted to wait about a week and see if it gets any better.

If they tell you that if you don’t like your mattress and you can trade it out for a free return it’s a lie. You will have to pay extra fees on top of what you bought your mattress for. We did everything they told us to do for an easy mattress exchange on a 5,000 mattress and they told us they didn’t know what we were talking about and charged us MORE. Horrible customer service.

The 10yr warranty that and mattress cover that they up sale you is a waist of money! I’ve been told by multiple people in there company that my mattress should be replace. But I was told by the regional manager “that he doesn’t want to replace the mattress because it would hurt his stores bottom line” not only that I Cant get him to answer his phone or get a response from him. I’ve called 10 plus times with not a word from him. But that’s not the only problem that I’m having. I bought a adjustable base that has quit working and yes I bought the extended warranty on the base but that doesn’t seem to do anything because I have put in a work order at least 3 weeks ago and not a word. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER TAKING YOUR BUSINESS TO MATIS BROTHERS. But I will say the employees at the store are great and will do anything to help you!! Unfortunately they don’t have the Authority to actually take care of there customers. Wow I didn’t plan for this to be such a long review but idk where to stop!! The warranty customer service lady was by far the most rude person I have ever met when dealing with a company that is suppose to deliver a service to there customers that have spent over $4000.00. Sounds like those BIG warranty’s they sale you are just a bunch of BS.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, CANT WAIT TO SLEEP ON MY NEW #purplebed

Good, all good! Bought $4,000 worth of mattress and base without worrying about high pressure sales or prices.

Do not purchase a mattress from this store as they do not have any form of return policy. They instead use predatory tactics to make you believe they do and then go back on their word. I purchased a mattress and they told me to pay $69.00 to become part of their Return Policy through their Platinum Rewards program. They told me I would get a full refund if it did not work out and I could return my mattress without issue. They then told me to also purchase a mattress protector which came to $89.95. The total for my mattress came to $978.70 with tax. The total with the other two items came to $1145.52. I followed their rules and kept the protector on and waited for 30 days to try it out. I am not getting sleep at night and suffer from horrible backaches. Right away I knew the mattress was not the same mattress I thought I had purchased. The ones on their showroom floor are softer than what you get, leading you to get a different mattress than you expect. After the 30 days I called them to return the mattress. They told me that instead they have an Exchange Policy not a Return policy like I was sold. I called their customer service and they told me they do not have a return policy at all. I called again because I wanted clarification and they told me my mattress was over $1000 so I could not be part of even their exchange program. I called their manager and he tells me they no longer offer any program like this, nor has he even heard of it. I was lied to, they used predatory tactics to assure me that I was going to get satisfaction, I paid the extra money and waited the 30 days and now they are still lying to me. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Unit at the Attorney Generals Office because this is getting out of hand and I want no one else to go through what I am going through. Do not purchase from this company.

I just purchased a twin mattress/box spring for my toddler from Rachel and just had a great experience. I wish all sales people were like her! I went to 10+ mattress / furniture stores in search of the right ‘big-boy’ bed and of all the people I talked with, Rachel, was the most respectful, intelligent, and honest person I worked with. Unfortunately, at almost all the other businesses, I walked out feeling like I had been ripped off… Rachel was really wonderful. When we went to buy our bed last last month, she actually recommended what she thought was a better and cheaper mattress that she just started carrying the previous week! She saves us money and we got a better bed.It was just pure luck that I was running errands, had a few moments & popped in to see what she had. So glad I did. We had a broken support on our box spring that was still under warranty. Sent in some pictures, filled out a short form, and was approved for a replacement in 2 days. Picked out a replacement in the store and had it delivered a few days later. The delivery guys were polite and super efficient; took less than 10 minutes to switch the box spring out and hall off the old one. Despite all of my expectations, the whole experience was FLAWLESS! 10/10 would recommend

(Extremely friendly and genuine) We let him know, We are just looking around and wont be purchasing anything today, just looking. He let us walk around the store with no pressure salesmanship. 30 minutes later, we fell in love with a particular unit; we both turned into a couple teenagers from excitement of how comfortable and how much of an upgrade it would be to the house. Im not a salesman, but if I was I would have pushed a sale on us for the bed. But Steve being the guy he is stated, when you two come back, heres my card The fact that there was that little pressure was mind blowing, 30 minutes later after walking in the store we purchased a mega upgrade for our home!
