The mattress swap-out is a tremendous customer satisfaction offer. Dont like the way it feels? Swap it out with a different one (as long as you installed their mattress protector while you used it). They deliver and set up the original AND do the swap, all for free, AND theyll take away your old mattress and box springs of youd like. Loved the no-pressure sales too!

They were super easy to work with. They didn’t give us a hard sell in the store. After the first night of laying on the new mattress, we realized that we made it a big mistake because it was too firm. We slept on it for a few days, and then we went back into the store. They swapped it for us without a hassle and had it delivered two days later.

After 2 nights in my new Valencia bed, I can honestly say that I have never slept better. The bed is perfect and seems to be very well built. I am a big and tall man but this mattress is solid yet comfortable. It has the best combination of springs, foam and has high density foam around edge giving it solid support. It also has added lumbar support. My shopping experience was awesome as Justin was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Delivery was timely and they set the bed up, thankfully. I shopped around quite a bit before making my decision. I would highly recommend Mattress King to anyone.

Overall a very good experience. Cant wait to try it out. The 100 night trial is a good thing as well.

This was the absolute easiest transaction of my life when purchasing ANYTHING dealing with bedroom furniture. Sent MAYBE a total of 20 minutes from entrance to exit at the store and another 5 or so to have the sweet delivery guy place the twin mattress on my granddaughters big girl bed! Before going shopping for a new mattress the other day, my wife and I mapped out our strategy. We had seen several brands online and wanted to try them out before we made our decision. We went to one of the big furniture stores knowing two things: (1) That we probably werent going to buy from them, and (2) That we would be hounded by salesmen every step of the way. We certainly werent disappointed. After about an hour of subjecting ourselves to a pack of salivating hyenas and allowing those flimflam artists to obsequiously fawn over us, we hightailed it out of there and scooted over to the Mattress King. We were greeted by Larry, who turned out to be everything that his competition wasnt. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and he proved to us that he was more interested in helping us find what we needed than just trying to sell us something. He also set himself apart when it came to price, not just because his store was considerably less expensive, but also because there were no hidden charges. The prices for all their merchandise were prominently and clearly marked, and Larry kept us abreast of how much wed be spending when we did product comparisons or when we added accessories to our purchase. Our entire buying experience from start to finish was infinitely better at Mattress King than we couldve ever hoped for from any of their adversaries. To simply say that doing business here was a pleasure or slap it with 5 stars is less than an understatement. My salesman was personable and and a pleasure to do business with. He addressed every question, issue or concern i had. And furthermore, I participated in the 100 night trial on a discounted mattress, but decided I wanted a brand new one. No questions asked. I paid the difference on the new mattress and they brought it to the house. They were also kind enough to respectfully inform me that I had installed my box spring upside down🤭. The icing on this review is, when I went in on a Friday afternoon to pick up the original mattress, Ryan was there and he loaded my box spring and mattress onto my trailer and tied it down, and even took the time to talk with me for little bit which consisted of a lot of humor and laughter, as one might expect from watching his really funny commercials. And the mattress is absolutely amazing. When I wake up in the mornings I can honestly say that I dont even remember my head hitting the pillow the night before. Which I also bought from him as well. Really nice pillow BTW. Thank you guys.

We appreciated the service in the store. But there was some confusion between what the salesperson told us and what the guys delivering the base understood. We were clearly told that the crew would haul off our old base. We were told by the driver that they aren’t allowed. In the end, the driver made a judgement call and helped us out with the old base. We are in our late 60s and moving that heavy base would have been very difficult for us. We really appreciated the guys in the truck. They reinforced our overall view of the company. Thanks

I’ve now purchased two mattresses from the King. Their products are equally as good and in some cases better than the big store competitors from much cheaper. They also don’t haunt your every step in their store. Bed 3 will be next.

Price was definitely better than all the competitors. Quality is very impressive. I have never slept this good in my life! No more tossing and turning all night and my back feels so much better! We have had a wonderful experience at the store and with the delivery. Bought the on Sunday and was able to get delivered on Monday afternoon. The salesman was very knowledgeable, kind, and not too pushy like some of the bigger stores . The delivery man was helpful and explained how to operate the adjustable base . Easy transaction, found the mattress we wanted quickly, got it delivered 2 days later. Only complaint would be that we were told we would be called before they head our way with the delivery but only received a text that they were 3 mins away. I had to rush home in order to meet them. Overall, easy process and are happy with the product.

Did not buy a mattress, I sleep on the ground, in a ditch, snuggling with a grizzly bear, however, a nice lady offered me a bed. It was a .mattress king mattress and it was wonderful. If I ever lose that bear I will definitely buy a mattress from you.

They were polite and fast, in and out with putting in my mattress and the box. I did have my old mattress already out of my bed frame so it was nice to have them put the new mattress on there.

Once the guys got here, it was in and out. Took our old mattresses and the plastic. Took maybe 5 minutes. And they insured the mattress was on straight. My only wish was that it got here earlier, but I understand the weather played an issue with that. And I truly hope I sleep like a QUEEN tonight
