The crew here is fantastic. I’m a brand new rider, and they have helped me get started completely from scratch. I purchased a Springfield Darkhorse from them in May, and it couldn’t have been an easier process. The sales team is great, and the service department is outstanding. They’ve helped with several upgrades to the bike, and made it an even more enjoyable experience. I truly could not recommend these guys more.

NO BREAK PADS. So I went to purchase a Bike from this shop. They up charged the price of the bike by 600 dollars for a “service fee”. I was reluctant to believe that anything had been done to the bike so I requested a list of items that were worked on. I wasn’t given one so this had me a little skeptical. I decided to go through with the purchase anyways. As I’m leaving the lot I head to a busy street behind the shop to turn to head home and the bike doesn’t stop. I’m pushing the back break in and hear what sounds like metal to metal. The bike stalls in the middle of the street. I turn immediately back around and park in the lot of the shop. I inspect the rear rotor and low and behold there are NO BREAK PADS AT ALL on the rear. I take the bike back and tell the people about it and they are just like oh alright we will get some pads on there. I told the guys the deal is off unless we renegotiate the price because I almost died in the street after they promised the bike had been inspected. I am completely shocked this place even has the audacity to keep selling bikes like this. The boss told me that he was gonna put pads back on and sell the bike for what it should be sold for. I thought I should share this so anyone who buys a used bike here knows for sure they need to do the inspection themselves.

Just because you cant get the deal you want does not mean that they are giving you a hard time. I would recommend Sooner Indian to anyone looking for a new or used bike. Greatest experience ever for a first time “biker chick” !!!!!!!I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a bike but had no idea where to start or what I was looking for. I went into Sooner very intimidated, but then Dustin Kuykendell introduced himself and put me at ease right away. Dustin was very attentive and listened to every off the wall question and explained all the details of everything I needed to know. He was so informative on issues I hadn’t thought of and so considerate. It isn’t that often that a female is treated with such respect in this market, however Dustin made me feel very secure and comfortable. I would refer anyone in the metro area or beyond to go check out Sooner and ask for Dustin specifically if you’re in the market for a bike !! He made my experience phenomenal and we will continue to do business with Sooner Indian as long as Dustin’s a part of that team !

Sooner Indian motorcycle in Norman Oklahoma should be your first stop if you are in the market for a new Indian or pre-owned motorcycle. They price their motorcyclea very aggressively and have a first rate finance operation. Josh (parts and service manager) is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure your motorcycle is properly cared for. Chris (their mechanic) is master certified with multiple different manufacturers including Indian / Harley-Davidson / BMW / Ducati / Triumph, so chances are that he can get you fixed up. Their janitor, Dustin, is a pretty cool guy too. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough!

First of all the Only reason you should come here is to purchase an Indian motorcycle and nothing else. However, I would recommend going up to the one in OKC because youll get better customer service. I was screwed over by this Norman dealership. I paid them loads of money to do work on my motorcycle and it turns out that the work they did didnt last more than a month of riding and now they wont honor their work or even touch the bike again. Then the manager, Dustin, was very rude and was telling me all this crap about why they cant fix it like how they were bought out by corporate and blah blah blah. I called corporate and that dealership had in fact not been bought by corporate and is still privately owned. Corporate wouldnt do anything for my situation either. It was also mention to me by the current workers that the mechanic that did the work on my bike was incompetent and that a lot of the work he had done resulted in issues. (The manager didnt seem to have problems with him but not suprising there). This really sucks because I love Indian bikes and eventually ill own one (too expensive for me right now) but I will definitely never come here. The manager was a huge a**hole to me but then still had the audacity to offer me scrap for my bike and sell me a different one. The only highlight about the store is the parts manager, Emily, definitely the only nice one there.DONT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE TO HAVE WORK DONE TO IT.ONLY GO TO THE ONE IN OKC OR GO TO THE HARLEY IN MOORE BY THE WARREN!!

I was extremely displeased with my visit into Sooner Indian. I went in to look at a used HD they had that looked very nice. The bike was outstanding, which is unfortunately where I can stop saying anything good about my visit. I was never approached by the sales staff to welcome me to the dealership nor was I asked if I needed help with anything. I approached the salesman and began to ask about the bike to which I was met with an attitude that seemed like I was bothering him with the question. I began to inquire about pricing and fees when I was informed of a $499 service fee that would be added to the price. He told me that was for them possibly having to service the bike. I asked if they did indeed serviced it since the bike only had 2,200 miles on it. He replied well if it needed it we did. Funny, thats not a direct answer to my question. I have no problem paying the fee if it actually needed service, but when they cant even tell me if it actually did, I have a little bit of a problem paying for something the bike didnt receive. Since I had such an interest in the bike, I even went on to make an offer to which the salesman scoffed at my offer and said Oh, thatll never work. I guess he promoted himself to the sales manager because I had to ask him if he would even take the offer to the manager. He reluctantly did and returned to tell me they werent interested. No problem with me, thats business. What I did ask was what they would be willing to do on their price and he replied with the asking price in a condescending manner. He then followed up his statement with another excellent customer service line in a tone as if I was an idiot of, were internet based. Were like Carmax, you ever been to Carmax? I have never been to any kind of dealership where I was treated as if I was a nussaince, especially when I was offering to throw money their way, even if it wasnt an offer they would accept. I have no problem with Indian not accepting my offer, what I do have a problem with was the treatment by the salesman and not even being told thanks for your interest. Its not that anyone needs to be treated like royalty, but the way I was raised thats just expecting common courtesy and good customer service. Unless you like being treated like a chump, save yourself the drive and your time of even considering Sooner Indian for any of your motorcycle needs.

When the loan officer was on the phone with someone else, he referred to my husband as a f@@$ing redneck. I guess he thought I wouldnt hear him. Also, he charged us for a second key fob . I would expect that when you buy a brand new Indian, one would receive two key fobs. It cost an additional one hundred dollars, and he didnt tell us about that until after our paperwork had been done . So, we had to pay that out of pocket. We got there at open to do our paperwork, but we were not allowed in the office until after 10. He kept the door closed even though he was calling about our sale. He ran our credit check before we even signed the form giving permission. Twice he grabbed paperwork from my hands before I had finished filling them out .
