Both visits to Kays was stress free. We found what we wanted. Service was prompt and efficient. Ada was very helpful and patient. She listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions.

My husband took me to Kay (Norridge) to pick out a ring enhancer for our 28th Anniversary, I wanted something to compliment my solitaire. The enhancer looks spectacular with my solitaire..better than it looks in the photo. It was a pleasure working with Hadeel, she was very patient, listened to what I was looking for and was respectful of our budget. For great service, ask for Hadeel!

Don’t bother calling they rarely answer the phone and if you provide them a product number example 135293607 they say they cant find it that you need to come to the store . I want to know if you have it in stock before I arrive at the store. This store used to have very good customer service now they dont care if you buy anything. This is not the first time we experience this issue. We went to Macys they pay attention and are happy to see us.

I went in there to buy my granddaughter earrings for her wedding. The person who helped us was just horrible. I don’t remember her name but it was last Sunday, April 11 around noon. She had black hair cut short and wore a black and white suite checked. We asked her for help, she said they had no dangling earrings and gave us the tablet to look through and walked away. I had to ask her 3 times to please come over to us and help. When she did come back over she was belligerent and very nasty to my granddaughter saying she had other customers to help when we were there before they ever came in. We finally got the other associate to help but well we walked out with nothing. We went to Zales.

Kay Jewelry is the best place to make your wishes come true...i am a customer since 2004 and always fund something to make my wife happy...the store manager is the best salesperson I ever meet her name is Lynore Campos and always she do her job making me feel the VIP customer I recomend this store if you need a diamonds and watches ...like they said every kiss begins with Kay!!

A woman was very inpatient & rude. Never will go back to this location again.

Jon was amazing! He was extremely thorough and answered all questions I had. He was very reassuring in explaining my replacement warranty and services and made my repair experience such a breeze. Every time I go into this location, the sales person John always greets me and asks if there’s any way he can help. He’s always so friendly and helpful. He is the only one that gets my ring super clean whenever I go there. He goes above and beyond. He always looks at my ring in depth and get all the stock on gunk off my ring. I swear my ring never looks as clean when anyone else cleans it. When John cleans my ring it looks brand new. His customer service is impeccable. They are lucky to have him.

John at the Harlem and Irving park location (HIP) took good care of me on 02/08/18. He was kind and funny. He was very informative about kay card. John was giving me great advice on mens watches. He wasnt pushy at all. It was an excellent experience all around. When I return I will definitely keep a look out for him and his wonderful customer service.

Im not a fan of Kay, but unfortunately my fiance found an engagement ring she really liked at this location. On my first visit to see the ring, the sales associate seemed preoccupied and did not give us her full attention. If I was by myself I would have immediately asked for another sales associate. I did not want to embarrass my fiance so I decided to bite my tongue.A year later we wanted to buy the matching band. This seemed like impossible for Kay to do for some reason, since the store did not have the band at their location. It took months and many attempts but we were finally able to buy the band.The band was sized and my fiance stopped to pick it up after work. She had a very hard time putting the ring on. The sales associate assured her it was exactly the same size as her engagement ring. Not wanting to conflict, she took the ring home and told me the story. This is the same associate who sold to us each time in the past, and took months for her to finally bring the band in. We took the ring back and spoke to someone else, exactly as we thought, the band was a size smaller.I wouldnt recommend Kay to anyone, but if you are stuck like I was, and the sales person is someone that doesnt seem to know what they are doing... ask for someone else.

I went to a different Kay to get my fiances ring made and stumbled into this one because I was not very certain about my decision. I really wanted things to be perfect and was concerned that I did not make the right decision. I had the pleasure of meeting with Quindrell. He showed me a few rings that I was absolutely amazed by and I told him about my story. I showed him the ring that I was getting made and he proceeded to listen to me ramble on about my fiance. I was willing to purchase another ring because the Rosemont location did not offer all of the rings displayed at this one. As he listened his face started to Change and he informed me that the decision I made was the right one. His customer service and personal characteristics took me to a calming place and out of panic. He helped me in many ways just by listening and showing his experience and expertise when assisting customers like me. I have been to this location before and I must say I was not happy with the service I was given..fast forward a few years..the mall has changed some and I noticed all new people at Kays. So ok I went in to check out the new stuff/sales. Let me just say I did not expect to get the service I was given. The workers there are so friendly and really know how to make you feel welcome. I let the young lady know about my bad experience before and she apologized for it. She assured me that things have changed since then and walked me thru the store. We got to know each other a little bit as she was showing me some new styles. We both agreed (and laughed)not everyone belongs in customer service. As I was walking out she offered to clean my ring. At this point I felt safe giving her the ring my aunt gave me to clean. When I asked for her name again (can’t remember) she said it and that she was the assistant manager and the tall African American man is the store manager. The lady is very nice and my views have changed about this store.. so far so good.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had been looking around for a anniversary ring for my wife when I found a nice ring at a Kay in another city, I was there on business but not ready to purchase. When I went to this store they went as far as calling the other Kay and verifying the ring, then sent me a picture of it to my phone. Additionally they understood the need to be discrete and called me at hours when I told them my Wife would not be around, even if that was when they were not working. My wife and I went back to get the ring inspected per the coverage I purchased and when I didnt have the reciept they went and found it in their computer and corrected and error made when they orignally sold me the ring with out any questions. Very good customer service
