Every single time I order with you guys my order is WRONG. Every single time. I don’t even know why I bother with wawa any more.

DO NOT order anything from behind the counter. They are slow and its low quality food and drink every time. The people are great but they dont know how to cook food or make a drink. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you make 15 an hour plus you better learn how to make a sandwich. I ordered a chicken parm that was cold and no sauce on it. Teach your employees how to read a ticket!!!

This place has a sign requiring a face mask when entering the premises but refuses to enforce the sign. You can walk in without a face mask no problem no questions asked. Its a public safety threat

Service is great!!!... but the restroom condition not so much. Especially the mens room....its utterly disgusting 🤮.

They messed up my order for the 4th time and the food I order wasn’t bagged I hope they can do better next time….

I went there to buy a pack of smokes and instead of getting the pack off the shelf, she had a pack underneath the counter and grabbed those... when I smoked 1 out of the pack they tasted funny, point being she was saving that pack to sell older woman that seems BSC... I just think cant trust them.

Almost everytime I go there, they are either out of the stuff Im trying to get or just never stocked it. Whether its food from the screen or something in the fridge. Not even exaggerating, probably 8/10 times i visit, thats the case. Almost never at any other wawa does this happen

They are quick with orders whether online ordering or in store. Awesome chicken and cheese quesadillas. Coffee is always available and if it happens to run out it isnt long before it is replenished. Great rewards program. One stop shop and gas too. Friendly staff and customers.

Its another wawa too lazy to keep all their coffee open after dark. Coffee is what built wawa, and now its hit or miss if its available. Seems cheap. Shame on you wawa. Good thing royal farms is popping up. Bad wawa, bad.

This particular Wawa consistently fails to meet the standards of the other Wawa stores. Deli workers are too involved in their own personal conversations, and some seem to just be checked out. They need to step it up, or clean house and bring in all new managers/staff to this store. I want to give it only one star, but my overall experience hasn’t been quite that bad yet.

I go to Wawa for one thing. Food! I love to custom order a hoagie to my specifications. They have touch screen kiosks which usually work well, but theres been a few occasions in which the options to customize the order were not available. Ill chalk it up to a bad software day. Other than that issue, its great to have food made for you fresh.In the morning, its hard to beat their selection of coffees. The taste and experience is very consistent in every location, which is no small accomplishment. Grabbing a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown is speedier than going to a fast food joint.Of course, you pay for the convenience of chips and other snacks, so obviously they are not trying to compete on price.The check out process is straight forward, but I wish other registers would open a tad faster when the lines start growing, but thats a minor issue that is not always the case.

So glad I ordered EXTRA MAYO. Didnt get ANY thus happens every single time I goto thus particular wawa. And there are always 6 employees standing around in the back no body on register and a huge line of angry people. God I hate what wawa has become. Used to be a fan but now I pray for your demise.

During the day & afternoon shift they have there A team but there late night shift crew just seems annoyed when anybody enters the place you feel uneasy & you can sense the bad tension in the air they make you feel unwanted there you can openly see them roll there eyes when people come in do yourself a favor & go to the next wawa late at night better quality of worker there and pleasant.

The store always looks dirty and the employees cant read. Ordered mac and cheese and ended up with chicken corn chowder. Ontop of that, the bowl i ordered came with a syrup that was not with the bowl. Mind you the etras or sides of an order is highlighted a different color on the screen.

The cashier used his privilege to freely and inconsequentially speak rudely not once, but twice to me concerning my child.

If I could give zero I would !!! I came in to order a vegetarian burrito bowl and they put chicken into it which came to 7.00 dollars, I went in to get rice they said I had to reorder rice for another 2.95 ... it would of never been that price if it wasn’t chicken so I actually paid extra but the girl wouldn’t add rice for me so I end up paying 7.00 for no reason.

They make an excellent hoagie, and have a clean and professional looking store. Good prices, quick service, broad selection.

Lots of gas spots compared to older wawas, accomadating staff when there’s a problem, great food, but candy is a little over priced but all wawa are that way. Usually clean, but we gotta get more cookies and cream milk! Always out, but thats ok. Best WAWA I’ve ever been too.

I have been going to the wawa in Phoenixville for years and everyone was so kind. I recently moved to this area and twice I have been in here and tw8ce the cashiers were rude. One gentleman grabbed my reciept right out of my hand . Just makes me not want to go in here anymore unreal.
