Nice neat clean place to shop. They have such a good choice of items. Staff is great. Asked one lady about a salad dressing that l cant find anywhere. She went in the back and came back to say for some reason the company hadnt sent that certain brand. Other flavors were on the shelf. It was nice of her to even go back and check. Some stores you go to the staff acts like you are a bother for asking. Yes l like Acme Markets.

Was looking for something specific and the frozen food manager was kind enough to go get it for me. I think he said his name was Dave. He was so kind and it really made my day. I thought he was wonderful. It’s nice to have someone like that with a positive attitude. Five stars for Dave! Hopefully I got his name right! 👍😁

Great Service with a smile for many years. Very honest as well. I requested cash back and forgot to grab it from the self check out. Guess what... it was there waiting for me later in the day when I realized my mistake. I kind of did not expect that to happen. Shame on me... Great Job Acme Trooper!

Needed 2 items distilled H2O & Kaiser rolls & decided to stop at Acme Markets. I found both products & checked out in record time. Acme is always well stocked,is conveniently located in ParkRidge Shopping Ctr & stays open til 11 PM.

Overall layout of the store is sort of confusing but for the most part it’s a decent store. It’s more a place I go for convenience or specifics. Their bakery items though…..they make some great stuff! Especially their giant cookies

Rude management. You are lucky to find your products you need. Even luckier to get the sale prices. Big disappointment. Used to be very good store. Been a customer over 40 years. Harder to go back every week. Many products have expired or will be soon. Poor shelf life management. No more rain checks for products that brought you to the store in first place.

I shop in this store 3 to 4 times a week .I dont like to complain but this had happened to me on more than one occasion. The store closes at 11pm .I was at checkout by 10 pm .no registers were open, only self check out. I had a cart full .lots of produce to be typed in .self checkout can be very sensitive, putting it in the bag. No removing bags, when theres no space left. The machine kept telling me I needed assistance. It was annoying, when there were staff there standing around.

Its a grocery store. They had water in stock when my area has a boil water advisory.

Customer service was awful! Manager with all black on and glasses is quiet sarcastic in her interaction with customers and with cashiers. I was there at 745am and only one cashier was available and non of the self scans were open. We waited patiently and to no avail no open came to another register to help all 10 of us in line. When she arrive she was agitated at the cashier and those of us in line. Customer service was a real after thought. Unacceptable and will not shop here again!

I like the store because its close to where I live and the hours are great, opened until 11 pm.Their store is clean and generally all the employees are cordial and helpful also.The only thing I dont like is their prices are a little higher than I would like but I guess I have to pay for the convenience.Dont get me wrong, when the pandemic hit, they definitely did adjust their prices but I would like them a tiny bit lower.I will say this,though, usually they have the best sales!

I normally shop at Giant. Today I decided to stop in the Acme to purchase some fruit bowls and a bag of the roasted chicken. I waited for 10 minutes while 2 managers used 4 employees to hold up bags of chicken so that they could take pictures and use them as props. The lady manager looked at me and said hello and told me as soon as she finished getting a “good shot” someone would be right with me.Unbelievable!!!! I think as the customer I should have been waited on first.

Poor experience. I tried to check out and asked an employee who is in a group of other employees a question and she ignored me and walked away. I actually reached out to another employee in the self checkout line and she also ignored me. I dont know what was going on at the store today.

Always good every time I am there people are always courteous and accessible motorized chairs.

Nice store. Good produce and seafood. Not as inexpensive as others, but sometimes they have what the others dont. Last time they had monkfish, the others didnt.

Always well stocked with plenty of cashiers open. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice store very warm feeling but expensive & the prepared foods 8.00 dollars for 1 lb mozz penne salad very bland and pasta undercooked the grilled chicken very small pieces I could eat 4 pieces at one sitting with 2 sides Acme if youre gonna be overpriced please make sure your food is top notch to expensive for mediocre prepared food

If youre willing to pay top dollar then ACME is the way to go. I have only once had an issue with something I bought there (pork roast). Most of the time their products are good, if you dont mind paying the price, like I said.

High prices, out of stock items, but excellent meat department manager who knew dates and times when products would arrive.

I was in a rush to get my favorite beer Heineken and Acme had more on hand than all the other supermarkets in my area and fast service with friendly employees which is next to my bank and is covid-19 ready and made me feel safe 😷 to shop there.

Acme in Trooper good store expensive a dollar or more per item than Walmart are giant but the girl with the black hair thats usually on register number one is outrageous, smoking hot. I love you girl with the black hair..

You find old school markets like acme in Pennsylvania far and between but this acme is a gem,very friendly people fresh food produce and everything,we need more old school brand name markets like this that last the test of time.

If you like overpriced products and produce that isn’t fresh, this is the grocery store for you. Numerous times I’ve gotten produce from here that was way more expensive then other stores and past its prime. They do have a very good buy 1 get 1 free on meats that is a deal, but other than at I would recommend doing your grocery shopping elsewhere as you will quickly exceed your budget

Nothing special. Meats are decent but most items are overpriced compared to other local food chains. Specials of the week are usually worth the price but most items are priced higher than others local stores

I went to check out today and apparently I donated $5 hours to a charity that does say on the receipt and I asked for $40 cash back! And I never got my monopoly tickets (12). I never consented to any of that I don’t have that kind of money to spend! I tried calling the lady was rude and denied all of it! Will I go to acme again!?!?’ NO! I will be loyal to Giant food stores!

My experience, was terrible. First their prices are way too high, second their checkout lines are ridiculously long and they were looking at me as if I was going to steal something.

The worst grocery store I’ve ever been to.Produce isn’t fresh, all wilted. Organics don’t seem to be organics at all.Overpriced for subpar quality - everything.Manager is never available for feedback.I’m addition, to all that, they wouldn’t sell me alcohol. DMV officially extended all the drivers licenses till 31st May 2020 for the ones that expired during COVID-19 closures. Acme is the only organization that I’ve encountered so far that doesn’t abide by the DMV rules of extension. Absolute nonsense! Associate didn’t even try to be helpful or check with manager, you don’t know your own rules or the law.Never coming back again. You don’t deserve my money and my business.

The Acme Market on Ridge Pike in Eagleville is my go to spot for a few items or our weekly order. The shelves are always stocked. The produce is fresh. The sales are everywhere and the Staff is Awesome!!I love my local Acme.

Usually go here for the Beer Garden, nice selection of beers, local brews, and all varieties. Lots of wine as well. Will pick up select items as well, seem to have decent sales but do not food shop here on weekly basis.
