The Pharmacist needs to review the CDC guidelines on who is eligible for a covid vaccine booster and not pick and choose who gets one. I was at the tail end of the first group vaccinated and was turned away after making an appointment because I am not 65+ or on chemo, those are his guidelines. Thanks for wasting my time. I went to CVS where it wasnt an issue.

I love this store! I shop here because -- no Karens here AND they carry Boars Head lunch meat. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The store is undeniably NOT Wegmans, giving it more of an old-fashioned appeal. Great job, Giant!

Good sales and lines were not to long. There is a lady with a blonde pony tail she has such a attitude problem I don’t know if she is manager on duty. But she helps certain customers not everyone. She floats from store to store also. But all other employees very nice! Thank you

I usually don’t go to Giant even though it’s in our neighborhood. I do a lot of fishing and my grocery store has been telling me that they don’t have any chicken livers so I stopped by just for bait and found nice employees and great prices Giant won me over.

Needed fruit and vegetables trays for our 8th birthday party!! It was so worth the stop. The trays were amazing, both by display and price! Thank you.

This Giant consistantly has The Best crodoughs anywhere in the area. Theyre the biggest, fluffiest croissant doughnuts, and theyre never under done. I go out of my way when driving through just for these!

This store is fully stocked always even in a pandemic. When one ask a question of any of the stay they are helpful and professional. Ms. Wanda is a long time cashier with Giant and she is always pleasant, give kind words and best of all she smiles. I wish other cashiers where like her. Overall, great shopping experience.

Vegetables selection is varied and fresher than other local grocery stores

Most every time I shop here now, once or twice a week, there is something priced wrong on my receipt. Not once in awhile, almost every time. Today was a buy one get one item for $6. Ended up standing in line for 5 minutes to get it corrected at customer service and what disappointed me most was that the person did not write it down or call someone to get it corrected in the system. Although the person was apologetic, she didnt seem to have a process to correct it for the next customer. Will have to limit my shopping here in the future.

Great selection of pre-cut cold cuts. Prices are very reasonable and the store brand foods are just as good as the name brand foods. For 2 adults, I spent approximately $100 for a weeks worth of food. Theres deals down every aisle. Check out was extremely fast and the employees are very helpful and happy to serve you.

Order deli when I started shopping 20 mintues not done still waiting others with higher numbers helped and gone. Milk expired 8/15 still out at least 5 gallons had to move to find something not expired. Still waiting for deli order

Terribly managed, poorly stocked, and dont accept returns. Even if there is nothing wrong with the item and you just bought the wrong item, they wont accept the return (non-produce item). Stay away from this one and just go to Aldi or Lidl. Save yourself the trouble, this Giant cannot get much worse.

Audobon Giant and Limerick Giant have the best pharmacists and staff. Always helpful over the years. Cant say enough.

Went in for Alka-seltzer for my wife, decide to grab some beer. They will not ring me up for the one additional item (the alka-seltzer) at the beer line due to store policy. Never had this happen before buying beer + few other items at any other grocery, let alone ONE ITEM. Will never return here, Acme 1 minute away doesnt make up ridiculous policies.

Great shopping, lots of sales and savings, excellent atmosphere faster lines than most other stores and they had everything I needed with easy to see item charts above the isles loved it with the covid 19 pandemic everyone was courteous and social distancing. Shop here since I moved to the area. Pretty decent smaller then most Giants I have shopped at. Not crazy about the addition of the alcohol section since it took up a isle for food lessening their selection but I see how others would find this convenient. When ordering online for pick up they do not substitute your selection like they are suppose to. Online they is a option to ask them not to substitute if the exact one you pick isnt in stock but this is ignored.

Store was clean and the staff is friendly. I got lunch in the back, sushi and soup. The Wednesday $4.99 sushi deal is awesome! The Italian wedding soup was also tasty.

We needed out battery jumped and Nathan was a big help. We had a call to AAA, but he took the time to give is a jump so we didnt have to wait over an hour for AAA to arrive.

Solid chain with decent prices for an all you need grocery store. Can find cheaper at audis or Lidle, but cant find a quarter as many options at those stores.

Store associates are usually friendly and helpful. Prices are lower than most competitors and are open late which I find to be less crowded and easier to social distance while shopping. They also started selling wine and beer which is a plus

Best customer experience EVER and every single time! Their so friendly to my kids and they go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. My son also loves the car shopping carts. Produce is always fresh, and when I was preggie the had a parking spot for pregnant women (they also have one for moms with toddlers)... I really appreciated that pregnant or when I have to bring my kids! Also practicing such great habits during this covid crisis.

Even with the pandemic this store has managed to keep most shelves stocked. And, they have been able to maintain social distancing amongst the crowds that do come in. I have not seen or heard any issues with people not respecting wearing a mask and keeping a 6-foot distance.

I came there to get a quick lunch at break time. There were some foods that looked good, but what caught my eyes were the variety of sushis. I tried one pack and I though it was very good. Would like to come back to try other kinds of food.

I no longer shop this store. I’ve frequently mentioned the SINGLE restroom to manager and cust service. I also mentioned the disgraceful employee restroom which is the only alternative when the ONE public restroom is in use. All I get is an understanding nod.This should be an issue for the board of health.

This store has everything! I really enjoy shopping here. The selection is excellent, and the price is very good. The store is always busy, and thats because of the convenience. Theres plenty of free parking, and there are 2 buss lines that serve the store.

In the time of covid-19, shopping takes on a new challenge. The essential employees at Giant do a wonderful job with the resources theyre given. The store is clean, employees friendly, and if the shelves are a little bare, its not their fault.

No individual bags of small cheese popcorn 10 count. Never on the shelves.

Very disappointed in this store right now, today I purchased 2 gallons of Lactaid whole milk and get when I get home to give some to my child it was rotten! Both gallons!! I returned to the store only to be told No exchanges or refunds right now the associate didnt really seem to care that theyre selling bad milk. Why not just throw it out and let me choose a different kind. No I was told just save your receipt and when the bans lifted you can get a refund Well that doesnt help me now when my child needs milk for her bottles today. Just beware although the date says its good its not! Now off to another store thanks for the inconvenience Giant

I’m completely appalled at the way I was just treated in this store. The staff was so beyond rude and snarky I couldn’t believe it. I went to this location because it’s close to where I work out. In the beginning of the store a man who worked there was giving attitude to another customer because she asked if they had a different kind of produce besides the organic kind. He literally started saying things like “well if it’s not there then we clearly don’t have it” and made comments asking why she would ask a question like that. Fast forward to self check out, my computer kept freezing and making me ask for help. The woman came over and started huffing and puffing while swiping her card to fix it. My computer kept doing this over and over again and there were moments she would just stare at me from the other end of the checkout and she purposely waited to come fix the computer. When she finally came over she rolled her eyes and fixed it again. Every-time I would say thank you she would say “mhm”. I have no idea what I did to make her so rude to me but whatever. I was ready to leave at that point because I felt so unwelcome. While I was leaving, a different employee was assisting self checkout and I told her to have a good day. She looked me dead in my face with a dirty look and completely ignored me. I have never been treated this poorly at a grocery store in my life. I work in customer service myself and I would never treat a guest like this. Very disappointed in my experience. Will not be coming back to this location.

Very frustrating walking in the food aisles. Almost every aisle had several stacks of food for sale blocking half the aisle.Since it was busy customers are forced to stop frequently and walk very closely to each otherOnly two cashiers and long lines to check out.

Its hard to review the store, because some of their services are not fully online yet. It was clean, and there were ample checkout cashiers.

This store is smaller than some of the others. The produce section is very nice along with the deli. The selections in the aisles are more limited because of the store size. The bread aisle is almost always picked over pretty thoroughly. The store is clean and well lighted

Giant isnt my favorite grocery store but it is my go to store when i have a long list and dont want to visit multiple stores. They can be counted on to have 99 percent of the staples and even specialty items you might need. Their ready made items are not Wegmans caliber and their prices are higher than Aldi but youll be able to get everything in one stop.

This Giant Food Store is average overall. The most distinguishing characteristic, other than the cranky old people shopping from the nearby retirement community, are the deli counter employees. The employees at the deli counter of this Giant Food Store are far and away the best in the area! Super polite and helpful. Their extensive knowledge of their products is admirable and makes one wonder how much studying they must do in order to provide the wonderful service they provide.

Not the largest Giant around but sometimes smaller is friendlier. Shout outs to Roshane in the beer garden and Todd & Andrew in pharmacy. Always helpful and friendly

Most aggravating moment of our shopping experience was at the end I had 3 children and an infant with me and although the lines to check out were not long there was no one to help bag my two hundred and some dollars worth of groceries. After checking out the kids and myself had to use the bathroom which was at the back of the store and oh so disgusting it was just a single bathroom that was covered in feces and urine

This one has seafood, a salad bar and a candy vending section. Theres a self - checkout as well. No alcohol, no Chinese food. Its pretty well laid - out, with a robust health food section.
