Friendly employees and quick service for a 2 person team. I always enjoyed grabbing coffee here when they were on Ashland, but the new space is pretty rough looking. Aesthetics aside, the whole place reeked of mold. To the point I could smell it through a cotton mask. Its an old building but that really needs to get taken care of if you want customers to keep their appetite.

Literally the best chai latte Ive ever had, and Ive had many. It was real brewed chai tea (not concentrate) and the oatmilk they used for mine wasnt sweet, which is perfect and made it more authentic. Great food and drinks and excellent service!

I havent been to the new location but my friends and I loved going here in autumn 2019 to grab coffee, get a meal. They have delicious sandwiches, a great vibe and energy. I love the vintage coffeeshop feel, and they definitely have that.UPDATE:I visited the new location and I love it. It has so much open space thats perfect for live music and dancing (although not during the pandemic). They do have a limited menu but its everything that I was used to from the old location. I got a yummy chai and the Mozz sandwich, which is very popular. Its owned locally, which is awesome always support small businesses. 12/10 would recommend!

Way to expensive ate here from review 5 people in our group and all if us got sick after not to mention the prices are terribly high stay away

Place is excellent! Good food, great people, excellent coffee. The get their coffee from a good roaster, they grind it fresh - the sandwiches are good, they work with high quality ingredients, & theyll build anything you can think up. Real good. Good space, good music. Theyve even got a nice couch & some games. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been coming here for years before they reopened, and I can honestly say that Ive never been more satisfied with the atmosphere and environment. I was thrilled to see that it was finally back up and running, and even happier when I realized that it was better than ever. This is a grade A meeting place, low key venue and all around wonderful cafe. Keep up the great work!

I have always loved The Parlor, old and new! The owners are absolutely wonderful people-professionally and personally. They work hard to maintain an atmosphere that fits in well with the artist community of the Berkshires. They are always just the right amount of attentive in their cozy cafe. If youre looking for a place to snack and/or relax, or even meet up with friends, this is the place to be.

The new owners are doing an excellent job- the cafe has never been more cozy. They are two very down to earth people who are easy to talk to and incredibly friendly. The coffee is delicious!North Adams is lucky to have them.

Literally drove 3 hours to eat here, it was worth it! This fourth iteration of the Parlor Cafe in North Adams, MA may be the strongest ever, a superb menu with options for everyone. Good coffee at a cheap price, spacious and relaxing atmosphere and plenty of community events.

Didnt know about this place went with some friends of mine. Its a very nice small space, the food was delicious the service was friendly, I loved my tea and and the coffee looked good. I will be back in the future 🤓

The new, revived Parlor Cafe is coming along nicely. The coffee is very good. Treats are fabulous. The menu is growing. And the people are wonderful.

The food is great but the thing is love about the cafe is the atmosphere and the service. I love that I can sit there and have lunch with a friend or work on some homework.

So happy I found the parlor cafe! Ive lived in North Adams for a year and didnt know it existed, but now I go all the time. Open late, great coffee AND beer, friendly staff and live music. Nothing else like it around.

A really nice little coffee house... with a nice selection of local beer on tap as well - highly recommended if youre in the area. Plus, theyre open later than most other such places in the area.

Owners are extremely welcoming and the food and coffee is great! Overall an amazing little space.

Never greeted but instead were rushed into buying something before we even took our coats off. Very few bagels in case available and had mold. There was absolutely no menu. When asked if they had any specialties the response was We can make whatever. Got up and left.
