If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly suggest visiting River Front. The entire staff is amazing. Bob Walker our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. Mark Kaye and Dave Semp, new car managers, are awesome. They went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the deal. Vinnie Mazany, business/finance manager, was great too. He finished off the entire process with a great attitude and attentiveness. The dealership is very clean and again the entire staff is very there is great. Im a new Jeep owner so this was my first time having service done on the vehicle. I googled other Jeep dealers in the area but this was closest location and had the best reviews. Another great purchase experience without the high pressure tactics found at many dealers. I have purchased multiple vehicles here and have always been treated fairly and respectfully. I actually went to another local dealer because they had a trim/color package on the lot I wanted. I could not believe the sophomoric high pressure “sign here” type commitments they put me through trying to get to a price. I left and will not go back. I recommend riverfront for purchase and service needs.

They advertise “fast oil changes”. I currently have two vehicles that were purchased at Dodge dealerships preceded by several other Dodge/Ram purchases. The service department at this dealership is the worst I’ve dealt with in regard to their respect to customer’s time. My last two oil change appointments (during the week, not a weekend), I was received 10 minutes or longer after my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that there are people ahead of me and my wait time will be at least an hour. The last oil change on my Ram, I arrived at 7am and did not leave until 8:50. Today, our appointment for an oil change for our Challenger was at 11:00am. It’s 12:00pm and I’m still waiting. What’s the point of accepting appointments for oil changes?

Had water pump, thermostat and coolant replaced after water pump went bad. It would have been nice if the engine compartment was cleaned of all the spent antifreeze. Had an oil change done also. They did not reset percent reading in dash cluster.

Everyone was so nice and helpful in the service department! Jessica in the office was exceptionally accommodating and answered all my questions! The technicians/mechanics were amazing too! I don’t even live near this dealership anymore, but I will never go to a different one. It’s worth the longer drive to receive great service. I’ve been to many of the other Jeep dealerships in the surrounding area and my experiences have been awful. Bring your Jeep here for all services!

I made an appointment to have a malfunctioning key fob looked at. 2 1/2 hours after I showed up I got a call explaining that the fob was no longer programmable and had to be replaced. The new fob cost $171 and they charge $80 to program it. On the receipt there is an additional $16.32 charge for hazardous waste. I have no idea what the waste is as they returned the bad key back to me. Seems suspicious to me?

The whole experience started out great, but went down hill went we got home. We saw our hood on the gladiator dented and the part by the grill smashed. We assumed it was one of the techs that lifted the truck to high and crushed it. We called and they said to come in Monday, but quickly changed to Saturday. We arrived that Saturday to show them the damage but they couldn’t keep the truck and we were told to come back the next Saturday. Mind you this is already trip number 2. My wife and I don’t live that close. Already put 160 miles on my brand new truck. Not to mention I’ve had to bring both my kids and take up my time on my weekends. I asked if they could swap my hood for a rubicon hood least they could do after all this back and forth. We then get a call saying they “tried” but of course Chrysler said “no”. That was complete b.s again because it was an internal thing not a warranty thing. To cut to the chase at this point I tried following up with this dealership plenty of times because at this point I’m owed something with all the waste of time and unnecessary miles we had to put on my truck. I kept calling the new car sales manager but of course has avoided me ever since they gave me back the truck. Fixing the hood was a given since it was them who ruined it, but they did nothing to satisfy me as a customer at the end of the day.

We purchased 4 vehicles from them. Not once were we pressured into a vehicle. The sales department asked the right questions.Being knowledgeable they were able to build a vehicle that suited our needs. If they didnt have that vehicle in stock, they were able to locate one. Financing was easy enough since they deal with various lenders to get the best rate possible for us. Going above and beyond to keep a customer happy. All 4 of our vehicles are service at their facility. My wife & I are greeted promptly in the service lane. The service advisor goes over any scheduled maintenance as well as any concerns we may have. They do offer shuttle service or alternate transportation if we needed. They have a waiting room for those quick service needs that may come up. Another thing I found interesting was the Parts store/boutique that they have (definitely have to get a Christmas List going and give to the wife). The Service Department notifies us via text ( phone or email if you prefer) when our vehicle is ready. Weather permitting we also get a complimentary car wash. We feel comfortable from start to finish with River Front Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and this is why we give it 5 stars. Keep up the great work!

We went in knowing what we wanted and we did not feel pressured to stray from that. They were accomodating and the finance person was probably the easiest weve ever dealt with. I didnt feel like there were games being played, they showed me the numbers when I asked, and worked with us to come up with a deal we felt comfortable with. This is the first time I was unhappy with my experience at River Front. It took two hours for an oil change. I’ve never waited that long beforeI had also called prior because I needed my tire looked at. I was told I could do that through the express service. Upon arrival I was told I needed an appointment for the tire. The office staff did not have a great attitude on top of that. Last but not least my hood was not shut all the way and almost popped open as I was driving down the highway. My prior services were great. I don’t know if there’s new management or what.

Great service by all at River Front. My salesman, Tracey, was very patient and knowledgeable. I test drove quite a few Jeeps before narrowing it down to 3 Jeeps. He provided me with all the information I would ask for on the final 3. While I waited for finance and the managers would ask if I needed anything. I came in preapproved from my bank and Vinny in finance was thorough and looked for possible options that would be better and he succeeded.If you are in the market for a car I would definitely recommend River Front, nice people all around.

I cannot begin to type the nightmare of working with this dealer. My brand new car needed a new transmission. This in itself was not the fault of the dealership, just luck on my part. However, once there i couldnt get a sole to communicate with me. I would be promised phone calls that never came, than when I would call to follow up, the people acted as if I was a nuisance. At one point, I received a call from the manager of the service department who apologized and swore communication would be better moving forward. I than got radio silence for a full 7 days before I reached out to see where they were at with my car. I was than told my someone my car might be done that day but never heard back. Finally someone called me back and said they hadnt even stated on my car. It was like they would say anything to get me off the phone. I had a rental car during this time and when they finally called to tell me my car was ready, I rearranged my whole afternoon, I returned the rental and got my car. It didnt end there. I got a call about 10 minutes after i left that the rental car didnt have a full tank of gas and I would be charged $35. I couldnt believe the pettiness. So I turned around and got the rental car where I needed to put 2.8 gallons of gas into for a full tank. 2.8 gallons!!!! I hope to never have to return to this place again, their customer service alone is a reason to travel farther for a different dealership.

I have a jeep I purchased from here new in 2016 for 2017. I have had to come back 3 times for a radio replacements, on my fourth now.Always treated me nice just not happy with all the radio problems and knowing I only get refurbished ones in return.I am a jeep girl for sure and hope they will find a resolution that works right for me. Its hard driving with no radio as am/fm is out, cd player not working either and I have satellite radio and it blips out every 5 seconds!

Let me first say that I have been told by several dealerships that right now it is impossible to find a vehicle at or below sticker price. Ted Roman from River Front just sold me a brand new vehicle below sticker price, and found what nobody else could find me in 3 days flat. I was referred to him by Frank Koral, the used car manager, who advised me that a new car would be a better deal right now than a used one, due to the shortage of used vehicles. I found out he was right when many dealers were selling 2 year old vehicles for $5000 more than a new one should cost. All other dealers said I would have to pay way over sticker and wait weeks or months for a new one. Ted told me he would rather have me as a lifelong customer than to gouge me just because he can right now. The level of honesty and integrity from this dealership team is second to none. I will be buying all of my vehicles here from now on.

Service writers were great. Techs not so much. I was the only one there and it took over an hour to have a oil change and tires rotated on my vehicle. Two techs were working on the vehicle most of the time. One tech had to either check his phone or go to the bathroom or get something to drink or just sit down and look at his phone. The service techs themselves and people in the office are easy to work with. My issue this time though was that my car was finished having the oil changed, pulled around to the line ready to go outside and the porter brought the keys in and placed them on the desk. The keys and my car sat there for 15-20 minutes before I finally had to speak up to the person at that desk that I was really busy and needed to get out of there. He brought my keys and paperwork to the cashier and didnt even apologize.

I emailed internet sales and let them know what i was looking for. with no hesitation or pressure I was Vanessa emailed a OTD price that I asked for. I took my Jeep in for an oil change and it was do for more maintenance, which I had done. The total cost was $450.00. I agreed to the service. My engine light was on when I went in and it was still on when I came out. Nobody even mention it. Everything was checked off In good condition. Little disappointed that it was over looked.

Normally my experience is good..busy on Saturdays and theres at least an hour wait for just an oil change. People in service are friendly but today I found oil or grease on the drivers side door and steering wheel. There was tools left on the passenger seat. No paper protection put down like they always do and I didnt get a copy of the status of the brakes, tire wear and battery output. I think this is an isolated incident as this has never happened before. I did go back inside and someone came out and cleaned the oil/grease left behind. Seems to be a high turnover rate of employees in the service department. I dont go here often - maybe every 4 to 5 months but Ill normally get someone new.

Came in looking at trucks was never even acknowledged. When I asked for assistance I was sent a guy named Bob who was condescending, rude and acted like I couldnt afford the truck I wanted! He was the worst salesman Ive ever dealt with ! Save yourself the hassle and go to another dealership! I will never return! I simply asked for Bob to give me a total out the door sticker price was 66k Bob said he would have to do the math . Took me inside and I sat forever while he talked to every person in the building except for me ! They literally had 2 customers other than me and a full staff but nooone was willing to help !

Dropped off my vehicle for recall work (floor mat replacement), warranty repairs and asked for std maintenance fluid changes while it was in the shop.After 3 weeks of calling for an ETC and no responses outside of we will call you tomorrow with an update (which never happened) I picked up my vehicle and took it to another dealership.Not one item was addressed, they just sat on it.

Wonderful sales experience!! We were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted while getting a low rate and amazing customer service. Highly recommend this dealership if you want to purchase.I wouldn’t recommend the service department. I called and left 3+ messages inquiring when my Jeep was due for an oil change since they tech didn’t put the sticker on the windshield. Finally, when the my message for the service manger was never returned, that was it. In the past, drove past other dealerships to have my Jeep serviced here. Over something as small as a missing oil change sticker and something as big as no returned calls it’s time to go somewhere else.

I went in 4 my tire rotation, 1 of the guys noticed 1 of my front windshield wipers was gonna go from bad 2 worse, so they changed it. While still there, I used the time 2 get some info on extended warranties & I got a car wash. All people involved were kind & helpful.
