Overall this Walgreens is poorly ran. I hate that its the closest one to my home. Their pharmacy is always behind with long lines. The cashiers are rude and couldnt careless about customers. Overall, just dont enjoy coming here.

The low rating is for corporate whose policy is to send out texts that a prescription is ready based upon an estimated time and not because it is actually ready. Staff was working like crazy but the wait in drive through incredibly long and then told at window when finally my turn that it wasn’t ready.

The pharmacy has progressively gotten worse over the last year. There wait times are horrible, they don’t have medicine ready as promised. I just updated my insurance and they input on there systems wrong so my medicine was being denied by my insurance.Walgreens needs to hire more pharmacist to handle the work load. They are over working the pharmacist and it’s creating more errors.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE. I have ordered many times from the photo dept and they keep marking my order complete so I show up HOURS after it was marked completed and it’s still not done. They act surprised and no one knows whose job it was to complete it. No one takes accountability and just say I don’t know what happened. At this point this is just being arrogant and not doing your job. That’s like as a nurse I can only do half effort of CPR on a patient. Would that be acceptable?

The pharmacy doesn’t have any compassion for patients. They told me they would send me a text when my prescription was ready but there was a delay. Totally understandable, but I never received a call or text. I went to bed that night without my medicine because they closed at 5pm when they were suppose to be open until 9pm. I would have called all of my customers to let them know of the sudden closure. Today... still waiting on my prescription. The pharmacist has to “review” it, but it’s been 2 hours and now they are on a lunch break. I’m worried they will close again with no notice. I don’t want to be a pest and I certainly do not like calling over and over, but there’s no communication.

To the senior citizen who was the cashier:Thank you for your efforts and for being so kind under those circumstances.To the manager on duty:Loudly verbalizing, “I don’t know what to tell ya” when an employee is having a problem and requesting your assistance. That is NOT the way you handle an issue. Furthermore, loudly informing me that my card is “no good”, and placing blame on me is also NOT the way you handle situations. Something is clearly wrong with how your system handles gift card sales. I took my $300 elsewhere to purchase my employee incentive gift cards.I highly recommend finding another profession if you have such disdain for management & customer service.

Very nice staff, helpful. Loads of choices. I loved the pharmacy also but had to switch due to work. I would prefer to use WALGREENS pharmacy. Good job. Thank you.

I called my prescription in at like 10 am I came in to pick it up and still have to wait unbelievable the guy in front of me had filled his and they lost it I don’t understand why there is always a problem not the first time that has happened to me either last time they charged way to much on medication I paid 70 than after had me pay over 200 because of a mistake that was made by them I will be transferring my prescriptions to another Walgreens because the service sucks here

Been to this store some problems but always get my stuff. I have read some legit complaints but specifically Amanda A that had to be the most entitled review I have read. Has a customer I understand I am not the only person with problem prescription. I expect the pharmacy to let me know there is a problem and I will contact the doctor myself since I actually take accountability and responsibility for my own health and do not rely on others to hold my hand and do it for me as I am an adult

Thank you, thank you to Chris who helped me last night. I had a few last Christmas cards to get out and wanted to include a picture of my son in them and needed wallet size photos. My little guy (2 yrs old) decided he didnt want to take a nap at the sitter and fell asleep in the car. I lugged in a sleeping toddler and Chris stopped what he was doing and came over and took care of the pics for me. It doesnt seem like much but meant the world to me at the time. Thanks again!

Customer beware! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are definitely short on their staff, but it seems like they do not want our business. We transferred from the CVS that closed in North Aurora. We assumed we would get the same level of care, but the refills take 4 to 5 hours without any call to the patient informing of the status. We have to call to see if the refills are ready since their system just doesn’t call. I’ve asked to be called 5 times, and supposedly they put us on the system, but I have yet to receive a call informing me that the prescription is ready. In addition, technician informed me I had to call my child’s doctor for prescription they already have on file due to CVS transfer. Every other pharmacy makes the call for you. In addition, they close from 1:30-2:00, so if you need your prescription you’ll have to wait way longer to have it ready. This cost containment from Walgreens doesn’t make sense in today’s economy. Why should we wait when we could go elsewhere? I’m transferring my prescriptions to the CVS at Target.

This pharmacy is the worst! I’ve been waiting for several hours to get my perception refill and I’ve called multiple times to be on wait for over 20 minutes and being told different things. These pharmacists don’t want to do their job and contact my doctors office to resolve an issue with my perception and expect me to do it. When I asked if the the pharmacists could contact my doctor she said “um....... no I wasn’t going to.....you need to do that yourself” what kind of customer service is that especially towards a sick customer??? Will never go back here again. Such a shame since it’s 2 minutes away from me!

My experience with using this Walgreens photo center was quite disappointing. My fiancee and I have used disposable cameras to record significant moments in our relationship. We brought our camera into Walgreens to develop them. We received a text from a stranger explaining that they had been given our photos instead of their own. They saw our number on the bag and thought to inform us of the mix up. Thankfully they were kind enough to return them to Walgreens. When I explained this to the store lead, they simply brushed off the concern that we had about our pictures being given away to someone else. It was very upsetting to know that they did not value that we trusted them with our memories. We will definitely be using another store to develop our photos from now on.

The worst pharmacy service ! I have been waiting for my daughters prescription to be ready so far for 5 hours ! I called 2 times and they said they are working on it! In another occasion I received a call my medication is ready, drove to pick it up and they said it is not ready! So frustrating dealing with them when you have a sick child and trying to get the medicine faster, maybe that helps the sick baby !

I drive out of my way to use this Walgreens!! The Pharmacists, Wendy Manager) and Joe, are the nicest most helpful pharmacists I have ever met! Ever technician that works here too (Tami, Wendy, etc), same thing! UNLIKE the Walgreens in Aurora, on Randall and Indian Trail...they lie, theyre very slow, theyre mean, stupid, never smile, etc., etc., etc!!!!
