Absolutely great place

The prices on hardware are good. Tools prices are a bit steep. Found what I was looking for quickly and wanted to walk around to look at what a store I had never been in had to offer. Apparently to them this meant I was a thief because a worker followed me into every isle acting like he was down stocking. I might go back, if the price is better than ACE.

Staff was not friendly. Acted as though I was bothering them. I bought some lumber...It was VERY poor grade and outside in the rain. I had to let the wood dry before I could use it.

I am working on a home project with my cousin assisting and directing me through the process. He is the one with the experience. I didnt have him with me when I stopped in to look at trim before decided to head to Eugene. Coos Head Builders CoOp that says Do It Yourself Center in big words on the front of the building didnt have what I was looking for with the trim but I found some brackets that where perfect for another part of my project. I asked the guy at the register a question because 1 I didnt have my cousin with me and 2 I wanted to back up my logic and he looked at me and said, you should probably hire someone to do the job. Seriously I am at the Do It Yourself Center to be told to hire a professional. Thank you, I paid to much money for my brackets but I wont be returning them as I will not be going back there.
