Got scammed by the manager, returned an item 07/3/2021 around 4pm worth$225 d, they gave me $200 giftcard because the maximum is $200, when i check the balance its only $36 credit, wow can imagine things happen on big companies like this, karma is on its way,

Worst customer service! The lady at the counter was more concerned gossiping on her cellphone than cashing me out. I had to tell her multiple times that I inserted my debit cards in the machine to cash out. She ignored me multiple times as well when I asked her questions about a simple battery.

Customer service is pitiful. Made an online order for pickup that showed the item was in stock. Then get an email confirmation that my item was available for pickup. When I head to the store to pick up my purchased item, it wasnt available. Not only that, the store was busy and I waited on line for over 25 minutes just to be told that my purchased item was not available. This place is a joke....

I have generally been well served at other Auto Zones. But on this last Sunday, December 27, the boys there that day were unprofessional, it is not possible that they have not given me the charge to my battery, which I had bought there in past months. I lost more than 4 hours and they didnt help me. Telling me that the battery charge was fine. I had to go to another site where I could verify that these boys did not do their job. Hopefully someone can take my complaint into account.

Two employees were busy doing something but was polite and helpful. The third didnt bother to acknowledge if you needed assistance just occupied with a personal cellphone call.

Terrible! Went in to get my battery tested after my car had died and been jump started. Was told my battery was fine and that it was my alternator that was the problem... purchased an alternator from them (THAT WAS F’ING CRACKED). Long story short the alternator was replaced and the car still had issues... turns out it WAS the battery after all. Can I give 0 stars? Seriously, they deserve it!

This is not my normal auto zone and I was forced to come here after the union city autozone refused to test my battery due to being short staffed that being said their store was empty with two employees standing there doing nothing.Anyway so stumbled in here and was greeted by a young man of middle eastern decent and he was very polite tested my battery suggested I change my battery that it was running bad according to the test.. so I purchased a new battery and he offered to put it in for me free of charge as a courtesy!!! This young man was polite and handled my car with care and made the swap quick and simple and was a pleasure to speak with.Moving forward this will be the auto zone I’ll go to even though it’s a longer ride.

This place is awesome, always has the tools I need. The guy with the accent always helps me out. Hes very knowledgeable and has not failed since. Im not the most mechanically inclined person but he always knows exactly what tools to use and demonstrates how to get the job done effectively.

An Amazing experience of customer service, I was never treated with so much respect at a retail store till today, this gentlemen named Cris helped me so much I was truly impressed. And he was the store manager Wow ! Talk about having someone so young to run a store, also the employees looked so happy to work with him it’s like they enjoyed being there . This location is awesome. Needed a battery swap, one of the gents inside was kind enough to help me find the right one, install it for me, and dispose of my old battery at no extra charge.He also got me a sweet deal with the lube shop next door for an oil change. Would definitely recommend.

This place is always packed and seemingly understaffed so plan your visit accordingly. Got helped by a guy named Ahmed that was super on point and very helpful to everyone even with the line stacking up and people getting frustrated at waiting. They just need to have another cashier on the clock and then buying wiper blades will be a total breeze.FYI there are sometimes mechanicly minded, non-AutoZone affiliated people out front who you can pay to help install the part you just bought. Im a big fan of this.

Store is supposed to open at 8am on Sundays. It’s now 8:15am with a crowd waiting at the door wanting to give you their money yet it must be inconveniencing to the employees to open the door and do their jobs.So typical!

This store seems to have a difficult time keeping common items in stock such as light bulbs. Also the street mechanics hang around the parking lot like Vultures. It has become dangerous to shop at this location as these street mechanics often get into violent fights with each other putting the safety of shoppers at risk. I have personally contacted AutoZone corporate and complained about this issue in the past but apparently customer safety is not a priority

What could I say its AutoZone they have all the parts you need but terrible service workers dont know what theyre doing or talking about and theres like two people working and once always in the back so expect a weight if youre in a rush this is not the AutoZone for you

I bought a pair of windshield wipers that the salesman claimed I can return if they were defective. I returned within the month and they said they refuse to do anything and said they cant issue a refund. Ill be steering clear from these crooks.
