This company is incredibly irresponsible, I had service assigned with them through the Chrysler road service. I wait 3 hours and had to get a new service provider because they never showed up.

Don’t come here after waiting almost four hours for a tow I ended up having to call another tow company that came in thirty minutes. Horrible place they wouldn’t even answer the phone for a eta. Not worth it go somewhere else.

This tow company is gross north Bergen had a company that is now not active but was the best tie company that existed Heavys auto recovery wish they would come back. This Lopez towing is not only expensive but slow sometimes hard to reach them after 5 very unprofessional with no office assistance this tile company is a complete joke for now I’ll be using CiminosAnd even that company is not so great whatever happened to us having a caring soul company in town that does not robs us that does care.. if another town or county gained the tow company that used to be in our area they are so lucky not understanding why didn’t they just expand and have multiple tow companies we never think that we would love a tow company until you meet the right one and lose it. As for this company Lopez they need to go not professional at all no customer service sloppy work
