Only getting two stars the products are good I like it the salesman all this so helpful for once they get your money they disappear you call up about something all up hes not here hes not here every time I call there before I got my money he was always there so helpful everything I mean really disappointed in the customer service Im waiting on countertops now probably 3 weeks before I get them they got my money but I dont got my countertops yet and I held up the order because I owe them $208 come on already had $3,000 of my money give me a
What a joke. I called the guy and asked DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES yes we do. Ok great. I drove 1 hour and 13 mins to get here. I come into the store to ask about the samples as I wanted to buy some. The guy says to me, whats up? What am I your homeboy? Whats up is I want to buy the samples you said you had. Oh sorry those are custom you have to order them. Wow, couldnt have specified this on the phone. Thanks for wasting 2 hours and 26 mins of mine. FXXK cabinets to go!
Bought the gray Shaker style back in February- enough for a 10x10 kitchen. The sales help was perfect. Got good advice. Even the the warehouse guy was super helpful in giving me assembly tips. Quality=very good. All plywood. No manufacturing flaws. Well packaged. Seriously easy assembly once I got the first one down. Very pleased. Great value for the money. I will be a repeat customer.
Worst place ever, the manager was very unprofessional and showed an angry attitude. I was promised a deal on the phone just to get me in the store and when I got there he kicked me out of the store, told me if I don’t like it go somewhere else, worst experience from a manager I ever had my whole career working construction. Zero stars.
We recently completed a kitchen update. I had received pricing from an online retailer and was about to go to one of the Big Box stores for comparison. A TV commercial led us to explore Cabinets to Go, and we discovered one close by in Wilmington, DE. We dealt with Rob and could not be happier with the experience. Rob was friendly and when asked questions dealing with cabinet quality, he knew his stuff, and all my concerns were allayed. We worked up a plan and had a bill of materials in minutes. We moved on to flooring and granite (that we could do all this in 1 place was a REAL bonus). The cabinets were delivered on schedule, and my contractor just kept commenting how well built the cabinets are. Yes, there is some assembly required, but the assembly went very smoothly. We talked about appliances, and Rob was able to suggest a local dealer, with who we were happy and bought from them. All in all we were very happy with Cabinets to Go and Rob specifically.
Danger - expect delays, and terrible customer service.Ordered cabinets 12 weeks ago, told I would have them in 5 weeks. Scheduled my contractors to start work 9 weeks after ordering the products. Told by store manager, everything arrived.12 weeks later, missing to base cabinets and have no idea when they will come in. When I call the store manager, she complains about her system, and politely (shes at least polite) says she will call back when she figures out the status. Rarely calls back, and when she does, leaves a cryptic message providing no information.Customer service is almost as bad. They occasionally call back, but then tell you, they cant see orders or shipping information so they dont know anything. Well one of them did confirm, the products were shipped (no idea when they will be delivered to the store). They say they will do everything they can to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, everything they can does not include- expediting shipping,- having the regional manager return your call, or- really anythingResults of this. Im not of my house likely an extra two weeks, wasting my contractors time and my money. These guys simply dont care, and if you trust them do anything, do it at your own risk.
I recently completed my new kitchen with cabinets that I purchased from Cabinets to Go in Kearny. My kitchen now looks like its from a magazine. The new manager Justin Murphy is more than competent and kept me informed about everything throughout the process. My cabinets were ready for me on the exact day that Justin said they would be and I changed my design three times. During my design changes, Justin assured me that it was not a problem and the whole process went thru without a hitch. Also, the cabinets are of great quality with easy close drawers and doors and wood construction. The price was even less expensive than any big box store as well as two other cabinet companies that I tried. Great work Justin and I have already sent my best friends son there and he too was very happy.Thanks for all of your dedication to my project..Jim Giuliano

Absolutely the worst!! They lie and put on an act until they get paid.... Then they dont care. It took 10 weeks to get our cabinets when Marilyn promised a couple of weeks. The delivery truck got to our house at 10 pm when 9 am delivery was promised by Marilyn. Then we discovered the measurements on two of the cabinets were transposed by Marilyn. And guess who doesnt give two craps? You got it! Marilyn... People like Marilyn give good companies a bad rap... We have two more kitchens to do, sorry Cabinets To Go will get no more of our money and you shouldnt waste your money with Marilyn either.
Very dissatisfied with the lack of service from one of the vendors in the Kearny store, when I called the store to find out about the status of my order, David was very defensive and raised his voice at me. After I told him that he had no customer service he hung up the telephone on me. This individual should not be in a customer service position, it makes all other staff and the company look terribly bad.
Worst Customer Service Imaginable at the Kearny location. I was recommended to them by a family member however based on my experience. They lost my design twice due to system issues, I was told they were working on it; never had it done, never received a call back from sales guy. Manager called me back and promised to have something to me by 7pm that night; received nothing. I went with Wood Factory Cabinets. Great Experience and Solid wood!!!
Marilyn and Brian will spin incredible lies to cover their incompetence. We ordered a set of cabinets, asked Brian to come by and make sure the room measurements were correct. He altered the corner cabinets without explanation and what we got was not what we ordered. He also had the gall to blame the new set up on a conversation he had with the family member who let him in. Marilyn is rude, wont answer a straight question and when she says shell call back... expect that not to happen.

November 2, 2017Do not buy cabinets from this place. Worst customer services and sales people in the industry. I purchased a kitchen and had two doors that came with cracks on them and I kindly asked for them to be replaced. Ive called 10 different times and talked to managers, sales associates and other employees and I never receive a call back or my cabinet doors. Every time I call they are so shocked and say oh I will call you and update you and not one person has. I ordered my kitchen back in may of 2017 and still havent received the doors or any customer service.
We bought 3 vanities. Everything is excellent i.e. Quality/cost/delivery, except acknowledging customer calls and getting back to phone calls. If they can improve in giving call backs promptly to the customers, they can win lot more customers.
When visitors ask how much our kitchen cabinets cost, they are always shocked because we really saved a lot by using Cabinets to Go without sacrificing quality. Our cabinets look like something you would purchase at some overpriced, snooty kitchen store but that couldnt be further from the truth. All of the employees were super helpful and knowledgable...they even gave us some great ideas for the overall interior design of our kitchen. I HIGHLY recommend Cabinets to Go.

Besides the fact that their customer service is horrible, this is the worst place to get your cabinets. They made me wait two months to get half of my cabinets! When I finally got my bottom cabinets they tell me that they don’t carry the top ones. Then waited about a week to receive the refund, end it took several attempts over the phone to receive my money! Very disappointed!

Many cabinets were received damaged and company would not replace them in a timely manner. May be okay if you have 6 months to wait to install the cabinets for the kitchen.
