Horrible mike in service needs to step up his game. The mechanic tech that worked on my car needs to bring his A game. I am disappointed and frustrated by service. No follow up no one double checks or confirms a clients car that all is okay and ready for running. I work in the ER I still do not rush and push out a client or patient or customer. Intake on one case at a time, observe, confirm, than deploy, than follow up 5 days later.. common ppl. Love your work. You chose it.

Honestly it has been an interesting experience. The initial engagement with the sales staff was a pleasure without any hassle or pressure to buy.It was the actual vehicle that has been an issue with head liner stains (apparently factory glue), two replaced coolant bottles (because the sensor is integrated) and a couple other issues.At first the service department was a hassle but after engaging Jaguar Corp, some of it changed.Well fast forward to present day - my wife and I are starting our search as our lease will end.We went back to this dealer but our original sale person is no longer there. I cant say we have the same feeling about our experience this time. So it looks like we will be buying another brand. Again - the way one is treated makes all the difference. For us it doesnt matter what the brand is, it is all about respect and professionalism.

Still waiting for wheel lock key that has been on back order since early March. Now the reason we need a wheel lock key is we had one that was in the package and after the last service appointment we notice it was missing? So we promptly bought this to the attention of our service manager and he said no problem we will order it for you.So after about 2 months we went to see them again for another problem with this vehicle and asked again about the wheel lock key. I was told its on national back order and covid 19 is preventing it from being shipped. Since we wereTaking a trip I asked to have the wheel locks removed from the car in case we had a flat tire on our trip.They did this and said when the wheel lock key comes in we will call you. Well now its July 23rd and no word . I spoke to our service manager about just putting a new set on since they are hanging in the parts dept .His reply was and I quote Sir you can buy a set yourself and we will put them on . I ask what ever happened to Goodwill towards a new customer and just got the Its not our fault.We will purchase another Jaguar but not from here .Bethesda Jaguar is owned by Autonation.I will write them about this situation. Updated 8/14/2020STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROMMIKE OUR SERVICE MANAGER.Update. 11/23/2020 and still waiting for the wheel lock key and havent heard from our service manager Mike.

DEVIN was AMAZING in SALES!!!!!! from start to finish he kept my wishes in mind. Even through our hiccup he provided an alternative that was comparable. I WILL DEFINITELY SEE HIM AGAIN!

How can a dealer that has been around for years suddenly be called Jaguar Bethesda Service Center and have only 2 reviews? I smell something fishy going on. Wheres all of those negative reviews that used to be posted ?
