Mr. Posada should get an award for patience. He helped me with an engine issue over a series of years. Sadly, with only 70k miles on it, I had to let go of my Legacy, but the support and advice he gave me was wonderful.

Its great, although they were short staffed they still took care of my car didnt turn me away. The customer service has gotten better over the years. Lounge is great. Prices are really steep otherwise Id give them a 5.
