Stopped here for the first time ever being at am actually outlet store while passing through on my way home from vacation absolutely loved it wish Id of found more lol (already had a huge bag full) staff was very nice and friendly and even helped find the things I wanted I will definitely be going back to shop

I was there for the Big Candle Sale. In and out in 10 minutes. Was very well planned out for safety measures and customer service was right on the spot!

Super disappointed. We stopped quickly to purchase a couple soaps for a bridal shower. We were at the door at 6 and the worker opened the door that wasn’t locked yet to tell us they closed at 6.

Ladies working there helped me find what I was looking for, showed me their new items, and where the sale stuff was.

The staff were so friendly and helpful as always to help me get the most out of the way too much money I always spend when I go to Bath & Body Works 😂

I finally stopped because this store is not listed by corporation as being open. I did not want to go to the cities for the few things I needed. YES...they are open!! North Branch has always been my favorite store, even when I lived in the cities and was traveling up North. Please stop in!! It was fairly busy, too. They keep customer traffic to the required maximum and offer hand sanitizer at the door by the greeter. Mask up!

They have really amazing deals! Awesome selection but there was this one employee who kept on stalking me around the store and telling me not to spray the TESTER body sprays!!! that’s what they are for why can’t I spray them?? She had darker hair and glasses. She was VERY rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I still ended up spending $70 there despite her actions but I would like to see something done to remove her from the store otherwise I will not be going back. 😡😡😡

Great place to get soaps, shower gels, lotions etc. For both men and women. They also carry a wonderful line of candles and plug in scents. The prices are fantastic with many sales and deals. The people that work there are happy and helpful.

Went in to the store last night for the Semi annual sale and the ladies were so helpful. One in specific came over and spoke to my daughter about her Christmas, which made my shopping easier. Great experience!

The after Christmas sale is the greatest!!! I love their products. The employees at the Tanger outlet center could be a little more polite & / or helpful. They dont do well in sressful situations!! Got very short with me regarding a return. Love their products!!!

I love everything about this place!

Love it,but miss the sinks they used to have on side to test the soap. Some soaps have a irritation to my skin and would be nice knowing what soaps dont dry out my hands.

Its a sad little mall dont understand how they afford paying light bill.

Went in for $2.95 handsoaps and cashier said my code was expired so she didnt scan it. Ended up coming home and looking at the code which is good until end of today. So paid $23 for 5 instead of $15. Called and explained situation and they said I can come bring everything back and rebuy it. I live 35 mins away and Easter weekend! Not very happy with their customer service. Granted this is the only time that Ive experienced any inconvenience at that store.

I was excited to shop here on Dec 2nd for candle Day. When I walked in I was immediately told that they were not accepting any coupons what so ever. I questioned that and 2 of the staff were very rude and started talking to each other about how “today should be interesting if it continues like this” in front of me. I said well good luck because you will definitely have more upset ppl than just me. The selection was also poor when I asked about a couple certain items I was looking for she rolled her eyes at me! I left and called customer service where they said that not accepting coupons was totally unacceptable, they compensated me and advised me to go to a different store. I went to the Blaine store where they had a huge selection compared to Northbranch and happily excepted my coupons in 2 transactions.

The gal working was super nice and energetic.

The general manager @ the North Branch Bath and Body is very rude and sarcastic. I have never had any issues but I witnessed a situation I will never forget which makes me not want to shop there. Her name tag looked like Jan.

The wife and I had such an amazing time today in the store.all the ladies that were working were so very nice and so funny.we had multiple transactions and they were patient.But the joking Around made this one of the funniest trips ever.could have been there all day.laughed so hard we cried.thanks Ladies for making our day.
